The problem is that he would not have any activity for a while, as the Onmitsu are an elite squad, that only accepts elite role-players.
I originally gave him all three simply because...
* Being head of the Shihouin doesn't give you any more power, it's just a title.
* The Onmitsukido are an elite squad, and don't operate the same as other squads.
* Squad two plays in with both of those aspects.

the squads and their elite common group must remain somewhat distant. Such as in my case with 5th squad I don't perceive myself as leader of elite Kido corps but potentially a mentor to it as well as help train new kido's for them. I would not activily participate in it but could always be a voice of opinion on matters that may be sought out every once in a while. Same should occur in other squad Captains which would naturally link with an elite squad I find.

The commanders of elite squads, namely the Onmitsukido and the Kido Corps, are at or above Captain-class power. As such, they do not need mentors or outside assistance. All training done for Kido Corps members, must happen from within the kido corps itself.
As such, their elite-status is upheld, as is their exclusivity.

Alright. I have no problem not taking the Squad 2 Captaincy. Haha. It's good to hear honest opinions for once. More often times then not people say it's ok, then harbor anger... and that's never good for a guild neutral . I'll be around once the majority of you have voted so just keep me up to date, alright? I'll have to know for my profile.

Tonight is the night we become great!The Stars will show us the way! This is probably one of the main things I honestly wouldn't care much about. If we can double the captain as the Onmitsukido head, it would save us one more person to locate. That and the responsibility, as I understand, would fall to Kyros.
I'd have to go with a trial period once things get rolling, but otherwise I think it'd be okay. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!

Um......I'd like to create a Noble Family, if I may. The purpose of which I'm not sure, though I wanted it for RP purposes if my character is accepted.
That being said, what's the vote over?

Well, the vote is actually over.. lol
But it was for Kyros, he chose the onmitsukido.
but, I am thinking that he may need to take squad two as well, depending on what I do with the Onmitsukido. (They are an elite squad, but act under the orders of squad two, and the sou-taichou.)
As for the noble family.. I would prefer if you didn't create a new one.
But one of the high noble families has yet to be claimed, and a couple of the lesser noble families are available.

Regardless, if one looks to first division, Lan came up with a pretty decent idea for bankai training, for those that are rising in ranks later on, considering how they never cover the traditional method of gaining bankai, and as such, has rendered Urahara's method of obtaining bankai possible without actually needing Urahara's existence.
I was thinking we could toss this up for a vote, to see if the general group would appreciate this or not. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!

You mean the pit thingy where it forces the spirit to manifest?
And the traditional method for obtaining bankai is that you must enter your inner world, and talk to your zanpakuto, in some cases fight it, and get it to grant you that power. Which is why it is so difficult.
((Yes, you can enter your own inner world, Ichigo did so several times in the anime, as did Kouga, and at least one other.))

The other reason I had it put there is because of how difficult it is for some people to see their spirit. Or communicate with it. I also created it for a place of meditation, of enlightenment. Because even Ichigo can't go to his inner world voluntarily. It's always forced on him to go there.
