Oh I know how...the members who ask to join, who don't fell out the proper information, or lacking in some areas should be pmed telling them to enter the Academy. Or we can just pick out the ones who need help, and don't? Dunno...?
@Scribble: I think we should make them go through all classes, in order to graduate. Like they need a certain amount credits for each class, in which we can display in the profile threads, stating their rankings out all total members, their credits, and ect. This would allow Captains to see if on a scale to 1 to 10 their a good role player,a good fighter...ect. Then also a certain amount of credits can also be required to be alienable to join a squad? Dunno...

Yeah, i think it should be a new rule. Say that even the captains went through it for a test run. We can, too. Or atleast say we did. I think we all pass automatically, at least the teachers should ;D
But I think if we were to exclude certain people, others would get mad and ask to be excluded also. They should be REQUIRED to take at least two classes, and take all four if they want kudos. I'll bake them cookies.
If you want, I can try and round up some gold. Or we can make a pool. 1k for each class passed or something =/ Give them a reason to do it at least.

I think it should be mandatory for all that come.
Two classes? Eh, I was thinking one but whatever.
I dunno about the gold. Some might only come for the gold and then drop out and that would be a very unwise investment if that happened.

I mean we can I'd chip in gold, but it would become very expensive (30k=30 people, than times 4 if they decide to do all classes, yeah smile However I disagree on making some exclude. Maybe all new members should be required to take a test in these certain area, and if they fail their stuck in Academy until they achieve credits, but if one does pass, and they do want to take a class then yeah we could give them gold, or ''they give us gold! XD''

So uh....would we be making an entire guild for this or just a subforum. I think we should make a guild personally, just because it'll have more space for crap etc etc.
Now then. On the topic of getting people to go or not, I can go around the guild now and point out people who need work on their stuff, make a list in this here Den, then send out invites, but word the invites in ways that arent insulting. Like:
"Do you want to become a better role player?! Well we've got the PERFECT guild for you! Join now to receive a free gift!"
Or something like that. And the gift could be somethin' rangin' from 1k-5k. I dunno. -shrugs-

Liver's idea works, if they complete all of them WITH GOOD MARKS, they get a random amount of gold or a prize. And i believe Kit has an open guild to use, and so do i... If anyone feels like cleaning it out that is. I have 2 actually. I think.

It doesnt need to be major. We just need like 5 or 6 subforums for each thing, so making a new guild would be better than using this one cuz it'd make it cluttered.
We can all pitch in some gold to make it, or use one of Scribbled's guild things.
