-=They each flashed Aonice a very brief smile and nod, then stood like sentries, guarding the room=-

So, where to start?...

Our main headquarters will remain on the continent. We've agreed to train Citizens of Purunrun, but unless they're accepted into the mainland academy, they will be your nin, and not affiliated with the Gaian Ninja Academy. Although, if they decide to go rogue, or abuse their powers too much, we reserve the right to label them as a missing Nin of the GNA, as they were trained by our hands.

-=Neko looked over the map, and pointed to two spots. The one next to the sea, and the one in Akuma forest, nearest to the mountain=-

If you'll have it, we'd like to have two facilities. An office, and a traditional dojo.

-=Neko smiled and opened his briefcase, pulling out two forms and placing them in front of Aonice before pulling out another, thicker form; a contract. He kept that next to him in hopes to not flood Aonice=-

Morrigan?..Anyway, these are building permits. If it's technically someone else's land, then they'll have to sign before we can build on it.

Only what we've already discussed. That the GNA agrees to teach the able on your island in the elements they choose, subject to availability. It reserves you the right to call on the GNA for assistance, if, God forbid, you ever need it. Your students can also visit the mainland facilities, and participate in the arena, although, our lessons there will be restricted only to those we find can handle and make use of it.

I'm not saying that the lessons we give here aren't the best we can give, by any means. They're just a little more...safe, if you will.

Excellent, a pleasure to do business with you. I look forward to many happy years. I can have my people start construction as soon as possible, but, I warn you. They're fast. We could have our Purunrun branch up and running in a day or so.

-=Neko chuckled and stood up, nodding at Vinn and MErcutio, who promptly left the room=-

Nah, we should be fine, thanks though. So, do I get a tour or anything, or do I just help myself to the attractions? A brochure or something?

-=Neko grinned and picked up his briefcase, loosening his tie at the same time. At that ,moment, it was pretty obvious he wasn;t the suit type. He took the hat off of his head and held it in his hand, his grey hair falling into place, some of it covering his cheerful face=-

-=Vinn, the brown-haired man walked out of the manor and leaned against the cab, his cell phon against his face as he made a call. Mercutio looked around the den curiously, and Neko started to walk out of the meeting room=-

Maybe in the morning, I'll get my men started tonight.
