Bloodline:Ukyohan
Why do you want it: I love the idea of large scale chakra manipulation. As well, I feel I would like to revisit this clan.
What will you do with it: I will rise and become a powerful shinobi to avenge my father.
What you know about it: Well, I did create the bloodline, so I hope I'm fairly versed in its mechanics. It's a clan dedicated to chakra manipulation and seals to reach another level of life and prosperity.
RP Sample:
Hitotsu sighed, not pleased with the way the fight was turning out. As he was never one for taijutsu, he had started with an offensive ninjutsu. Sadly, the enemy had been good enough to counter each attack. Through heavy breaths and a wince from an earlier wound, he felt it was finally time to start using his family's techniques. Sliding to a halt into the dirt, he lifted himself off the ground. Without wasting time, he formed the appropriate hand seals. "Iki Goei" Hitotsu muttered under his breath. A large amount of wind circled and then clung to him, making a layer over his body. It was his last resort, as both shinobi had used most of their chakra.
His enemy threw a shuriken directly at the center of his forehead. Hitotsu breathed a sigh of relief as he saw it blasted off to his right by the rotating wind surrounding him. With a sly smile he pulled a scroll from its holster. He didn't have much time, as the technique was draining his reserves. The enemy was skilled with weapons, so Iki Goei would save him from any oncoming projectiles. Laying the scroll down and rolling it out, Hitotsu released the sun seal written on the paper. He smiled and felt a chill run down his spine as the stored chakra amassed itself inside of him. He released his Iki Goei and formed another, longer hand sign as fast as he could. The enemy was close and speeding towards him.
Hitotsu jumped to his feet, no longer weak from the previous fighting. "Chi Kazekatan!" He shouted, letting go one of the fiercest jutsu known to his clan. The air around him began to rotate and alter itself. It twisted and swirled, then rose very high. It reached its peak and then crashed to the ground floor like a large tidal wave. The rushing wind expelled itself throughout the area, cutting down trees, killing animals, and sending the opponent shinobi into a painful, air filled grave. Hitotsu sighed as he saw his rival land on the ground, torn to shreds. He also looked at the destruction caused by his technique, sad to see destruction of such a level. Never. . .have I seen wind. . .act as the blade of death. He thought before wincing and collapsing onto the battle torn ground.

Bloodline: Banpaia
Why do you want it: Because it goes absolutely perfectly with my RPC and how she is supposed to act. biggrin
What will you do with it: Drink blood of my victims. Omg this bloodline is so perfect!
What you know about it: They are like vampires and they need to drink blood so they don't go into a crazy fit. Drinking blood also increases and enhances some of their abilities.
RP Sample: Leona grins revealing her sharp fangs hanging down from her top row of teeth. She walks out of the shadow of a large tree into a grassy field. The wind blew quickly causing her hair and scarf to move off to the side and hang suspended in the air flopping around. Leona stops after a few steps and looks out at the vast area desiring blood, lusting for blood, she needs blood to survive. She had just finished off her first victim and drank their blood. Their blood tasted so good she ran to this field in search of more blood. That is when she spotted a genin roaming the fields, her perfect chance, and perfect victim. Her wild red eyes gleam as she runs towards her opponent and sneaks up from behind and grapples his arms holding them to his sides and then she quickly leans in and bites his neck with her sharp fangs that peirce through his skin. Blood seeps through the holes and she begins sucking his blood out of his body.

@Scrapples: lol, alright waiting for you then
something I'll make clear right here and now, by draining the blood of a number of rpcs, i dont mean they offer it or something, i mean your doing it to KILL them or attempt to Kill them. If you do it any other way like to heal or something, it wont be accepted. when you go to advance in stages, be ready to kill people for it

confused What are the classes that can't have it? Would puppet class be one of them?

puppet......unique. ninjutsu, taijutsu and medical are no nos. Taijutsu so your not godly, ninjutsu cuz it wouldnt work out. And medical.....if you ask why I should gibb slap you lol

Corpse Bone Pathways
Why do you want it:
I've never had it before, and frankly, it looks pretty cool. I want to see how I'll do with it.
What will you do with it:
I want to get as far as I can with the RPC, use it to fight good, and not die early.
What you know about it:
I know you use bones as weapons, and they come from your own body. I know your bones can be broken, but that depends on your chakra level. I know you can regenerate your bones.
RP Sample:
Tara's eyes remained shut as her body went through the dances motions once more. Nothing but the gurgle of the river, and the wind caressing the grassy hills could be heard. The air kissed her skin lightly, blowing her hair about. For a single moment, her body went rigid, and then almost as if made of liquid, a bone sprouted from her shoulder. Her hand quickly grasped it, and removed it. The bone regenerated within a moment, barely a bother to her. She breathed deeply, posture perfect as she stabbed the air. The bone-sword sliced through the air, the slight ting resonating in the air. Tara knew that the bone could cut through many substances, but she also knew her limits. Depending on her chakra level, someone could easily break her white weapons, or easily be impaled if her levels were at their normal. Again, her arm pulled back, and thrust once more, and repeatedly. The dance was known to be speedy, and Tara was exactly that. She discarded her weapon, flexing her fingers and pointing them straight ahead of her. The slight click reminded her of the cocking of a gun, and then her bones shot forth from her fingers, spiraling and digging into multiple trees, not missing a target. Tara once more breathed deeply, ready to actually begin her practice. With applied chakra, bones began to sprout forth, as if a planted tree in fast motion. She backed into one, reemerging from another. In the palm of her hand, a bone protruded. She acted as if the bone-trees were waiting targets, disappearing into the 'trees', reappearing and stabbing one. Her breath was even as she stabbed and parried imaginary enemies, focusing hard on the simple practice. With a fluid motion, she reached behind her, just at her neck and grasped her the top of her spine bone. A huge jump was about to be made in techniques as she pulled, and then reaching up with her other hand. Two spine-whips were in her hand, with extremely sharp edges. Her arm lashed out, the whip slashing into a bone tree, scarring it forever. Her arms began to move, as if they had rehearsed every move, every motion. Cracks, slaps, and rips were sounded as she tore through the trees, not leaving a single one untouched. Tara paused, creating 5 earth clones, and beckoned them forth. Two charged at her as she stomped the ground. A volley of spears shot forth, impaling the slow clones easily. 1 of the clones ran forth, attempting a sneak attack while Tara was busy. She could hear the heavy steps, and backed into one of the bone trees, coming out directly behind the clone. Her arm lashed out, wrist flicking the whip and them pulling back. The whip latched onto the clones throat, and then ripped it to shreds, causing it to disperse. Tara rid herself of the whips, and reached for yet another bone. Out from her knee, she removed a small spiked-hammer, and a small axe. Another earth clone charged forth, attempting to smash her face in with it's fist. Tara sidestepped, and brought the blunt side of the hammer down on it's back, sending it to the ground. Her other hand blocked the attack of the remaining clone, while the spiked hammer dispatched the one she had on the ground. Tara dropped both of her weapons, shooting two bone bullets at the last clone, missing with both as the clone rolled. To it's surprise, as it rose it was met with two bone to the stomach, courtesy of Tara's palms. As the clone fell, the bone's of her palm's snapped. Tara sighed, realizing this was the end of her practice for the time being.

Bloodline: nara clan
Why do you want it: cuz i have a great plan for my character but it would work the best if i have the nara clan's abilities to help. other than that. I've used it before in a different guild so i know how not to G-mod with it.
What will you do with it: immobilize my enemies so that i can kill them with little resistance.
What you know about it: hmmmm... well does the fact that the nara clan is one of the more brainy bloodlines in konoha work? also their control of shadow if analyzed by a true professional chakra analyzer it can be duplicated and done by someone other than a nara clan member. (i know this because think about it if there was a guy who could copy shukaku's sand control and the akamichi's body growth techniques then hey this is as likely.) also the shadow manipulation can be broken with enough force and due to dwindling chakra reserves.
RP Sample:
seth leaned up against the wall of a building. he was lucky that the sun was on the other side of the building casting the building's shadow out over him. he waited silently for the man he'd been hired to kill to come by. this would have to be done fast and silently or he'd attract attention. seth waited for a good while before he spotted someone coming down the path. he guessed that it was his target as it was almost the time that his target came down this road every day. as the man neared he could tell that it was the target and he got ready to trap the man using the building's shadow. the minute the man walked into the shadow of the building seth quickly and silently performed the proper hand signs to use the shadow imitation technique. he successfully caught the man and now a clone that seth had hidden earlier appeared from an ally way. the clone then walked up to the man and stabbed him with a kunai. suddenly the man blew up in smoke and disappeared. it had been a clone all along.

kira the new shinigami Bloodline: sharingan Why do you want it: first my rpc name is uchiha so i would like it's abilities but also i would like to copy jutsu What will you do with it: i would use it to copy great jutsus from other lands and become a great ninja What you know about it: it is one of the greatest kekkai genkai and is able to copy any jutsu that is not a bloodline trait. it can put anyone in a genjutsu that looks into the eye of the user. RP Sample: today was my first day on a mission by myself. It was an infiltration mission and i didnt have many skills and i didn't have much information about it. I was about 3 quarters of the way to the infiltration point when i was attacked by a ninja "what the hell where did you come form." i said to the ninja that attacked me "i know all about that mission of yours and i am here to kill you" i fought back with some minor ninjutsu i learned. He was stronger and better then me and back me up into a corner. "now it's time to die" he started to beat the crap out of me. my face was bleeding from my nose, lips and my right eye. i thought i was about to die i can't die like this... i have to prove myself ... i have to DEFEAT HIM!!! I opened my eyes and they were different there was something different. "i can see my own chakra" i finally unlocked my sharingan. i kicked him of me and started to fight back. i was still not as strongs as him but i know had a copying ability on my side. he started to use his jutsu. i quickly copyed them and threw them back at him twice as hard. i defeated him and went on with my mission. the rest of the mission went of perfectly and i returned home successfully.
I like how you led up to attaining it, though your description of jutsu used could be slightly better, but how you described your use of the Sharingan led me to believe you didn't understand it fully...
At this newly awakened phase, you would be able to copy as you said, but to throw it back at him twice as hard... well, that's not really possible. You could perhaps complete the jutsu as he did, but you would not yet have the capability to finish it faster then he could... that would come later. Kakashi's use of the Sharingan was more advanced when he did this to Zabuza. At the moment, you have the Sharingan capabilities that Sasuke had during Chuunin exams. the ability to see things once and copy them, and the ability to have faster reflexes and the ability to see chakra and through low levels of genjutsu as well.
Try editing the post one more time, and try to include the aspects of your powers I mentioned above.

Metaphorically Insane Bloodline: Banpaia
Why do you want it: Well, the idea of vampires isn't entirely unique, but the way this clan/whatever is described, it brings primal, more brutal taste to the world of Naruto. This, is something that's best handled with someone who enjoys these types of things. I'd also like to include I'm one of the people who just love to kill things~
What will you do with it: I will become one of them ledgendary Shinobi and such, blah blah blah blah. Nnn~ Not much to say here besides become powerful and all, guess I could aim for Sannin/Kage or something. How about Akatsuki? That'd be cool... Yay... tear people apart.
What you know about it: Well, from what my knowledge spreads to this thing/clan/kekkai genkai is closely related to the subject of the being called a Nosferatu, who is intensely powerful and freakishly awesome. Their ways of going about things are like the cannibal clan that I've seen somewhere, but a bit more moderated, and I could say a hell of a lot more powerful. From the history and stuff it said a lone soldier on a battlefield made a near death decision with his soul and stuff and began draining comrades and other people lying there.
Nnn~ Lots of blood lust, yummeh. If you need me to type more bullshit about knowing everything, please tell. <3
You clearly understand how this works, but the Banpaia bloodline is under review at them moment. we are trying to make it less Vampire, and more shinobi-ized so it fits within the realm of Naruto better.

Why do you want it: its a limited technique that not everyone can learn. And it seems like it would be a fun bloodline
What will you do with it: give me the abilty to travel faster and be a better anbu member(when i get to that level)
What you know about it: How it words, what it is weak against, its limitations, and all the jutsu for it.
RP Sample:
Hei steped into the middle of the opening. Around him stood figures, garnishing the mighty Kiri headband. Walking calmly in the same direction he had been, the circle followed as well, not removing there eyes from the man with a line through his headband. "You know Hei," one spoke up, "Mizukage-sama said he would let you live if you returned to the village and remained as his bodyguard, you know to much to be released from your duties". Smiling Hei looked at the ninja. "Its for that exact reason that i can no longer support the cloud, the man you call your leader is more of a tyrant," Hei said droping his head and placing his hands on the sword upon his back, "and i know how mist works, if i don't come back willingly, your to kill me," at that moment Hei removed the blades from his back and threw them at two lower leveled shihnobi who had been destracted by the random random growth of trees in the middle of the winter.
He laughed as they suck deep into the vests, letting out a small squirting noise. He then flashed a hand seal, dissapearing, and reappeared next to one of his blades, the other already in his hand. He ran at the ninja who had dared question his actions and swung for his neck, locking blades with him. Flashing a string of handsigns vines began to swirl around him. It intesity was enough to squeeze the life from every ninja around him besides the two that laied slain on the ground and the one he had locked blades with. "What is this?" Inabiri, Heis former Anbu partner cried, "my men are dropping like flies." "I will not kill any more of them, for they have simply been asked to come, but you, will die like the other Anbu in your company." At that moment the vines stopped, trees formed, and Hei vanished, and reappeared above him, still within the tree, as he flashed a string of handsigns the earth under the ninja began to rise, at that moment Hei pointed his blade downward, watching as the two collided.
I have a few issues with the sudden appearance of trees left and right (and by your lack of spell check). For example, you wrote: who had been destracted by the random random growth of trees in the middle of the winter.Do the trees simply sprout up around you without you doing anything? Of course not...that's be ridiculous. if you're going to have trees grow via the tree genesis technique, you have to perform hand signs and announce the technique.
You then used another technique, simply referring to flashing hand seals without telling us what the technique you used was... then all of the sudden you teleported. This is to be discouraged. if you're going to disappear and reappear, you better have a jutsu or a reason that's causing it. this continues throughout the post... you need to say what techniques you are using and at all times remember that it takes two more or less free hands to sign these seals.
Please edit the post so I can re-evaluate. (And try to focus less on creating so many trees...the tree genesis ability is high level and consumes a lot of chakra. Your character is likely starting as a genin, so try to focus on the Bloodline's other wood-style techniques, such as the wide variety of ones Yamamoto uses.
