Rina frowned as she was left standing there, all alone. The thought slightly brought shivers to her but she didn't mind. AS she slowly walked down the sidewalk, her tail wagged, even she had tried to conceal it. She sighed and continued walking, whacking her tail. Rina wandered around until she ended up in front of the mall. Pondering whether she should go inside or not, she continued to walk until she found it too tiring to walk through the mall. There was no one to walk with anyways. She sat down on a bench at the park when she arrived and stared out at the scenery. Two days later.....they can't break their promise...can they? she thought, sighing.
(( Sorry I haven't been posting. I kinda forgot about it cause I was caught up in this other rp. I'll post more frequently now. ))

((I’m playing a half-breed that works for the government, is freakishly loyal to the government, and works as a subordinate to the other officials, but my profile’s not up yet))
A figure stood outside of the mall, large leather boots partly hidden in the snow. Her first mission was to report to any one of the other government officials, and see what orders they gave her from there. Hopefully they had gotten the message that she would be joining their team, but things were so disorganized these days it wouldn’t surprise her if they thought she was another half-breed they were after.
Jacqueline pulled her gloves on further up her arms to make sure they were on properly; they hid her claws, after all. Her scaly tail was hidden under a long black jacket, its hood over her head to help cover her orange eyes. With that, she entered the mall, her eyes scanning the area for the other officials.

He realized that Kat wouldn't walk fast while he was covered in the catnip. He scooped her up in his arms and jogged out of the mall with her. He didn't know where to head now. He hadn't been prepared to be chased. He decided he run back to the park. There was no way for him to go fast with her in his arms, so he continued jogging.

Czar
Hearing Grahram's Words Czar glanced at him before sighing. "Okay, if that's what you wanted..." Czar then walked away while carrying his board. Rats... this isn't going to be easy... But I can't give up. If they want to play hard ball then fine, I'll play hard ball...
Once at the corner Czar began to run then he set his board down and rode it around the mall until he saw something that caught his eye. "Security control room..." he read out loud. Looking around; seeing no one. Czar tried to open the door but the door was locked. Ugh... you've got to be kidding me. Czar positioned his board as it was hovering a little higher then it should be. Then Czar Replaced his new shoes with his original ones as moved back and ran towards the door. Then using his board as an step he jumped towards the door and kicked it open. The door was broken to the point where it can still close but people can jump over it. Once landing and rolling on the ground Czar found another door on his right. "Master Surveillance system" Czar opened the door and looked around as the whole room became empty. Wow... that's suprising... I guess these weirdos are something else... then noticing a suspicious character leaving the mall. Ok. that's good they left the mall. But just to make sure. Czar found an emergency lock down switch close to the area. Oh well... Sorry guys. But... you forced me to do this. Czar pulled the switch as an alarm was heard through out the mall. we are playing hard ball right? Czar exited the room and found the emergency exit. Riding his board through the exit, the usual alarm was heard as he exited the mall. Then reaching out his newly bought phone, he called his father again.
"Dad it's me Czar. Yes I am ok, but we have a slight change of plans. No don't park in the roof of the mall. Where else? I don't know. Maybe at the Park? Look I just need to go home ok? I had a long day and I really need to take a bath. Just... but- what- Ok- and- stop- come on da- oh- ugh okay we'll meet at the park. Just... make sure you don't kill people while trying to land ok? bye dad..." Czar hang up the phone and sets it in his pocket meanwhile he waited at the park and sat down at a bench Looking at the person next to him he wondered who she was. She had red hair and some of her red hair was sticking pointed out. Too bad what he didn't know was those were dog ears. "Um... hello, nice to meet you." Czar told Rina.

Rina suddenly heard a voice in the distance and came out of her daze. It's one of those military people? she thought, confused. Deciding against asking, she flashed a warm smile and replied to him. " Hello! It's nice ta meetcha too! My name is Rina! " she said enthusiastically, holding out her hand to shake with his. She felt a bit awkward talking to someone that might be after her but she brushed the thought away. It's fine. Nothing will happen. Besides, he seems like a nice guy. she said, trying to reassure herself.

"Keep moving... Keep moving. Find target. At a loss for information. Return to start location," Bad-eye hissed to himself, his feet hitting the pavement with a slow thud. The borrowed gun was clipped into his belt, his eyes darting back and forth as he scanned the area.
He exited the mall out a service entrance, trying not to attract attention by using the front door. The black leather jacket he wore creaked as he broke into a run, headed for the alley-way he first met the girl in.
"Start from point one and rework estimations. What does the clue mean?" He snarled, shoulder colliding with a random civilian as he ran. It hurt, but only enough for it to be registered. It wasn't going to slow him down.
He had to find her, before she left the city if possible. The snow wasn't helping though, as everyone he saw was wearing heavier clothing. The mans eyes were narrowed, his teeth gritted as he tried to decipher the clue without speaking a word, on his way to the one location he considered useful to his search.

"Mreow! You smell exciting..!" Katie said in a slight seductive growl as he jogged. She licked her lips seductively.. She clearly wasn't thinking straight as she found the catnip quite intoxicating. She continued to sniff his shirt, as she began to loose herself even more to the catnip.
There had been only one other time Scotty had done this. It was when they had first met, though the catnip was unintentional. It had grown wild with the Ivy so when he had first snuck in to the greenhouse, his first encounter with her was a slightly wild one. Dr. Eve had stopped just as the catnip took place by hosing them both down, making Katie upset with her for a week. It was Scotty that had convinced her to calm down after signing a bunch of contracts swearing him to secrecy..

Czar
"um... Oh. hello Rina" he told her. "My name is Czar. I'm a resident here in this city, so I know my way around." Czar grabbed her hand as he shook it before retracting his hand back. "My dad's supposed to pick me up here, he's a scientist by the way." Czar told her as he looked up in the afternoon sky. Hmm... should I... "Hey Rina. I'm looking for a girl with purple hair, who is currently wearing a winter outfit with pigtails that resembles cat ears. Have you seen her? Currently she's being tailed by some strange people and I'm beginning to wonder if the military's in this." Czar asked her Hmm... She could be like her... But I really don't know.
Looking around the sky and city he began to notice a helicopter flying over the city. about time... Czar thought in his head.

Almost the second Jacqueline walked in; she heard the sounds of alarms coming from the mall. Choosing between staying and finding out what the commotion was about, or leaving and not getting involved, she decided to stay inside. Jacqueline still didn’t know where the other government officials were who were sent on the mission, but her best chance was probably still in the mall. She would have chased after the mysterious people who ran out the door, but she had not received orders yet.

Rina smiled as he answered and told her his name. " Well, I hope he picks you up soon Czar! " she said, smiling brightly and laughing slightly. " Er....no. I haven't. " she replied, now feeling nervous. They're searching for that girl? Would they be searching for me too? Now that I think about it, he said his father was a scientist. She was lost in thought when she heard the distant sound of a helicopter growing louder. She frowned but then smiled, looking back at Czar. Rina was really scared but decided it was best that she didn't let Czar catch anything off about her.

Terry's attention perked when the alarms began to go off. The already confused mall crowd was now in a frenzy, with everyone stampeding towards any exit possible. "Damnit! That stupid kid, what the hell does he think he's doing?" he angrily and rhetorically asked Graham. "Graham, you are to find the kid and capture him, and that is an order," he grunted at the Brit. "He is a threat to the mission, and needs to be taken down ASAP. Now, if you need me, I will be heading towards the exit, to try to stake out our targets." As soon as he said that, he walked away towards the closest exit.
As he walked toward the entrance, he received a text message. Upon opening his phone he saw that it was from the higher ups. He opened the message, and got the profile for a new operative who was sent to meet up with them. Along with the text, he got her picture, and some basic info on her. After reading this, he took out his pda, connected his private server, and had it search through the government database to get her full file. After a couple of seconds, he had the file sent in email form to his pda for later reading, but now he didn't have time. He stopped by a sports memorabilia store to scan the crowd looking for her.

Graham nodded and walked away, wishing he had ear plugs for this irritating alarm. He had an idea, and ran, with his gun out, towards the security station. He saw that the door had been forced open. Walking inside, he looked at the console, then around, noticing another door. He walked in that one and saw a wall of T.V screens. He carefully scanned them all until he saw something he liked. In the corner of one of the screens, he saw half of a Hoverboard. "How many of those can there be around here?" Graham thought. He made sure tranquilizers were loaded into his gun and ran towards the exit that that camera was stationed at. He arrived there, gasping for breath and saw Czar and someone else talking. He ran up to the pair, gun raised and pointed at Czar's head and shouted "Don't move! I'm taking you in! Either conscious or unconscious! I don't care!"

... it's that guy again... Now I know he's from the military. "...Hmph... So I'm caught. No matter." Czar grabbed his board and opened the secret compartment as he pulled out his dual Yo-yos. "Well... Go ahead, Shoot me. because I'm not going anywhere." Czar slept both of his Yo-yos as he just stood there. Blocking the girl from him. Ok, since my shield's still up, and it's still afternoon... And my dad's here. "Well.. What are you waiting for?! Since you didn't give "her" any mercy I expect you do it to me." Czar's voice began to take a darker tone.

The mall was ridiculously full of with pandemonium, people running, pushing, and shoving. Since Jacqueline had just come in through the mall’s doors that were now being bombarded with people, she sped out of the way and jumped on top of a kiosk in the mall. This would at least make the others on her team see her, and wouldn’t draw any unnecessary attention to herself because everything was too hectic for people to register.

Graham was unprepared for this boy's insolence. He seemed so sure of himself, so damned cocky. If it was one thing Graham hated more then anything, it was someone who was full of himself. "I won't have to shoot if you put those things down and put your hands behind your head. Make no mistake though. One wrong twitch and I'll shoot." Graham hoped his warning would make the boy see sense. He wouldn't hurt him unless he had to.
