демон Zlo Drăgut

Zlo sighed and nodded her head. "Yeah, I'm sure." she pulled her winter cloak tighter around her and curled up into an even tighter ball on her bed. "Thank you Tyler. I think I will, just... whatever you do don't try to go outside. There are some books if you would like to read them, as long as you are careful." her eyes gently fluttered closed and she sighed before falling into a restless sleep.

Heather watched as his moms face twist in anger. s**t son.
Then Ratri was infront of her, questioning her intelligance. "Uhm. Scared would be a more accurate term." Her voice even shook slightly.

Yeah. His mom was a scary sight, for sure.
And Ratri was not holding anything back. He was blocking Heather and speaking directly at his mother. With anger seething in his voice.

Heather felt instantly weak as the tempature rose, making her head spin. The sudden change in the atmosphere was not exactly comforting. "Ratri, why are you.." But his arms coiled around her, freezing cold. She shivered suddenly, her body reacting all too quickly to the changes around her.

Heather swallowed, hard. She was trying to keep her focus but all the heat in the room and his cold arms holding her, it just didn't feel right. Especially on an empty stomach. She wasn't used to it.

But the crashing sound of the shattering table caused her to jump, her eyes flying wide open as she peeked around Ratri. Her heart was racing like crazy now.

It was difficult to keep his body temperature from rising with the rest of the room, but he managed. Unfortunately, he couldn't counteract it by projecting coldness, no, he oculd only do that with heat too. In fact, because of how they were with heat, that is why their bodies were naturally so damn cold, and why the stones that built this mansion seemed to be ingrained with cold. To contain it the heat that raged within.

Still, Ratri kept his body as cold as it ever was as he held Heather behind him. The feeling Heather would probably get was, holding a giant icepack tgo the front of her body, as well as wrapping aorund just a little, while outside on a very hot summer day. Except the temperature rose so quickly, and hadn't stopped yet.

Nope, the it rose to probably around 125 degrees F by the time the table went crashing into Ratri's mother, making it stop rising. Now, there was only to wait for it to cool down naturally, which it would do a little quicker than a normal room because of how the walls were built, as previously stated.

Unless she did it again. It seemed entirely possibly as she quickly recovered from smashing into a stove like thing, denting it badly. The table was in pieces such was the force with which Ratri's telekinesis had flung it.

It seemed that she was not done yet, so Ratri spun around, and took Heather in his arms, and ran right passed his mother with her, out the door. On his way he yelled back, "You know how much worse can come than a flying table!"

Yes. Ratri was stronger than his parents. But them working together against him...
Well, let's just say the last time that happened... many were left dead, discounting the animals in the forest they had almost entirely destroyed.

He was zipping up the stairs after that.

Renee was blushing quite a bit as well, not expecting him to actually giver her some underpants. After he left, she hesitated before changing. It just felt so odd, no matter how she looked at it, but she eventually shrugged it off, and put on the clothes he had given her.

Looking around, the clothes she had been wearing in hand, she lay them in a small pile against the wall, unsure of what to do with them, before going into the hallway. "I'm finished." She said quietly, smiling a bit at him.

Angel stood in the hallway, but he couldn't help but let his mind wander to what was going on behind the closed door. He smiled a bit, a natural blush appearing on his cheeks.

He was leaning against the wall when she came out, his eyes resting. He jumped at her voice, but when he saw her small smile, his returned. "Shh," He smirked as he wrapped his arm around her waist and led her into a nearby room. He pushed the door open, lead her in and kicked the door shut behind them.

Angel threw open the large windows that led to a balcony before holding her to him again. "Try not to scream," He pecked her forehead, without thinking much about it before he ran and lept out the window, and off the balcony, Renee tightly tucked in his arms.

The heat was so intense around her head. She felt her throat tightening, making it harder to breathe. The air was thick and musty and with the rest of her body freezing, everything was making her head spin.

The crash of the table, was so loud it pierced her ears. But she hadn't realized that his mother also smashed into a stove looking thing. Which caused some heat relief but not that she could really feel.

Suddenly, cold arms were encircling around her body and her feet lifted off the floor. She still felt like the entire room was spinning.

She barely heard Ratri's voice as he took off up a set of stairs. Her feet didn't touch the floor when they stopped though, she just gripped her arms around his neck and held onto him tightly.

"I'm sorry," She kept repeating herself, shivering like crazy. She wasn't even sure why, it wasn't that she was really cold. Or maybe she was, she wasn't sure.

Everything had happened way too fast..

Ratri was barely up the stairs when he heard a vicious growl, but there didn't seem to be any pursuit.

And once he had them up several more flights, he would have put Heather down if she didn't hold onto him so tightly.
"You really should have let me handle it in the first place" he murmured, letting his body warm up a bit so that he wasn't at least freezing her anymore. But what he had done had kept her body temperature from rising to an alarming degree with the rest of the kitchen.

Ratri thought for a moment before he finally decided he should take her out of there for now, otherwise he would have to continue to shield her directly while trying to make things clear with his parents.

"Come on"
he said, and rememebred only at the last minute that she was still shirtless. He continued to carry her as he went to a closet and grabbed a shirt then ran and.... jumped out a window... It was in fact, the same one they had used to come in and landed, 6 stories down, on the stone slab.

His feet hit as he bent his knees for impact, but he held her carefully and landed as lightly as was possible, then he made it rise just as quickly, still holding her tight.

Only then, did he got onto his knees and carefully put her down, giving her the shirt, as the slab started to move away from the mansion.

||im not really sure what to do with Ty... and also, would he even be able to read the books? I'd think there would be like a different language and characters altogether if he tried, right?||

Heather was clutching onto Ratri still as they came to a stop. "What?" Her teeth clattered as she made the soft noise that actually managed to form a word.

She was terrified to say the least.

His body was slightly warming hers again, just like he had done the few nights before. And Heather was calming down slowly. "What the hell was that? Is she.. was she actually going to kill me?" Or.. OR! "Or like, fry me and eat me for brunch?!"

"Come on? Well its a bit hard for me not to follow since you are carry---" Her voice screeched as they flew out the window. Her arms clenched around him again, her face buried in his shoulder. They had stopped and she couldn't even look until he had set her down.

Heathers breath hitched when she realized they were back on the slab and there was a shirt on her lap.
"What are we gonna do now? Obviously going back to your place isn't in the works and.."

She should probably just stop fighting it and let him send her home..But she would never say it. Never.

Renee let out a small squeak as he jumped off of the balcony, clinging tightly to him. Not that she didn't trust him, she just wasn't all that used to flying with him yet. She buried her head into his shoulder, not wanting to look at the ground that was speeding along below him. Instead, she turned her mind towards the garden, and though she felt nervous, she felt confident as well. With a sigh, she glanced ahead of them, eyes wandering over the alien landscape, waiting to arrive.

Ratri gave Heather just enough time to put the shirt on before re-situating them. He was in a hurry to get out of there, just in case[.
He gently moved her so that she was laying down on the slab and put his body over hers, but made it so that he was supporting his on way, while also holding her down.... and then... the slab sped off at a pace at least twice as fast as when she had been on it before.

He had a plan now, that should be fairly easy to execute, but not while Heather was with him. Nope. Currently, he was taking her back to Zloe's, and too fast to really talk.

Once it was in sight he gradually slowed down and started speaking before it was time to land.
"You'll stay here just for an hour or two. I'll deal with my parents, and once things are settled, they won't touch you- or um, otherwise try to kill you."

Before waiting for an answer, they began to descend, though not quite as rapidly as they had risen back at his mansion.
Ratri finally sat up, giving her the freedom to move, even before they touched ground.

Heather was laid down and she barely moved. Well, who would move on a cement slab that was speeding through the air? Unless oyu wanted to die, nobody.
Exaclty.

Heather closed her eyes as Ratri rested above her, holding her still. But sooner than she expected he was off and they were slowly lowering.
Damn.
"What? Where?" She sat up and looked around. Everything became familiar.

"No. Ratri. I'm not staying here without you. Are you mad crazy or something?" She was definitely going to be stubborn this time.
Which, shouldn't suprise him a bit really.

"I don't want to stay with Zlo. She doesn't like me. And her little human is just.. annoying." She pulled her knees up slightly and held them as she stared at the red headed demon.

Tyler frowned as he watched Zlo, stiling feeling somewhat apprehensive for some reason. But she said she was fine, soo...

"Um, ok." He said, but watched her for a moment longer before turning around to look at the books.
He went over and carefully picked on up and sat down on the floor, with his back resting against the side of the bed.

He opened it... and could have face palmed. Like he would be able to read anything he found here... Right.
Still, the characters were very interesting, and elegant, as was the decoration on the inner side of the page. For now, he flipped through it curiously.

Ratri had of course, known Heather wouldn't like this idea very much, but oh well.

"Um. Yes. You should know that by now." He said in reply to her mad crazy question, and sounded completely serious at that. However, he was not about to let her argue her way out of this one.

He picked her up into his arms and very firmly moved her over off of the slab and set her down.
"Oh well. Your staying here until I get things under control, which really, will take no time at all."

Then he moved away quickly, back onto the slab before she could blink and made it rise above, to far for her to reach, but still hovering low.

He needed to make sure Zlo was there first though, since the door seemed to be blocked.
But as he tried to contact her, he retreated, because when doing so, he could usually get some kind of feeling of what Zlo was feeling. It was usually faint, since she was the one with those kind of powers, but considering how her whole projecting thing worked on hmi it was the same concept.

Something just wasn't right, and he now felt more reluctant to leave Heather with her. For Zlo's sake even more than Heather's, although it went both ways of Zlo had less patience than usual.

But he had no time to see if Angel was home, at least he knew Zlo was....

So, after a moments hesitation, he opened up to Zlo again, and just let it be known that Heather was there because his parents found out, and that it was only very temporary.

After that, he looked down at Heather and waved his fingers before taking off, quickly getting to about probably twice the speed he had gotten them there with.
