There is this chick at work who hates me for no reason...and she talks about me all the time. At first I didnt care, but it is getting out of hand. It makes me sad...I even like want to quit my job over it. crying

Wow, that really sucks. sad
But don't quit your job unless you can find something (better) first.
I kinda sorta know where you're coming from. At my last job several (almost all) of the co-workers smoked pot. Sometimes on the job. I didn't realize this until they snuck off to the walk in refridgerator and smoked out, abandoning me when I was still new and had no idea how to run the store. I was so mad because they made me feel like such an idiot (and I had no idea where they had gone off to, finally I decided they couldn't have gone out side and they could only be in the walk-in). Of course they expected me to not do anything about it (idiots). Later that night when we were closing (and the store was actually closed), I was in the back doing dishes and they go "Hey Michelle we're going to go smoke some more pot real quick, the doors are locked; so nobody will come in"

I told my manager the first chance I got, but little did I know at that point that she was HORRIBLE at being a manager. She didn't do anything about it. All she did was talk to them about it. So of course they all knew I ratted them out (they deserved it!) and all of their friends knew about it. (Did I mention all of the potheads were friends?)

Anyway, it made for a very uncomfortable working environment. .__.;

And one of the two supervisors that she had was selling pot to his friends in the parking lot. ~_~; Of course we couldn't prove it, but we all knew what he was doing.
