Arthur defiantly. Lucius tried to kill Harry in the fifth movie. Arthur has been helping Harry since the first movie. Lucius has been nothing, but a jerk to Harry and his friends, exspecially Dobby.

Dumbledore. I love them both, but Dumbles is definitely more useful than Hagrid.

Lupin!!! Tonks became too mopy in the 6th book and then she was all knocked up during the 7th. Whereas Lupin was a super sexy werewolf who taught Harry the patronus charm!

I'd have to say Percy Weasley because even if he was the world's biggest prat for OotP, HBP, and part of DH, at least he helped out in the final fight of Hogwarts and he made up with his family before Fred died crying . I just don't like Dudley.
