"Ack, Kiyuki-kun, how do you keep finding me in these places," he chuckled as he opened the door for him and resealed it,"This is Kiyoko-chan, shes my students daughter and I will be teaching her, she will likely be my last student."

Qastor sighed,"Eheh, I guess I need to educate you on chakra too, well we can start that when you get ready."

((Thats good to hear! Glad to see you back!))Kiyoko giggles and holds Qastor's hand, and looked up at him,"Chakra?Does Hikaru and mommy and Daddy have chakra?"Kiyoko asked with an innocent tone then looked at the man in front of her,"Are you learning about Chakra and ninjutsu with Grandpa too?"she asked eagerly, she was bubbly and smiled a widely.

"Everybody has chakra Kiyoko dear, its your life energy, it runs through out your body. Chakra is created by combining your mental and physical energy, then using hand seals you can create ninjutsu which are techniques performed using chakra to command the five elements. Each person has the ability to use two of the five elements which are encoded in their chakra signature. Certain elemental combinations run in your dna allowing for special sub elemental control." He stopped and stood up,"Ill give you an example, my two chakra elements are water and wind," he held up two fingers. "But my dna allows a third sub element that only members of my family can use because it runs in our blood," he then crossed the two fingers.

"This type of skill is called a bloodline limit or Kekkai Genkai, because it runs in your dna and only a person descended from your bloodline can use that same type of technique." He then began to form and manipulate water around the girl teasing her and followed with a gust of wind. "You see my ability is ice, no one else can do it but me and the people who have descended from me." He froze the water into a little flower for her placing it in her hand, it was blue and very cold,"Of course there are many variables to this, but these are just the basic rules of chakra. Now you will have to learn how to access your chakra first and then how to gain control over your chakra, these two things when done with practice allow you to access the six basic shinobi technique categories and with out chakra control you can not do any of these. The six categories are: Ninjutsu, power of the elements; Genjutsu, power of the mind; Taijutsu, power of the body; Bukijutsu, power of the weapon; Eiseijutsu, the power of medicine; Kugutsu, the power of puppetry."
