One of many reasons the originals better is bacuase it is actually you fighting the enemies, where as in AC you just sort of a by stander

I like Advent Children better because it wasn't as confusing. I just stopped playing the game altogether because I didn't get it.

Hmmm. It's hard comparing a 100-odd hour interactive game to a relatively short film. The game gets my vote though - I was kind of disappointed that the supporting playable characters didn't get more screen time in Advent Children. I maintain that I would love to see a Final Fantasy anime series! 3nodding

I like the original alot but the movie was freakin sweet too. the game is better though. ive heard rumors of it being remade. that would be awesome!

DarkVincentValentine I like AC better because of the graphics and how it is shorter... Though it does leave you hanging. Square Enix is not stupid enough to leave a game hanging, Final Fantasy AC is 3 years after Final Fantasy VII and then the new game, Dirge of Cerberus, with alot better graphics and starring Vincent, it continues 2 years after AC.
So for all of you people that thought AC wasn't enough, wait fro Dirge of Cerberus DoC was out before the tiem stamp of your post... It was out only a few months after advent children was released state side.
