Blitz sighed and lay on his back on the floor of the kitchen. His heart was racing as he reflected on the look Kit had given him. What was that about..? And...why was he so nervous now..?
His ears twitched as he heard so many furs had come into his lodge. He giggled happily, his tail swishing a little bit.

Kit padded back into the kitchen where his cute pup was still sitting. "the crowd is starting to thin out but i expect we will have a steady stream of customers for a while. The other waiters can handle everything though. Now then, where were we?" Kit smiled at Blitz again. He didn't know why but he was becoming attracted to this 14 year old pup, but he didnt feel bad about it.

Blitz squeaked and sat up a bit, his heart racing once again as a light blush crossed his cheeks. "O-oh...well...I should probably get back out there." He said, nervous and a feeling a bit shy now around Kit. "H-how many people are out there..?"

Kitty played around in the snow with her tail and walked over to the window again, she wanted to go inside but the fuss was stressing. Kitty walked over near a stump and sat down and relaxed, but she looked at the door and thought for a few minutes...she decided to go back inside again. Kitty walked silently over to the door and opened it and went back inside, she quickly walked over to the bar and sat on the stool and plumped her head down on the counter with a sigh.

Kit scoffed at the cute pup. "What makes you think you can even walk on your hurt footpaw? That sliver of glass could have done a lot of damage, and i suspect it did due to how deep it was. It may be sore for the rest of the night, and you don't want to open the wound again by walking on it." Kit just looked at him, knowing he was right but not saying anything else.

Zeek looked at the cat, she seemed tired. He chuckled, at how much she reminded him of Saphira. "Hey, I'm Zeek."

"But I..." Blitz was about to come up with some sort of excuse...and he really did want to get back out there. But he figured since Kit had dressed his wound so well...he would know best.

Kit smiled because he knew that he had won. "Would you like me to carry you to one of the rooms upstairs so we can rest? I'm stronger than i look."

Kitty looked up when she heard someone speaking to her and noticed Zeek, she smiled and said "Hello there, my name's kitty, how are you Zeek? she sat up tiredly but smiled at him happily.

"N-no that's alright. I'd really just like to be out there with everyone else..." Blitz said, blushing a bit more. Kit was acting a little weird...his ears twitching as he wondered what he was getting at.

Kit shrugged. "If you say so." He quickly scooped Blitz up into his arms and stood upright. "You asked for it kitten, just remember that." Kit carried Blitz into the dining room and sat him down in a booth so he could keep his foot elevated and his leg stretched out. "Let me know if you need anything else."
((sorry i g2g, i have to be at work at 8 and its already 220, time for bed))

Blitz nodded and blushed. "Thanks Kit..." He said, closing his eyes and relaxing a bit in the booth. Things were definitely calming down...

kitty looked over and laughed, the t-rex was pressing his face against the window and it looked very odd, she waved her hand and tail to signal him to come in.

Blitz opened his eyes, squeaking and practically leaping out of the booth, but was aware of his injured paw. He'd never seen an animal like the one outside the window before. Carefully he opened the window and said, "H-hello sir...you can come on in through the door." He was a bit intimidated by the sheer size of the reptile, not to mention his large teeth.
