Okay so, a Chief Petty Officer would be the head of the Galley, yes? Or Petty Officer 1st Class?

That would be me. I don't think I have time for it and I don't want to drag everyone down. I still support the endeavor. Also I wanted the gold...

Officers don't cook or clean. That's what the enlisted are for.

Des Voh Okay so, a Chief Petty Officer would be the head of the Galley, yes? Or Petty Officer 1st Class? Lower, if the guy in charge of the maintaining the whole ship is a Chief Petty Officer, the barkeep is several ranks lower. I'd say Leading Crewman or Petty Officer at most.

@Nelo: Non-commissioned officer, I'm in-charge of the Galley, but I'm also the ships head bartender.
So, Petty officer 2nd or 3rd Class?

3rd Class is the same as Leading Crewman, so Leading Crewman it shall be.

BTW stellar, knock the doc down a rank. I just thought about the fact that if he's been shuffled to the Resolve, the likelihood of a promotion probably came from the fact that he missed teh promotion board.

Not a big fan of Kyle Katarn wannabes and their Bryar Pistols, but I'll let it slid.
If you have officer in your title you don't do stuff like serve drinks, even if you're a NCO. I really doubt Sergeants and Petty Officers are bartenders, thats for corporals and crewman.

Commonly, it's usually less than a sargeant, in army terms.

I wanted to, so I volunteered for it, and because my character has professional experience pre-military in it, it could be allowed. Maybe he was prior to his promotion and wanted to keep doing it as well. As for the bryar, I've always liked it, and its the closest thing I can find in star wars to the sawn-off Zoe uses in Firefly without the lever.
