Sabine -o- Winters• • • She smirked when he mentioned not getting hurt again. He'd really get it if he kept it up. There were quite a few things that she had to say back to him.
"It's quite alright... I've dealt with worse. This will disappear soon enough. But if sure that you can't sleep..."
She smiled and closed her eyes a little, a small hint of blush coming to her cheeks. Did she really need him there to watch over her? Part of her was afraid about having more nightmares, but with a presence there, and someone who could coax her out of a bad dream maybe she could get some sleep.
"If I do sleep... do you promise not to do anything... perverted?" She said with a smirk. "I understand you're dying to see me naked, but I assure you that if I feel any pieces of clothing being removed, I will wake up and cut off that which is important to you."
She sighed and shifted a little on the couch, before feeling herself starting to drift off again. She slipped down so her head was in the small crook of the arm and back of the couch, the rest of her body curled up close to her. She had one arm resting on her stomach, the other up close to her head.

Me? Why would you care so much about a girl like me?
Nika wondered why this man wanted to know so much about her. She had to keep her identity safe at all costs. Hunters were everywhere looking for a mercenary like her. ¤ It's better to burn out then fade away ¤• • •

†I am Noseraia... ".....GOOD QUESTION! I already like you!" He loved hearing intellectual answers, it made him happy. That one was the most intellectual he'd ever heard, especially considering he was a stranger asking her for information. He clapped happily thinking on how to answer her question, his own eyes doing a simple twist, becoming a jet black color, before spinning back to the indigo color. Then his lovely beads began to glow, almost as if in jealousy.
He squeezed the one in his hand, and growled at the thing. The bead in his hand filled up his whole palm, which was about the size of the girl's head. As he looked at it, a slight draconian face appeared growling and shifting into what looked like a funnel of water and fire, then stopped. And he was then back to looking at the girl having found out how to answer her question. "Okay, so say I wanted to have someone to talk, and walk with..? Maybe you could be that person? I am after all..a 'humble' monk." He kind of had to stop...And began to laugh at the fact he'd just called himself humble, then he was back to staring into the girl's eyes. Walking along with her down the street. Then spoke again, this time formally introducing himself as he held out his hand to her.
"Names Noseraia..Most people that know me...if at all call me Rai." ...I am the wind†

She knew that there was something with this man that intrigued her a bit. As this made his comment about walking with her, she smiled sweetly, a small pink flush tainting her cheeks.
Well, I think that could be arranged.
Nika noticed his beads that he had wrapped around his hand. They were gorgeous for sure and glowed with such power. This man was some kind of fighter she thought. There was so much power from them that it had to be. This 'humble monk', Noseria or Rai, was an interesting man for sure. When he stuck out his hand, she took it in her tiny one and shook easily. His hands were softer than she'd expected them to be and she smiled a bit.
Well, it's nice to meet you Rai. I'm Nika by the way. You can call me Nikki if you want, but not many call me that. ¤ It's better to burn out then fade away ¤• • •

†I am Noseraia... "Nice to meet you...Nikki! I will call you Nikki, and you will accept it! AS not many people call you it..I will feel special saying it." Noseraia simply gave her a delightful laugh. His hand staying in the tiny form of the other. Shaking ever so gently, before he removed his hand, and continued along beside her. Humming ever so gently, before the beads around him constricted, and wrapped up tighter, of their own free will, wrapping down his body and no longer around his arms.
Though his eyes stayed upon the girl the whole time. They were deadly serious, though the rest of him almost seemed like a drunken old man. With that smile of one who was inebriated. Or one who had found his love, though his eyes told the truth. He was here because he wanted to be, to be standing next to a beautiful woman, whom he hardly knew, and could help him out in some way. Or at least he hoped. ...I am the wind†

It makes you different than everyone I guess.Nika walked with Rai down the sidewalk of the road in an easy stride. She looked over to him, seeing his eyes glued on her. She raised an eyebrow and smirked a bit.
What? Do I have something on my face?
Her comment was a bit sassy for her shy nature but she didn't mind for once. She was beginning to like the company of this man since it was better than traveling alone all the time. Her voice still rang like a soft chime, she didn't believe in speaking loud. If anyone wanted to speak with her, they'd try to listen to understand instead of asking her to speak louder

†I am Noseraia... "Other than perfection, I can see nothing.." Noseraia had just let it slip out, as his eyes trailed over her face, and slowly down her body. He was analyzing her, and studying her, with quick and precise eyes. Not missing any details of her. Then he moved his finger up and barely poked her cheek. Grinning and laughing almost childishly as he felt the fatty tissue that everyone had sink, and wrap around parts of his finger.
Then he pulled his hand away, with a simple smile, blinking a few times before looking down at the sidewalk, how long had they been walking? He hadn't kept time for once, or step counts, he was having to much fun, wondering all about this girl now. Then he spoke, in a soft tone, so that only she'd be able to hear. "So what is your power..?" ...I am the wind†

She felt his soft finger poke at her cheek and she closed her eyes. She hoped he couldn't feel the heat that had built up in her cheeks at that small touch. She giggled out loud and mentally groaned on the inside. She was being soft. Could the interaction with another being actually make her lose it like now?
Nika heard his comment about the powers. Her face immediately hardened. She looked back at the man, her voice still very soft and quiet.
No offense but I still don't know you too well. How can I know that you don't already know who I am?
Nika was very protective of her personal information. He might be acting smoothly with her, but her mental wall was still up. She could have fun at times, but she was still a mercenary.

=|Echo Iselsi|= Echo continued down the ain street, asking poeple if they saw Sabine or Iliad. this was starting to irritate him but he had to remain calm and alert. he didnt notice it but he had walked up beside Nika and Rai asking a man what if he saw 2 rebels hiding in the area.
"Sir, have you seen 2 rebels in this area within 2 days. one was a women white hair, and red dress with a man my hieght with blonde hair wearing a blueish clothing?" Echo was hoping for a good answer this. all the others said they hadnt.
"Why yes, i saw the end of a fight yesterday and 2 people matching your description here on this street. i figuered they went into a house, im not sure which one"
Echo held out some gold coins for the mans time and begin to look around. he felt like an assassin but who cared. "Thank you for your time, please carry on with your business.." Echo stayed where he was looking around at the builings surrounding him

†I am Noseraia... "Because...I am a monk, and if I'd known you already..I'd probably have killed you." With Noseraia's words the beads around his body began to shimmer, forming a small snake around his body. The snake, was white, sea green, and mimiced the color of fire as he looked to the girl The snake simply lifted it's head giving a sort of hissing laugh at her, before it lowered it's head and was back to being the one hundred plus some odd beads. Then he walked along next to her quietly, his eyes closing as he shook his head. "As for your next question, I need to know, so I can see if you'll be any help to me..For more than just your..." He gave her an admiring look up and down tilting his head as a smile came back to his lips before continuing on. "Grace...and beauty."
Then his hands found their ways into his pockets as he moved his eyes directly to the ground, not sure if he should continue to look at the young woman. ...I am the wind†

It didn't make sense to her, but she saw in his eyes he wasn't lying. The snake that had wrapped around his body had come within a finger's length from her face and hissed, but she didn't flinch. Her mouth was hard on her face as it retreated.
Her body became rigid at his next comment. Use? Did that mean he acquired her services? It was a hard decision, but she decided she had to tell. She spoke in a small voice her head looking towards the ground.
My power is 100% accuracy...
It was a gift and a curse. She hated the fact that even if she threw a apple at someone, it'd always hit the chest or head if the person couldn't catch it. Then again, it has saved her life countless times.

†I am Noseraia... "Yes....very use full..but can you also catch things at 100%?" Noseraia asked it, before he just lowered his hand, making sure that the beads didn't transform as a group of guards passed the two of them, just after he'd finished his sentence. He inhaled, trying not to draw too much attention, so he grabbed the girl's hand, twining his fingers with her's, and walking slowly on the side walk. Giving a slight bow in respect to them.
Moments later being out of sight and hearing of the guards, he still hadn't let go of her hand, but was back on the subject, or rather, hoping to demonstrate for himself, as he pulled out a black weight, something that defied gravity. It fell faster than anything else on the world..The one thing to defy physics. He had dropped it to see if her other hand would be able to catch it.
Then he noticed, with a slight blush coming to his face, as he remembered his hand. Then pulled it away and slipped it back in his pocket. "O-oh my..uhm I'm sorry.." ...I am the wind†

=|Echo Iselsi|= Echo looked to his side and saw the girl from earlier he pointed at her about to speak before a lance hit his back. he lurched forward from the force and and let out a grunt of pain.
"We the Royal Guard of Dru'Kai brand you a supporter of rebels and renagades...punishible by death" 3 guards stood behind Echo. there we targeting him as well. his tactics were going to have to change dramatically
Echo was now right infront of the girl. he had a plan and hoped it would work. She needed to be what he he thought she was. This went against every fiber of his being. Echo darted at Nika putting restraining her tightly but not enough to hurt her. holding a claw blade close enough that if anyone moved him or her it would cut her. He HATED every second of this but he wasnt going to be caught by royal guards. he had blood running down his back.
Echo leaned in close to Nikas ear and started whispering to her. "If you are a Merc. If you help me right now... you will be paid... a lot... and get to kill. What do you say?" Nika could probably tell he was in pain. who wouldnt after being stabbed in the back by a lance

Iliad listened to Sabine talk and couldn't help but give her a wicked grin. "So you're saying that if you don't feel it, you won't cut anything off?" He tilted his head to one side, raised both hands in the air and wiggled his fingers. "Like I said, I'm good with my hands. You won't even feel a thing." Iliad put his hands down and shook his head, chuckling a bit. "Don't worry, I might not be an angel but I have some kind of honor... I am a thief you know." He said, referencing the aphorism of Honor among thieves. Wonder if she got that, sometimes I can be a little too witty for my own good, or maybe I just think to highly of myself. Iliad smiled, "So go to bed, I'll be right here."Iliad looked as Sabine curled up into a ball and closed her eyes. Sighing, Iliad stood up and walked to a book shelf. He scanned the lines of books until he found the one he was looking for. The book was small, in fact it was truly only a long poem, not really a book at all. He pulled it from its place in the shelf and eyed the cover. It was black leather with simple gold letters spelling out, ILIAD. Iliad smiled everytime he laid eyes on the book, I still can't believe they named a book after me. He thought to himself sarcastically. Saddly that was his initial reaction when he first seen this very book. He had spotted it as he was leaving a house which he just looted. He couldn't help but take the book with him. Iliad took the book back to the sofa and sat down softly, so he wouldn't wake Sabine up. He looked at Sabine, She keeps her name so secret, but mine is printed on covers just like this one for all to see, I guess that's why I have no problem giving it out. Once you know where your name comes from you get a sense of how trivial it is. People think its some kind of grand symbol of who you are, what makes you different, but in reality, it has its roots somewhere, meaning it was never really yours at all. Iliad opened the book to a random spot and began reading, still keeping one eye trained on Sabine, just incase she started to have a nightmare. Zellana was still wandering around the city, but she had stopped caring that she was lost. Gives me time to myself, plus I might find a nice clothing shop... She giggled at the last thought and continued walking. Before long she came upon a small group of Royal Guards, three to be exact. They were standing over a man in armor, accusing him of being a rebel. She cocked her head to the side, But that is Echo, isn't he a Royal Guard himself... She took a step closer to the comotion to get a better look at what was going on. Just then she noticed Echo's armor no longer had the seal of the Royal Guards, I guess he really is a traitor. She was about to turn to leave feeling that 3 guards would be enough to handle an already wounded man but when Echo ran to a girl and put a blade to her she grabbed the hilt of her blade and spoke up. "Echo, is this how far you have fallen?" She walked over to the center of the comotion, the three guards there looked relieved to see Zellana. "You would threaten a girl just to get away from your own punishment?" Zellana pulled free her Strife, resting it on her shoulder. "You are pathetic and unworthy of the title you used to hold, release her now and come quietly, if you refuse I'll break your legs and drag you to the gallows myself, the choice is up to you." Zellana was not dressed for a fight, she was lacking her armor, but she couldn't let such an injustice go unanswered. Zellana hefted her sword off of her shoulder and held it infront of her in a battle stance, her eyes narrowing despite the small smile she couldn't help but show. A former Royal Guard, plus I've never fought a user of clawed gauntlets, yes this shall be a very entertaining fight indeed.

Sabine -o- Winters• • • When Sabine awoke from her nap, the first thing that she saw was the bright sun and Iliad. No way she was referring Iliad to the sun... not only was that corny but untrue. She smirked and brought a hand to her mouth to cover her yawn. How long had she slept for? The sun wasn't high in the sky but almost looked as if it was setting. Hell he had let her sleep for that long?
She glanced down at her clothing, making sure that everything was tied the way she had done it, and that everyone was there. Underwear? Check. Okay... so maybe he hadn't done anything. She looked at him and smiled before wiping the sleep out of her eyes.
"Good Afternoon? Or is it evening?" She asked quietly, before slowly rising from the couch. She was breathing a lot better then she had before. That cream was really doing it's stuff. Her shoulder on the other hand... still hurt to all high heavens. "Not that it really matters. I can't believe that I slept for that long. Really you could have woken me up. I feel as if I just ruined your afternoon."
