IkI Saigo Your Rank:Jounin Name of Jutsu:Bullet Sand Rank of Jutsu:B Range of Jutsu:15 meters Jutsu's Element:Earth Description:The user of this jutsu can form sand on the ground and in the air into the size of ball shaped bullets that float up into the air and the back of the bullet sand gets a pointed edge to increase the speed to that of a bullet shooting out of a rifle,the amount of bullets varies from rank. academy student=1 genin=3 chuunin=5 Jounin=7 Sannin=9 Kage=11 the power of the bullets are like sharp rocks hitting you as if you where wearing nothing,the drawback of this jutsu is that there is no complete control.The user can only shoot it in one direction and once it is released,it goes in that direction and is not able to switch or be manipulated to another direction.But for Jounin and higher,they can combine all of the bullets to form a large boulder shaped object to either fire at the opponent or use it as a quick defensive shield.This jutsu can be combined with the lightning element or water element to send electrically charged sand bullets and an opponents or bullet shaped mud to cause confusion or stick someone to the ground for a few minutes. Range of Jutsu: Initial Explosion is 40m, Exploding Mines create 10m Explosions, but 100m are covered by the Explosives
Jutsu's Element: Doton/Katon
Description: The user uses whatever level of Exploding he/she wishes and then creates a massive statue of clay. By using the trigger command "Katsu" the statue will explode violently. It releases a powerful explosion as well as thousands of miniature versions of that statue. They are launched upward and then they divebomb ( xp Get it?) underground. They have a proximity limit of 5m. If you get within five meters of them, then they will explode. After the battle, they lose their proximity setting and will not explode unless manually trigger by the user. These bombs can be manually triggered at any time by the user even during the battle.
Rp Sample
Suou was fighting fiercely with his enemy. "I only have one more option. I have to use that Jutsu I've been working on." Suou began molding a C4 Level of Exploding Clay. The enemy charged and Suou threw out a small statue at him that soon transformed into a massive figure that took down the enemy, but the enemy barely got away. Just as he was running away, Suou triggered the bomb. "Katsu!!" The statue erupted in a massive explosion. The enemy was caught in it, but managed through it. "Ha!! Is that the best you've got?! I'm gonna k-... What the hell?!" An army of miniature versions of that statue rained down over him. They all slammed into the ground and dove underground. "What?! Where are they?!" The man ran, only to step on a bomb. It exploded, sending him across the field, landing on another bomb, triggering that one to explode. He was launched back and forth for a few minutes from the explosions. When he stopped, Suou triggered them all. He jumped into the air and had created a Clay Eagle to avoid the mayhem about to unfold. The whole field erupted in an inferno caused by the explosions.
Name of Jutsu: Kugutsu: Kugutsu Bunshin no Jutsu [Puppet Style: Puppet Clone Jutsu]

Jutsu's Element: N/A
Description: The user creates a simple clone of his/her puppet. It cannot use any sort of poison or explosive. No launchers can be used either. Only blades are useable. This is mainly used as a decoy and the clones can be dispelled if hit hard enough.
D-Rank - 1 Clone that is dispelled any jutsu or by a single hit.
C-Rank - 2 Clones that can survive a D-Rank Jutsu or 2 hits.
B-Rank - 3 Clones that can survive a D-Rank Jutsu or 2 hits.
A-Rank - 5 Clones that can survive a C-Rank Jutsu or 3 hits.
S-Rank - 5 Clones that can survive an B-Rank Jutsu or 5 hits.
Note: If the puppet being cloned is highly durable (Example: Massive Puppet made of solid steel with exceptional defense.), then only Chuunin or higher that is of Taijutsu or Weapon Master Class or a Sannin of any Class can physically harm the clones. The hit count is also raised by 5 hits and the puppet can survive up to one Jutsu Rank higher than what it could before at the level of Charka used.

(This one will be shorter since it is extremely simple.)
Suou performed the necessary handseals and his Shinsui Suou Mark II Puppet was engulfed in an enormous cloud of smoke. As it cleared, eight more of that puppet appeared. Suou had Chakra Strings attached to each of them. The enemy hit three of them with a C-Rank Fire Ninjutsu and they poofed away. The rest rushed in and began to cut at him. The original jumped up and launched a rain of senbon that were laced with the Makai Yokai Poison.
Name of Jutsu: Underground Puppet Manipulation

Jutsu's Element: Doton
Description: The user performed a series of handseals that are similar to Doton: Earth Military Movement. They then sink underground and are able to manipulate puppets from underground. Because the user is unable to see his anything from underground, he can only go below ground by a few feet. From only a few feet down, the user is able to feel vibrations and detect things on the surface.
Note: Must have Chakra Strings attached to puppets before using this Jutsu. Cannot attach Chakra Strings or Summon more puppets when already underground.
Rp Sample
(Again, extremely simple. Able to control Puppets from underground. I don't think this one even needs an RP Sample.)

Description: One of the most powerful Exploding Jutsu to be created so far. This requires a large amount of clay. Nearly 6 pounds of it. This takes 4 posts to prepare and takes 1 more post before it can go underground. The user first takes in 1 pound of clay orally and mold it in his/her stomach. They then do the same with 2 pounds of clay the next post and 3 for the next. They mold it and regurgitates it on the 4th post. During the molding process the user cannot use any other jutsus, or techniques. It comes out in the form of serpent, but isn't very large. The user performs a single handseal and it transforms into a massive serpent that is about 10m long and is relatively wide. It is armored with hardened clay, but they are layed as scales to allow better movement. The serpent dives underground and will strike at whatever time the user chooses, but it must strike within 10 posts or it will shoot out of the ground and explode, catching verything within 80m inside the blast.
Note: If the serpent misses on an attack, it can immediately dive underground or go for another attack. It does not affect the count. It only last a total of 10 posts.

Alright I edited the Tsuchisuima-Bomu [Exploding Clay: Earthswimmer Bomb] technique so that it makes it clear the user cannot use any jutsus or techniques during the molding process, so APPROVED!!!

By applying a seal in a specified location the user is able to freely unleash a vacuum force from the created seal. The vacuum has an insistent pull, drawing in surrounding matter within 5 meters towards a black sphere at it's center. A crater will be formed where this jutsu was executed Five meters deep and wide while sizeable debri within 10 meters can be drawn into the sphere if not properly bolted. This technique literally compresses matter into such a fall form that it enters a different dimension, leaving empty space in the local area. Getting caught in this technique results in instant decimation as the victim is put under pressure to intense to shrug off. Luckily a loud warning keen alerts them to the seal activation. Rp Sample Your Rank: Sannin Name of Jutsu: Seal Creation Technique Rank of Jutsu: E Range of Jutsu:They can send seals as far as they want Jutsu's Element:Fuinjutsu Description: The user can create Fuinjutsu seals from small amounts of their chakra and can place them on any surface, even water with no fear of damage. The seals can even be branded onto matter such as flesh, wood, or brick, and are very hard to view without chakra sensing abilities/ Rp Sample Ok well my problem with this should be fairly obvious, if you used the seal creation technique on someone's character, then used Dimensional Caving: Black Hole Force technique, I would be unable to dodge the attack, and since you do not make it clear how the seal creation technique works as far as how one brands the seal, this becomes an auto-hit, which is obviously a no go. Does the seal creation techniques send the seal through the air? Can it be destroyed while it's moving? If it's on my character can I do anything to get it off?

Description: The user traps his/her opponent in a Genjutsu in which the the target is trapped inside a giant Hourglass. The sand will flow from above until the target is completely trapped and suffocates. This cannot be used to kill. When the target is about to completely suffocate, they will be automatically released from the Genjutsu. When they are released, they will feel as if they had actually experienced that event and they will most likely be incapacitated. This Genjutsu is made for mainly torture and interrogation.

They are able to combine themselves together to get larger, but the maximum size is the same size that they were created as. The first explosive has a blast radius of 20m. After replicating, the blast size is lowered. Within a fifth of the original size, the blast size is about 10m. Within a tenth of its normal size, the blast size is only 5m. Anything smaller and they must mold themselves together before being able to create an explosion.

XD Sorry, for Seal Creation the user applies chakra into their finger or some sort of tool to write with and they draw the seal they need on a flat surface. The seal can then be directed on FLAT surfaces until they reach the desires location and carve their way into the material. HOWEVER if the seal has not yet carved itself into the desired location(such as human flesh) the victim is capable of directing their own chakra towards the seal thus destroying it. A seal already carved into material cannot be negated but if they can cut out a slab of the material holding the seal and relocate it the seal would be attached to that slab of material ^^

Alright, that makes more sense, I just need you to explain that in the jutsu description. Also, for the black hole force, I think there should be a one post charge, and then on the second post the jutsu activates, because otherwise, again, it seems like it would be impossible to do anything against it if you say, made seals on a bunch of kunai, or shuriken or anything like this and then simply activated the jutsu after throwing the projectile

"Hm...3..4...5..What's taking him so long...6...to advance on me?"
Tai felt light shine down on his head from above, and he snapped his eyes upwards, to see a fireball the size of a Sedan coming down on his head. With no other options he stopped mid-hand seals and made the symbol of the horse, before puffing his cheeks up, and exhaling hard, Steam forcing itself from his lips in a tight stream, that took Taiki off of his feet, far enough to miss the attack, and land on his back in the grass about seven feet behind him. He stood up and brushed himself off, before searching once again for his adversary.
"I can't take my eyes off of you can I?"

The sound was accompanied by the chorus of strikes, each one given away by the loud hissing sound that can be heard right before the actual strike connected. about an hour after the initial sound, everything stopped. Tai could be seen in the forest, Sweating up a storm as he lay on the ground panting heavily. The tree he was laying next to had slash mark after slash mark, each one bubbled over inside as though it caused the tree to boil. Tai pushed himself, and managed to get to his feet, Staring angrily at the tree. He concentrated into a stick in his hand about the size of a school ruler, wrapping both hands around it like a sword. after a quick moment, a length of concentrated steam chakra shot up, Creating an artificial blade. He struck at the tree with all his might, before collapsing again, mumbling to himself.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to transfer 1 rank worth of their chakra into a Chakra Orb. This jutsu takes 2 posts to complete but the user can not do it again for two full days (48 hours irl Time)
Kuza can only learn it at jounin rank, but anyone chuunin or higher can learn it from kuza.
It says person to give up 1 ranks worth of highest rank of their chakra for the day to fill a slot of chakra in the orb.
so example
Chuunin: 40 ...(refer to chart below to see how many jutsu of each level this is.)
E Ranked Techniques: 20
D Ranked Techniques: 13
C Ranked Techniques: 8
B Ranked Techniques: 5
A Ranked Techniques: 4
S Ranked Techniques: 1
Lets say u used 2 a ranked jutsu's that day..
that leaves you with
E Ranked Techniques: 10
D Ranked Techniques: 6/7
C Ranked Techniques: 4
B Ranked Techniques: 2/3
A Ranked Techniques: 2
S Ranked Techniques: 0
The jutsu uses your highest avaliable chakra rank... so... If you were to use the jutsu now it was take 1 A ranked techniques spot...
which would leave you with

(its a very simple jutsu so you can do much with it for a rp sample... )

what exactly is the chakra cost? it's not very clear? does it just cost the same as an A-ranked jutsu, or does it cost more?

highest rank oh chakra is 1 s-rank... so useing this jutsu would take away your s rank ammount of chakra and because it is only at 1 you lose your chakra for the day. (so best to use it before midnight lol )
chuunin is lowest rank able to use the jutsu for chakra orb. once that ninja has learned it from kuza.
