"You and me both." Dylandy replied, yawning and closing his eyes for a moment. "Who knows... maybe it's time I get a new sofa. You should help me pick it out, since, you know, it doubles as my guest bed." the Irishman replied with a smirk.
Eyes still closed, relaxing against the pillow felt wonderful.
Especially given his hangover...

"Oh believe me, I will be." Katagiri replied, half teasing and yet half serious.
There was a knock on the front door, so the scientist quickly went to answer it.
"The paramedics are here, Graham." Billy spoke, heading back into the bedroom.
Luckily for the pilot, they had a stretcher.

Jensen put his arms over his eyes. " That means I have to roll out of bed. Can we at least wait.. till noon?" he asked. " And no drinking today. We did enough yesterday for a lifetime. And you didn't get laid.. at all."
He wasn't exactly sure if Neil remembered anything from last night.
Graham grabbed Billy's hand as he was put on the streacher. " You better meet me there.. or come along.. I'm not staying there.. by myself. Nurse Jenny.. creeps me out."

Laughing, Neil shook his head ever so slightly to avoid hangover repercussions. "Hell no. I'm not getting out of bed until two at least."
He was being rather serious about that.
"Besides... Haro seems to like you, JD... maybe you can convince him to grab some food from the pantry later so we can both lay here and try to calm down our heads. As for getting laid..." the man sighed.
He remembered the night before.
How could he forget?
"Yeah... apparently I'm not getting laid for a while either. Bites a**, really."
After all... in a few days he had a meeting with Celestial Being... and there was no telling if he would be able to come back to his apartment afterward or not.
His life was about to change... and he couldn't even tell his best friend.

At this, Billy couldn't help but burst into laughter. "Why the hell are you scared of her?" he asked, following after the Graham laden stretcher and the paramedics.
He fully intended to ride in the ambulance, after all.

Jensen opened one of his bright green eyes to look at Neil. " Was is having sex so important to you? Can't ya just be friends with a nice girl and then get to know her." he asked raising an eyebrow. " Gah.. i won't be hungry for awhile.. to dizzy.. and I feel like i may puke."
Graham laughed a bit. " She keeps asking me out on dates and bringing me.. flowers.. roses I think, never really paid attention. But she's at least... 20 years old then me." he said hissing as they put him in the ambulance a little harder then he would have liked.

Neil didn't have the time...
Besides, why get to know a nice girl... only to leave her for god knows how long, with no word of him even disappearing?!
"It's... not that simple." the Irishman replied, putting and arm over his eyes. "Bathroom's on your side of the bed... be my guest, JD."
Oddly enough, Dylandy wasn't feeling nauseous... at least not yet...

"So, if she were younger then you'd be all over her?" Billy teased, sitting in the corner of the ambulance, out of the way of the paramedics who were just trying to keep Graham on the stretcher.

" Yes. I know the lay out of your apartment. I practically live here." he asked opening both of his eyes. " Then explain to me why its not that simple. Settling down the with a girl is all you ever wanted, and now you suddenly lose your life's dream?"
" What... no. I'm not interested. Even if she was my age." he said hissing as the put in the needle into his arm, and he sighed when felt pain medicine fill his veins, numbing much of his pain.

Just as Neil had about decided to just tell JD... Haro rolled into the room.
If the robot told Celestial Being...
"Haro! Get out!"
The robot rolled around for a moment, "Private time? Private time?"
Blushing slightly, Dylandy nodded, "Yeah sure... whatever. Just get out!"
Apparently laughing at the Irishman, the robot left the room.

Sighing, Billy crossed his arms over his chest. "Let me guess... she doesn't have a big Union sticker painted to her side with a serial number?" he was giving Graham a perfectly straight face. "I do see how that's a turn off."

JD laughed a little and got up locking the door. " Now.. what did you want to tell me, 'oh man who can control his robot'?" he asked smirking at the brown haired man.
Graham's dark eyes glared at the man. " You know... your gonna pass out one day.. and I'm gonna have that done to you.. then will you do.. my friend?" he asked biting his tongue when the popped his ribs back into place.

Sighing, Neil couldn't help but sit up. He rested on elbow on his knee, head in the palm of his hand as he spoke.
Not once did he look at his friend.
"I'm... going to be leaving Ireland soon... and I don't exactly know when I'll be back so..." he sighed again, really hating to tell his best mate this. "So I figured one last fling would, you know, be nice. Don't know when I'll get the chance again and... well... I obviously can't try and settle down with a nice girl at the moment because of it really."

That was an interesting mental image.
An image that Billy quickly stored in the back of his mind, before raising one eyebrow in question.
Luckily, he hadn't blushed.
"Run. That's what I'll do. Run far and fast, away from any hanger that you, Graham Aker, happen to frequent."
Of course he was joking, as could be told by the smirk on his face.

Jensen raised one of his red eyebrows.
" So anyone will do before you leave?" he asked.
Graham rolled his eyes, but squeezed his hand as they popped in another rib.
He felt the vehicle slowly stop.
One of the paramedics turned to look at Billy.
" You'll have to let go, we need to get him out."

"Saying it that way makes me seem like an insensitive p***k." Neil replied with a half smile, leaning back so that his back was against the headboard, his green gaze focused on the ceiling. "But I guess, yeah. I mean... I wasn't really going to be choosy about the girl. Just as long as she was game." he sighed, closing his eyes once more. "To be honest, JD... I've got this feeling, you know... like I might not be able to come home again..."

Hearing the paramedics, Billy nodded, carefully prying his hand from Graham's. "I'll be following behind." the scientist spoke, quickly exiting the ambulance and getting out of the way.

JD sat up crossing his arms and not looking at his long time friend.
" Don't say thing like that. It sound down right depressive." he said sighing. " Of course you'll come back. You've always been a fighter, Neil."
Graham laid in the bed waiting for Billy to finish filling the paper work. His arms we're crossed stubbornly as there a thermometer in his mouth and a IV in his arm full of pain medicine.
" 'an wa go homeee.. nowee?" he asked with the object in his mouth.

"Only because I have to be." Neil replied, completely serious. "I'm not saying I'm gonna die out there, JD... I'm just saying... that I don't think I'll ever be able to come back to Ireland again." he sighed, closing his eyes and trying to relax. "Guess that's partly why I've been drunk so much lately... I really hate the thought of it, to be honest."
'But it's something I have to do... something only I can do...' the man thought to himself.

"No." Billy replied, not even looking up from the paperwork that his pen was quickly scrawling across. "You need to remain for a day of observation, THEN you're coming back to my apartment so I can make sure you don't do something stupid to hurt yourself worse."
Katagiri glanced up with a partial smirk, obviously teasing... kind of...

" So my best friend is off to be a big boy on his own." he said smiling and leaning over rubbing his fist into his friend's head playfully. " I'll miss you."
JD would do more then miss him, Neil was the only friend he had.
Sure the read head had the band.
But he needed more then just that, but pushing things would be bad now.
The nurse took the thermometer from his mouth. " But I just got a big fancy officer's house. What's the use if I don't live in it. Plus its bigger and nicer then your place." he said pouting about having to stay.
