Macro 3 kept Psyche in hot pursuit, but came to a sudden halt just before it reached the door. It couldn't tell what, but something was lying in wait.
Meanwhile, the fire spread to the buildings across the street...
((Quinn raises a good point about the gas lines in said buildings... ninja ))

Fischig saw what was happening and how the building was now only occupied by the robot. Screaming through the pain, "Alan! Torch it!" Throwing his glance down the street he screamed at the new mechanation which was so far just staning there, howeling for it to open fire and motioning all the same. "The pronouncement is death and the execution must follow. Kill the damn thing!"

((Aww come on now! My character's only ability is being sneaky and youre saying you can tell hes there? No fair!))
Alan heard the machine clink to a halt. Fine, we'll play it your way.
Alan tossed his last flashbang in the door and swing the flamethrower around so that it was pointing in the door. He did not look where he was aiming so as to avoid the flash.
He filled the room the robot was waiting in with fire.

Focusing on her spell again, Shara was preparing to fire on the next thing that came out the door Alen was standing next to as Psyche came rolling out. Now knowing that the next thing coming would probably be the robot, she drew her pistol with her off hand, and walked slowly forward, away from the flaming buildings she had been standing near.

It had stopped. Now was action time. "It's stopped. You might want to get clear." Nevin locked on the door where Psyche had emerged and fired. The projectile arced up and collided with the building about a story up, exploding against the concrete side.

Macro 3 began to jump the opposite direction, but ended up smacking into a wall instead as the flashbang hit it point-blank. As Alan turned his flamer on the small robot, it began running in random directions, but was unable to actually get anywhere.
After several moments of this, Macro 3's scanner system came back online. With a final burst of strength, it jumped past Alan to the outside, now the size of a cat, as crispy chunks came flying off of it.
When it landed, all that was left was a metal sphere, about the size of a soccer ball, pockmarked like a golf ball, and with several extra metal bits fused onto it. As the building it came from exploded, the force made it roll towards the middle of the street.
Meanwhile, the buildings across the street exploded as the fire reached the gas mains, which, apparently, were still on.
((Whoa... um... yikes. sweatdrop ))

Despite the fear around him and the danger he reached out with his mind and lifted the small object which had been the beast towards him, it had harmed him greatly and he had his revenge. Keeping eye contact even as he huddle to the ground as the buildings around him exploded and fire spread further. Bits of rubble landed along the street and ashe fell as rain.

Even with her slight injury, Psyche ignored the ache as the situation was still hot. Looking for some cover she located a piece of rubble but not before her eyes fell on a girl with a pistol walking towards the burning building.
"Damnitt, idiot!" she shouted at her, hooking her roughly about the waist to drag her behind the chunk of rubble. Planting her down on the ground without another word she gave her a shaming glare before setting up her rifle once more to aim at the door way after checking her clip.

"Shyte..." Psyche muttered, dropping down while pulling her rifle close to her body. Using her free hand she pushed the other girl's head down to help avoid flying bits.

Alan ran from the burning building and jumped behind the pile of rubble that Psyche was standing on top of. "Down!" He said as he tugged on her leg.
He brought his arms up over his head to stop any faling debris from catching him on the noggin.

Seeing her chance, Shara raised her hand, using her spell to fire the bullet at what remained of the robot. She then raised her pistol with the intention of emptying the clip into the robot, but the exploding buildings gave her pause. Trying to ignore the fact that it might still be dangerous she started towards the robot. They needed the CPU if they were going to get any credit for this.

As he saw an explosion down the street, Nevin crossed his legs in the cockpit and spoke into the communicator, "I don't suppose anyone's going to bother telling me what happened?" Small annoying cries of "DidIhititDidIhititDidIhitit?" were going off in his head, and he wanted to get rid of them as soon as possible. Hopefully, all had gone well.
