Name: Tosigo Yuudoku (To-See-Go You-Doe-Ku, last name first, both names translate to toxin/toxic, from Spanish and Japanese, respectively)

Number: Tosigo is a naturally occurring Arrancar, and is just discovering this place called Las Noches (I figured it would be easier as a way of introducing him, though I will gladly take any number you wish to give me.)

Aliases/ Nicknames: Tosigo is a very formal character, and as such prefers to be called by his proper name, which is Tosigo, though Yuudoku is fine from more familiar or superior characters, and goes by Hebi to his closest friends, though he currently has none living.


Physical Description: Tosigo is a tall, muscular man, with pale skin and wavy, shoulder-length pale hair that he normally keeps tied in a ponytail. He has yellow eyes, and slit shaped pupils, making them snake-like in appearance, though he rarely keeps them more than half-open. He has two scars on his face, one on either side of his mouth, both curving upwards, giving the impression that he is always smirking, though his lips are generally kept in a perpetual frown. His wardrobe is the standard Arrancar white, though his jacket is sleeveless and has long shoulder pads, showing off his wide shoulders and narrow waist. He has long fingers and sharp fingernails, with broad palms, and wears rings on every finger, jeweled on his right hand and finger-armor on his left. His Hollow hole is located halfway down his sternum, and the remains of his mask is the upper jaw of a large snake like creature, with long, thin fangs that he wears around his neck like a necklace. He also has a forked tongue that is silver in color, and is quite long, about 9 inches fully extended.
He stands tall, with his broad shoulders back, and carries himself like a lord of some kind, firm, yet elegant.


Zanpakuto: Serpiente (Spanish for serpent, obviously). It is slightly longer than a standard katana, with a gold handle and a black sheath. The guard is the shape of a snakes head, and is black in color.

*Ressureccion: The release command is Huelga (Spanish for strike). Pointing the blade downwards, it emanates a darkness that envelopes him, disappearing to reveal his true form. Oddly, he is still largely humanoid, and the main difference is that he gains black armor and wardrobe, reminiscent of a gothic knight. *Resurrección Special Ability: Tosigo gains increased physical strength and speed, as well as many snake related abilities.
*Galpon (Spanish for scales/shed): In addition to his Hierro, Tosigo gains tiny scales that cover his entire body, giving him an extra plated armor on top of his skin. He can shed these, and his skin, in order to heal himself, though he must have sufficient rieatsu in order to do so.
*Hipnotizar (Spanish for hypnotize): Tosigo gains the ability to hypnotize his opponent by locking eyes with them. So long as he is looking into their eyes he will have complete control over their will, though they must be either significantly weaker than him, very unintelligent, or both. If anything breaks either party’s concentration, the hypnotism will end.
*Serpiente Citacion (Spanish for Snake Summon): Tosigo has the ability to summon snakes from his hands and mouth for surprise attacks. The snakes are mildly venomous to weaker opponents, but are used primarily as a distraction.
*Toxina (Spanish for Toxin): Tosigo can change the chemical composition of his blood at will, though he must speak the name of the toxin aloud to do so. When he bites someone, depending on what venom is in his system, a large range of things can happen. Tosigo can only use one type of venom at a time, and must inject it into a victim or purge his system, or the venoms will attack him (within 3 posts).
Types of venoms and their effects:

Xentio
Makes even the most coordinated warrior a clumsy fool.

Kalmia
Contracts the victim's lungs, making the passage of all air impossible.

Prefarar
All nerve endings in the victim are heightened, increasing his sensitivity to even the slightest sensation, often to the point of causing pain.

Colocasia
Exposure to this venom leaves one robbed of their most vital senses:
sight and hearing.

Vernalius
This causes the victim's strength to leave its body, leaving a weak husk of a person in its place. (Fatigue)

Delphinium
By slowing heartrate and synapse activity, this venom eventually results in a peacefully sleeping victim.

Aconite
The brain of the affected individual ceases to operate correctly, causing them to exist in a state of complete stupor for a brief moment.

Selarnia
Forces a person to revert back to their sealed form, whether it is a zanpakuto or a ressureccion.

Gecko
Adapted from the serpents of old, this venom will cause its victim's body to become coated in a very slick slime.

Voyria
Said to be the most deadly venom in all of mankind. Can bring a person to a near death state if left untreated for more than ten (10) posts. The victim can battle the venom in one of two ways: focus all of their energy and power into purging the venom, or by amputating the inflicted area within the ten posts. Tosigo's code of honor will not allow him to use this venom except for at least one of two scenarios: either a) his life is in immediate danger, or b) if he has sworn to kill the enemy with his own hands.

Further, Tosigo has the ability to make a universal antidote, which alleviates the effects of not only his venom, but also that of any poison, venom or toxin.

Special Accessories: Tosigo wears a ring on every finger, wearing jeweled rings on his right hand, and gothic finger armor on his left. The rings on his right hand store rieatsu, about 25% of his total, or 5% each. The finger armor on his left hand act as both armor and physical augmentation, though their real purpose is to act as a focal point for his Pesquisa and Bala, enhancing both to the point that his Pesquisa can tell a person’s full rieatsu, any seals or inhibitors they have, and their nature. His Bala can be fired off all five fingers, and instantaneously, causing a Bala five times his normal, while keeping the twenty-fold speed over Cero.

Skills: As an Arrancar, Tosigo possesses a number of different abilities, including Hierro and Sonido. Also, when Tosigo became an Arrancar, he chose to keep the ability of high-speed regeneration.

Abilities: As an Arrancar, Tosigo possesses numerous abilities, including Cero, Bala, and Pesquisa. His Cero and Bala are black with blue outline, and his Pesquisa can be used by pointing at the desired target, and is dark blue in color. His Bala can be fired from his fingers, eyes, and tongue. He has best aim with his eyes, but has better control with his fingers, and tends to use them most in battle.
*While not really a power, Tosigo’s silver tongue acts similarly as his eyes, and for those who are either less intelligent or not paying attention, can make people agree with him by using a form of compulsion that is caused by the sound of his voice.

Personality: Tosigo is a cold person; open to very few, if any. He will use anyone to get what he wants, and is a master manipulator. He is very talented with words, and will use his silver tongue (literally) to achieve his ends. He is polite and has a strong sense of personal principals, and looks down on others who are rude or bigoted.

Biography/History: Tosigo has little in the way of history, and remembers very little from life as a human, spirit, or as a hollow, though he believes that this is because he has ingested so many that his own memory was affected. He is a natural Arrancar, having ripped off his mask himself. He dwelled in the furthest reaches of Hueco Mundo, and has never travelled to Earth, and only recently heard about Las Noches, and has set off to see if there are really others like him.

Powers: All typical Arrancar powers: Hierro, Sonido, Cero, Bala, Pesquisa, and speech*


Role-Play Example:
Tosigo walked, with no true goal in mind. His last meal had been a rather powerful Adjuchas, and from the information he was able to get out of it before he absorbed it, had determined that the place known as Las Noches did in fact exist, and that there were other Arrancar there, and some very powerful people.
As he walked, Tosigo thought of the shinigami that were said to rule over Las Noches, Tousen, Aizen, and Ichimaru. And while he did not think much of Tousen beyond that of an overzealous, self-righteous disillusioned man, he did spend quite a bit of thought on Aizen. The man was said to have the strength of a Vasto Lorde, though Tosigo himself could not say what exactly that was supposed to mean. He had never encountered one, and didn’t really know if they even existed. But the man that truly intrigued Tosigo was not this powerful figure, rather his subordinate, Ichimaru Gin. The man was a mystery to him, and Tosigo loved puzzles. Gin. Silver. Like his own tongue, which Tosigo ran over his sharp teeth. He had been unable to deduce any kind of reason from what he knew of Ichimaru, none at all.
Focusing on the present, Tosigo marched onward. After many miles of this, he spotted what appeared to be a shinigami in the distance. Not bothering to hide himself, he used his Pesquisa to determine the strength of the individual, pointing at him as he walked closer. He realized that the person was of immense strength, though he went through pains to hide it. Continuing forward, Tosigo thought idly to himself, “Perhaps it is some lost individual. Too bad. I just ate, so I am not that hungry. I guess I’ll just pass him.” This in mind he was about to change his course when something caught his eye. The shinigami had silver hair. Upon further inspection, Tosigo realized he wasn’t wearing the normal shinigami uniform. Aloud he spoke, “Either this is lucky for me, or it is very bad. Either way, it should be interesting.”
The shinigami turned towards Tosigo at the sound of his voice, and he saw that the shinigami had a very… fox like appearance. Without a doubt, it was Ichimaru Gin. Greeting him as such, the shinigami smiled wider saying, “Oh, I guess that you’ve heard of me, eh? Guess I’m just a popular kind of guy… Hey, you ain’t too bad for a natural Arrancar. I wonder how you would hold up to Aizen’s…?”
In response, Tosigo unsheathed his blade, raising it to level with the shinigami. “I don’t know. How about you tell me, Ichimaru Gin? Perhaps you would care to show me Las Noches, maybe see how I would fair against your fake Arrancar. Perhaps you would like to abandon them, follow me, serve me…” Tosigo spoke, using the power of his voice to win over the man. Ichimaru merely smiled, turned and started to leave.
“Shoot, Shinso.” A white light appeared from the shinigami, racing toward Tosigo with speed and power rivaling that of his own. Unfazed by the oncoming attack, Tosigo side stepped the blade at the last moment, allowing it to race past him and hit a nearby sand dune. “I see that my voice had no affect on you, Ichimaru Gin. I will follow you, from a distance. Wouldn’t want your sword to accidently hit me, now would I?”
Gin said nothing, just traveling on. Tosigo followed, a nervous excitement building in him that he hadn’t felt in eons. Finally. A puzzle that he would enjoy deciphering, and eventually, would destroy.

Zaine: Could you explain the shadow garganta part of Yoru's ability again? It's kind of confusing. I would advise you to take that part out if it's too difficult to explain only because i think it'll be difficult for you to RP with.

Most things in your profile look ok. The basic concept with the poisons is just fine, but there are a few changes that I wonder if you'd be willing to make. First of all, I'll address your powers-- most of them are perfectly fine, but I wonder a little bit about Hypnotizar. It isn't that it's a bad ability, rather that, when you think about the attack, much of it has to do with how willing an RPer is to allow their characters to be hypnotized. No one wants to make it seem like their character is weak or simple-minded. It's an insult to their intelligence and strength, so people won't give your character a sporting chance. This is more of a warning to you than an order to remove the power. It's a fine power. Just understand the difficulty with using it ^^

One thing I'm not sure about is the wormhole thing, Gusano Agujero. I guess it confuses me to an extent. First off-- how does Tosigo set up the portal? You mentioned it was difficult/time-consuming to do, especially in battle, but you never got into the process and that made me curious. Do the portals remain even when he seals up his power or runs out of energy? And finally, why not use a garganta? I don't mean to interrogate you, but those are the questions that move raised for me.

Finally, your toxins. No snake is *really* complete without some nifty venoms to mess up their opponents, so I would never begrudge you a few but having nearly thirty different poisons seems a bit excessive, especially since many of them seem to have the same-ish properties. The first thing I'd ask is that you cut them down to your 7-10 favorites. Secondly, you need to reconsider how your poisons affect your opponents. Giving probabilities doesn't really work all that well unless you also ascribe dice-rolls to them. That way, your opponents aren't stupid and just say "oh, the poison didn't affect me" as well as you not being able to godmod or powerplay or anything.

Also... Is there such thing as a natural arrancar? It's the first I've heard of it.

Other than that, your RP sample is great. Your writing is refreshingly cohesive. In terms of technical nonsense, usually there's a new paragraph for when people stop speaking and someone picks up a new action, but that's minor.

I edited my post, trimmed down the "toxins" to about ten and got rid of the probability, instead making it standard, and eliminated the worm hole ability. I want to keep the hypnotism ability, but only as a serpentine fanfare, not really to use it, so that's good. smile
As far as natural Arrancar, they do exist, but they are very rare, and the few seen so far in the manga/anime were fairly weak. Tosigo doesn't know what level of Hollow he was before, but he hunches that he was probably a high class Adjuchas at least.

One note-- about your Voyria toxin. It's an insta-kill. Do you think your could modify it so that there's a way to survive? You can't kill characters without their controller's permission. You're the snake man, not I, so the following is just an example of a way to modify it. You could say that the venom will kill in... say.. ten or twelve or x number of posts if they don't receive medical attention. Or perhaps there's a way to combat its effects. Maybe Tosigo even has the universal anti-venom to his toxins. Whatever the case, an insta-kill is a no-no and needs some modification. It needs to be survivable XD

Sangriento, Espina ((Saang-gree-en-to Es-pine-na. Last name first. Sangriento means bloody, Espina means thorn. Both in Spanish.))

Number:

Aliases/ Nicknames:
Amargo ((Spanish for bittersweet)), Espina Peligroso ((Thorn Dangerous))

Physical Description:
Espina is a bit short, but very lean, with dark chocolate brown hair, with crimson highlights as her bangs, that she keeps tied up in a tail that is twisted up so that it's facing upwards instead of downwards. Her eyes are always hidden from sight, and they are a mix of cerulean and teal. Her hollow mask covers the left side of her face, and it has a slanted diamond shaped eyehole that is constantly covered in shadow, and the jaw is open, fanged teeth parted. The side of the mask goes to the side of her head and the spiked parts stick through her hair. Her uniform is the standard white with black edges. Her sleeves are long and the top part of the jacket is a wide , stiff turtle neck. Her top stops right below her chest, above her hollow hole. She wears the wide black belt-like cloth around her waist and the white hakama that covers her feet.

Zanpacto & Resurreccion:
Negro Pesadilla ((Neh-grow Peh-sah-dee-ya. Spanish for Black Nightmare)). It looks like a normal katana, albeit slightly longer and the handle a bit wider. The handle is black, the pattern on it a silvery white, and the blade itself is a pure silver color. The sheath is pure black, decorated with silver tendrils starting from the opening of the sheath to the bottom.

Resurreccion:
The release command is Desaturdir ((Dee-sat-ter-deer. Spanish for Awaken)). Holding the blade upright, it emits a black mist that spreads in a 5 meter radius from her. The mist around her feet wrap around her from her legs to her head. As it melts away, it reveals a black half top body armour that stops above her hollow hole. The armour continues down her arms and her hands are covered in metal claws, which is her zanpakuto.

Resurreccion Special Ability:
Espina gains the ability to move faster and the metal plates on her armour are flexible enough to give her flexibility and agility. If the claws of Negro Pesadilla rip into the flesh of the opponent, she will gain the ability to send illusions into their minds. Even if she isn't touching them anymore, if Negro Pesadilla has absorbed the opponent's blood, then she will still be able to send the illusions.

Special Accessories:
Espina has a dark gray chain protruding from her belt that has a silver rosario cross hanging from it. When she touches it, her speed increases for a short amount of time.

Skills:
Espina can use the basic abilities, as an Arrancar, such as using Cero, Bala, and Pesquisa. Her Cero is silver with a black outline, and her Bala is gray with a black out line. Her Pesquisa is a blinding white with black running through it and can be used when any part of her is touching a surface.

Abilities:
Espina can use the basic abilities of an Arrancar, including Hierro and Sonido. She also has the ability of regeneration.

Personality:
Espina is a quiet person, often mistaken for submissive and being a pushover. Many know that if they do try and bully her, they might lose an arm or two, or maybe even a leg in the process. She hates being weak and occasionally trains to keep up her strength. She can be polite to those she wants to be polite to. But to people who really deserve it, she can have a really foul mouth. And she can be a bit clumsy.

Biography/History:
Espina doesn't really remember much of her human life, or that as a spirit and hollow. She just remembers the pain and anger that caused her to become a hollow, but she doesn't remember the reason. She remembers the night she became an Arrancar, that she accidentally saw the becoming of another Hollow and followed the example. Afterwards, she travelled to Las Noches and has stayed there ever since.

-Cero
-Bala
-Pesquisa
-Regeneration

Role-Play Example:
Espina rubbed her jaw, the side that wasn't covered in the mask. "Baka..." She muttered to herself. And it was right of her to say so. How many Arrancar would walk into a closed door?? Only one, and that was her.
She sighed and used her free hand, the one that wasn't hovering over her zanpakuto, to bring her bangs even further over her eye. Unusual as it was, she didn't like people looking at her eyes and commenting on them. Force of habit....Maybe from her previous life?? She blew out a breath and continued walking. If she was lucky, she wouldn't run into any other Arrancars or Espada. And if there was a god, she wouldn't run into-
"Ohayo, Espina-san!"
-Gin.
Espina looked up from the floor to see the foxy-faced, silver haired ex-Shinigami. "Ohayo, Ichimaru-sama..." She replied quietly.
"Where're yer off to this fine morning??"
Oh, right. That was another thing. She could never tell time in Las Noches. It was always the same, dreary landscape... "Ano.....Nowhere special, Ichimaru-sama...Just wandering." A pause followed her words. "Maybe train..."
Ichimaru just looked at her through his slitted eyes and kept that same, shiver-inducing smile on his face. "Yer always training, Espina-san. Don't cha ever do anything else??"
Espina smiled lightly, part of her lips disappearing behind her mask. "Well, I do sleep and eat, Ichimaru-sama, just like everyone else...."
Ichimaru patted her head and chuckled. "Cheeky, ain't cha? Well, keep it up, then Espina-san." And with that, he disappeared along his way.
Espina swallowed and breathed out a sigh of relief, leaning against the wall. She didn't like being under higher reiatsu pressure. Even if Gin was friendly enough, she still avoided him. If his reiatsu was this strong, then how could she be in the same room as Tousen or Aizen?? No, she wouldn't dare approach either until she had reached at least the top twenty Arrancar. Maybe even become a faccion in the Espada. But for now, she'd be in the background, waiting for her chance to strike....
