Kane accepted the piece of paper and bowed. "Thank you, if you'll excuse me I'll be on my way", he said as he headed out the door. Finally I will be able to begin my training in earnest, now it's just a matter of time before I can truly make my mark on this world, Kane thought to himself with a smile.

Nawaki body flicker into the room showing up in a mist. "The new Kage has asked for me to show here." Nawaki looked around in the room. "Where is he?"

Blaze looked at the ninja that just entered the room. "He look like a strong opponent." Blaze leaned on the wall and close his eye's as he would just wait for the hokage to speak.

LT looked at the 2 new shinobi that entered the room, "I am the new kage, Tares Demascus, but my friends call me LT. Please, if you are grass nin, tell me your names and rank." LT finished brewing his coffee and poured it into two cups. Once done he walked over to hand Rein a cup then he walked over to lean against the desk; he has yet to sit in the chair.

Rein yawned once more, stretching before he spoke in a soft and distracted voice. "Well now, that makes four." He looked toward the two shinobi with a thoughtful gaze in his eyes, his lips pulled tight in a uncaring frown as he sized the two up. "They don't look all to scary to me...." Rein finally stated in his child-like voice after a long pause, he was obviously younger than the two though not by much and yet he acted much like an adult. Shrugging slightly Rein looked away from the pair of new shinobi, already losing interest.
"Hey LT, I am going to be departing now. There is no longer a need for my presence." With that Rein vanished in a fine spray of mist a fully powered clone appearing in his place. Yuki had stayed behind as well as she found the bookshelf to entertaining to leave. The clone waved slightly before sitting upon the floor with a emotionless gaze placed upon its face.

"Okay, just be safe," LT retorted, "Not like i have to worry about him eh, So your a Uchiha boy, your the second one that i talked to from here, is the other one your brother? I too, am from the Uchiha clan." LT sized up both of the boys, and scratched his chin under his kakashi like mask. "So what are both of your elements? And how much grass jutsu do you know?" LT set his cup on the desk and stuffed his hands into his pockets thinking, I wonder if i should send these boys to Blade or would that be too cruel. "There are so far one Saanin and three genin. I think two of the three will get promoted. All depends on how hard you guys train." He finished with a smile

And how active are you guys, what are the days and times you are most likely on?

''My element is fire, I don't know any grass jutsu, and I don't think I would be interested in learning any." Blaze looked the other way and wonder who was the shinobi that sized him up. "I wonder who was that guy looking at me like that." Blaze would sit there and wonder if he was a stronger ninja then he is.

"Very well, since we are severely undermanned, i need you young boys to fill openings we have in our ranks. Blaze since you have been here the longest, you are now a Jounin, and Nawaki you are now a chuunin. Nawaki, go to the Village hidden in the rain and enlist in the Jounin exams. Once you are done, report back directly. Blaze, go to the Village hidden in the Mist and go find a man named Blade. He will be your teacher, if you want you may ask him to teach you the sword style, but he will teach you many other thing as well. And both of you be polite. Once you are both done, come back so i can teach you the grass ninjutsu and taijutsu. You may go now, Blaze jounin of Grass, and Nawaki Chunnin of Grass. Make me proud." Kage Demascus finish his coffee from his desk and walked around to sit in his chair.
((ok, both of you are promotes so you can auto learn those number of jutsu for those ranks. I think its like 10 or 15 you can get? im not sure but just check up on it.))

''Uhh, ok." Blaze got didn't know what to say, he just went from a genin to a jounin in a matter of minutes. Blaze didn't have any words to say as he walked out of the office. "Who is this guy name Blade?'' Blaze thought to himself, it didn't matter as long as he taught Blaze some jutsu that would help him in his ninja live. Blaze didn't feel right that his rival Nawaki was a lower rank then him, it wasn't much that blaze was able to do about that though.

"Ok, i'll make you proud." Nawaki was ready to eneter the jounin exam as he had a big smile on his face. "Hey say LT do I have to win the jounin exam to become a jounin." Nawaki begin to head for the door.
