Well, I have really dark hair, so first of all I don't know how well a bleach would work... Unless I use magma colors (those take really well with my hair), but you can't use those on the roots, so yeah...
My hair is down to my lower back. XD I don't have to courage to cut it....

I have dark hair too... it was dyed dark red-ish purple at the time though... Sooo my hair ended up orange, except for the roots... those were bright-ish light blonde. So yeah... if you bleach out dark hair it should work out okay... I think... sweatdrop

I replied to this, but Gaia ate my post... And it was long, too. crying Stupid Gaia.
Anyway, I know the color will turn out, since I have some blonde streaks right now that turned out REALLY well, but the dye that I use can't go on the scalp, so there'll always be some dark roots there...

Ick... maybe try getting different dye? If I tried to dress up as any DN character, I'd have to wear a wig... my hair reaches to my chest on the sides of my head in front of my ears, my bangs reach to my chin, and in the back it's cut short-ish to a couple of inches all over... sweatdrop
