Fallen_Flame Euronymous8850 Trivium, without a doubt. i'm suprised they can move with all those music magazines latched onto their collective d**k like crabs. they just seem to do what everyone else does, and they get praised for it. just like mastodon. please, don't get me started on mastodon. I agree about Trivium, but I started to listen to them and don't think they're that bad. Oh and to stay on topic...Black Metal..All of Black Metal. Every genre has its fair share of s**t bands, black metals s**t bands seem to be more popular though for some reason. But BM will never die entirely, theyl always be the bands that will bring the genre back up.

Stratovarius I can agree with Edguy, but CoF has put out like 12 or 13 CDs. thats gotta be worth something. plus, im just big fan of black metal smile Stratovarious is okay.

I'd say any metal in the last 5 years out of America was pretty Pathetic... yep. thats pretty much a good summary xd Nothing good ever came out of america,Look east. Black metal = Europe. I think Burzum is highly overrated. I've only heard the Hviss album, and I must say that the music is good, but it's overrated, and his vocals suck.
I also think that Darkest Hour sucks a**. ********, worst metalcore ever.

Ozzy deserves to be shot in the face, but live through the pain. Then he should be castrated by way of his own son biting him down there, and continuing to chew until his testicles fall out and roll across the ground.
Other pathetic bands include Suffocation, Avantasia, Children of Bodom, any "Hair Metal" band, Edguy, HammerFall, Into Eternity, Finntroll (some stuff is okay but you start to notice a lot of repetitiveness), Gwar, Cannibal Corpse (lol funny lyrics though), Cradle of Filth, Dimmu Borgir-after For All Tid, Stormblast, Six Feet Under, Armored Saint, new Slayer and Metallica, Hecate Enthroned, Anthrax, and more!

You too can become one of them! just slap on some makeup that makes you look like you've not had any sleep while subsisting on a diet of crack cocaine and your own sex-wee. then play some music by one of your competitors in the background (doesn't matter who, as they are basically the same), and then make some vocals by cupping your hand over your mouth and make a "yaw-yaw-yaw-yaw-yaw-yaw-yaw" noise for three minutes (try it, it works!), whilst letting your more talented guitarist sing cleanly only three times in the song. repeat 9 more times, take a photo of a woman doing something "weird" for the cover, and sell to 14 year olds to massive acclaim.
and no one will suspect a thing.....
