But don't undersell yourself Haruko, after all, I was pretty badly injured by your earth spike jutsu...you are no slouch yourself. among my village I was the best by far at my age level, and even several years above me, but I come here and the very first person I meet makes me push myself to my limit and force a draw. I would say that is rather talented indeed, if you think I'm skilled."
Looking up at the battle again, Kenji noticed that it was mainly offensive, each side attacking the other out of haste and response, and he remembered how his father always taught him how to fight..."It's true that fighting one on one with another person is some of the best practice you can have, but I think one needs more then that..." Kenji then turned back to Haruko with a gentle smile as his face beamed with fond memories of home...
"Afterall... without someone to protect, how can anyone reach their true potential?"

Haruko nodded in understanding before redirecting her gaze to Kyoma's sleeping figure, "I know what you mean, just the thought of knowing that what you're doing is going to help protect others, you find strength that you never thought you ever had before. Having something to protect is what keeps one going even when it seem all hope's lost. It really does help to encourage someone to work even harder in order to become strong enough to protect that certain someone or something."

"I could not agree more." Kenji looked back at Kyom as Haruko did, realizing that she was probably talking about her...whether she was referring to the reason Kyoma wishes to grow stronger, or the reason why she wanted to, he was unsure of. "Well, I heard that the two of you met here in the plains, but how long ago was that? The two of you seem pretty close...like two who have been friends for a while."

"Huh?" Haruko turned to face Kenji again before a fond smile made its way to his face, "Kyoma and I? Well, I think it was about a few weeks ago, when we both just happen to stumble upon this here field. I guess after our little spar, the two of us just clicked and well, we kinda made a promise to each other that we'll both work hard to succeed, me as a medic and her as this village's greatest ninja." Haruko gives a sigh before turning to face the battle, "Just talking about it brings back fond memories, after that day, the two of us tended to hang out a lot and I guess that's how come we seem so close. Hey, you know, we also met Akio-san in this very field. Yeah, he was just walking by while staring at the sky and well he tripped." Haruko giggled a bit at the memory, "And well, the two of us fought for a bit and...I won. By the way, I think that he would be a formidable opponent for you Kenji-san if you're interested in training with someone."

"Heh...he seems a bit occupied at the moment, but maybe one day. I would rather become more acquainted with someone before simply jumping into a fight. I think you and I are the exception in the case of our battle. it is nice that you found someone to help attain your goals though, both of you will have a bright future together, I am sure."
..."and if Death-sensei could show up, I could figure out my future here, if there is to be one. Kenji cracked a smile, laughing at the thought that the comment might summon Death-sensei, as he was eager to speak with him.

Haruko saw the eager in his eyes and decided to check up on Rei. Haruko closed her eyes for a bit and tried to sense out Rei, 'Hm, it seems Rei is getting closer but still, what's taking him and Death-sensei so long?' she turned to face Kenji, "Don't worrry Kenji-san, they'll get here, um, in probably 2 minutes, 5 minutes top? Rei's chakra's nearby so I'm sure they'll reach us soon. Best if we remain seated here and wait for them to come to us."

broken_ninja37 Narkosa2512 Narkosa smiled as he saw Akio make his water ballon. Narkosa kept charging at him reaching into his back pouch with his black arm. As Narkosa approached Akio, Narkosa jumped planting a hand on Akio's arm. "Gotcha," Narkosa says his right hand wasn't black anymore he left a black handprint on Akio's shoulder. The handprint began to move shaping itself into symbols and form on the paper underneath making a explosive tag thet will exlode if taking off "I hope you like it my Kekkie Genkai I can control ink shaping it into almost any form I wish a great asset for tag making on the run," Narkosa held out his right arm the ink came to life crawling off his arm, and, began to form into a whip Akio made hand signs while light began to cover his arm, starting from the shoulder that had ink on it. Once Akio stopped making hand signs his whole arm and shoulder were glowing from the light that hand consumed it "Speaking of kekkie genkai, i hope you like mine" After saying that Akio's glowing finger tips started to grow, as the grew they took the form of a blade to where it was as if Akio's hand was a sword Narkosa face stretched out into a sly smile watching the arm glow. "That is very pretty, but I would like to see what you can do with it," He said in a calm tone "If you can even do anything at all," Narkosa said with a verbal attack. Watching Akio the ink crawled back up his arm, and Narkosa made the shadow clone hand ssign. IN a puff of smoke Narkosa hides until the smoke clears Narkosa is still standing there "What the!?!" He said in shock it has seems Narkosa ran out of chakra "Come on Come on shadow," He said frantically. Narkosa took his stance and stared at Akio. "I don't need much chakra to beat you. Bring it!"

Akio began makeing one handed hand signs, as he did this spikes of light formed on his finger tips. Once he was done Akio swung his arm at Narkosa sending the light needles flying at him

Narkosa had a worried look in his eyes spearding his feet apart showing a hole within a shadow. He try to dodge nearly getting getting hit be the first two, but the third hit him square in the chest. Narkosa dissapeared in a could of smoke he smiled slowly emerging from the ground behind Akio. Narkosa charged at Akio clasping his hands together "Oogi,"((thousand years of pain)) he yelled behind Akio.

Akio spun on his heel bringing his glowing arm down at Narkosa after hearing 'Oogi' ((the glowing arm is the one that is a sword of light))

Narkosa abandon oogi taking a quick step sliding between Akio's legs. As Narkosa slid underneath Akio he threw som ink onto Akio's legs where the paper are getting into a crouch position Narkosa clasps his hands together concentrating on the ink. The ink speard across thet paper like slugs leaving a trail of ink behind them, as Narkosa concentrated on form the tags his nose began to bleed. Finally after a feew moments the tags were done "I should've done this tag to you in the first place," He said breathing hard as the sealing tags ink dried.

Akio thought for a moment while making hand signs 'Wait, he said he was almost out of chakra, he can't have enough to blow the seals up...' Akio then preformed the hidden mist jutsu

narkosa smiled wiping the blood from his upper lip. Narkosa clasped his hands together drawing up what little chakra he had left "Alway find the meanings hidden within the meanings.. Now I will show that my art is a... BLAST!!" Narkosa yelled detonating the tags. Unfortunatly in his haste Narkosa made the tags out wrong, so instead of a regular explosion the tag blew up like a balloon filled with ink. Standing back to his feet Narkosa scans the area searching for his ink covered foe.

Akio sat on the ground covered in ink while he let the mist clear. After he was able to see Narkosa he said "Well, i'm out of chakra, i got nothing left"
