Garou Garou just stud there like a complete idiot not knowing what he had just done or anything else. After a long deep sigh to clear his mind he spoke to his Hokage. " I'm Garou, And I came here for a hint to the chunnin exams sir. " Spoke Garou with a bow of apology and respect to the hokage who laid on the ground.

"Deja Vu... didn't I just tell a pretty little girl like you the hint? The country the exam is in is just a journey to the west! Don't you listen?"
The hokage seemed very annoyed... though that was more due to his own faults not Garou's,
"Get out of here- the exams are starting soon! I can't have pretty little girls sitting around my office! I have to prepare... now where is that rake..."

Garou Garou just stud there for a moment like his mind was thinking on something important, but under his mask his face had a disturbed and confused look on it. His eyebrow raised up abit realizing that standing here was pointless at this point, Shaking his head Garou snapped out of it and made afew hand signs turning himself into a wolf again. He found it an easier and faster way to get execise and to travel around, if he could say so himself. Garou started out of the Hokage's office and to his home at HQ. He had the information required and needed to tell his friend.

It's Just beneath the skin...
As Ichi walked through the village hidden in the leaves, He spotted what he guessed was the Hokage's office, seeing as how it was the biggest building in the area as well as the most ornate looking ( That and it looked the same as the one in Sand, just a different color >.> ) The Chunin then walked up to the building and entered it. Following the signs and other directions through the building before appearing in front of the the Door to the Hokage's office. The young Demon host then knocked on the door a number of times slightly. "H-hello; Hokage Sir?" Ichi asked from the other side of the Door; from what he had heard about the Hokage he was..... odd..... to say the least.

"Hold on there sonny. I'm fishing."
The wrinkled old Hokage was in his full Hokage attire, minus the hat. He was seemingly just dangling a hook out of his front window to the streets below. After a long moment he turned his head and gave a giant smile,
"You need to whisper. You'll scare him away... what can I do for you?"
He spoke in a hushed tone that made his aged old voice seem even older (if that was possibly).

It's Just beneath the skin...
Ichi paused as he heard the Hokage's voice..... wait.... he was fishing? How could..... it was then that Ichi opened the door and saw.... the oddest thing he had ever seen before; a old man, fishing out his window.... for people? (That had he had a chunk missing out of his old man fro due to the incident at the exam 2 years ago; which had get to fully recover; and Ichi still having no idea about it) Ichi then walked over to the Hokage and placed the Papers from the girl with the camera on the desk in front of the Hokage. "Sir....." Ichi then paused and remembered he had been told to whisper' which Ichi then did. "hokage sir.... t-the Udai c-counsel directed me here" Ichi said still whispering to the hokage. "I n-need a seal removed... a-and the Udai s-said to come to you" Ichi said still hoping that the man would be able to help him.

"SHHHHHH! You'll scare the monkey! He has SENSITIVE EARS!"
His voice started as a hush but grew louder as he spoke,
"What sort of seal..." He was suddenly interested, almost loosing interest in his... monkey... fishing... (yeah)

Ichi jumped slightly as the Hokage yelled, he was fishing for monkey's.... on the street.... out the window? ( Makes sense I guess ) However as the Hokage looked over seemingly more interested about the seal. "I-its.... w-was to seal Shukaku...." Ichi said looking at the old man. "B-but its working... in reverse, S-sealing my chakra, not Shukaku's" Ichi said looking at the man; before looking through the papers from the Udai, handing the Hokage one of them. "I was t-told.... It was an modified.... version of the Fifth Seasonal Seal" Ichi said still looking at the Hokage; It meant nothing to him; but it was probably valuable information to the Hokage.

"Oh... so you made a deal with the Otokage then?"
He turned back to fishing for his lost monkey friend... out the window.
"That is if Shinso is still doing his sealing... always like the seasonal seals... never could get him to work on the zodiac seals... much more efficient."
The Hokage seemed lost in (amazingly clairvoyant...) thought as he watched the line out of his window.
"What did you get in reverse... er return... er... in exchange...?"

Ichi looked in shock as the Hokage suddenly seemed to do a full 180; going from deranged babbling moron who was fishing out the window of his office for monkeys in the street; to a stern an intellectual individual. "Y-yes" Ichi said looking down slightly in reply to what the Hokage has said about making a deal with the Otokage. "H-he was drowning m-my friend Hiyo... I-in A jutsu" Ichi said looking back up at the Hokage. "He s-said he would only let him g-go if I J-Joined him" Ichi said now sounding extremly depressed. "He then put the seal on me.... and t-told me to spy on the Sand...." Ichi said looking back down to the ground; not able to keep his sights on the Hokage "And he then t-threatened me; t-telling me not to tell anyone... h-he was the one who did it" He said still looking at the ground.

 She had put the piece of paper into her pouch, along with her papers and the scroll. Ichi was here too-she could smell him very distinctly. Though there was someone that had a serious funk going on-like stale potatoes and carrots. Or maybe something rotten, but not quite deteriorating...she couldn't be sure. It was only polite that she wait her turn, so she waited outside, thinking about things that had happened in the past month. Chunin exams....becoming a chunin....losing Tatsuya...learning new jutsu....revisiting this accursed place....Her mind trailed as she wondered to herself, getting lost in her thoughts as she waited....Tsukiko New Theme

The Hokage simply continued to fish, never letting his gaze leave the fishing line,
"If I remember it correctly... there is an old saying... well, it's probably pretty old... it's older than men and older than the fish I have in my desk... anyway... it says that persimmon trees have seven things going for them:
1. They prolong life.
2. They are very shady.
3. No birds nest in them.
4. They are free of insects.
5. Their leaves are beautiful after frost.
6. The fruit is excellent.
7. The branches and leaves are big and fat.”
and
8. Never piss off the Otokage. You'll end up with a cursed seal that is very difficult to remove- even by a skilled ninja... Oh! Got a bite! IT'S A BIG ONE!"
From down below an old lady screamed as he hair was snagged by the exposed fish hook. He quickly reeled it in.
"No... no... this isn't good. It will taste rather bland... I need a monkey... he has my heart... and probably a peach that would taste far better than hair..."

A mousy haired attendant with thin glasses motioned for Tsukiko to wait at the door before the Hoakge's office.
"Sorry hun, you're gonna have to wait. There is someone in there already... it's bad enough with one person. I couldn't imagine two people in there with that loony..."

Ichi remained standing there; his gaze never lifting up from off of the ground when the Hokage spoke, that was until he heard the woman scream outside; that managed to get Ichi to jump up slightly. "S-so.... H-hokage Sir.... C-can you remove it?" Ichi asked looking at the Hokage, worried that the answer he was going to get from the old man. Ichi bit his lip slightly; he was praying to (What ever Normal Ninja Pray to, its not Jashin...) that the Hokage was going to say that he was still able to remove the seal. Ichi was going to ask about Gouman, but only after Ichi was done talking to the Hokage about the seal.

Tsukiko snapped back into reality. "Ne? Oh, thank you. Sorry, I was spacing out while I was waiting......It's been a long time since I've been here." She took a seat outside of the door to the Hokage's office, and smiled at San. "Soon girl, we'll get the information. Soon. Just a little wait." Tsukiko looked at the woman.
