Aoaka grinned at Jazz. "Well, so far, there hasn't been anything that isn't awesome. So until I taste something bad, my opinion stands," he said with a chuckle.

He was slowly working on the salmon, savoring it. He also kept an eye on the people around him, wondering if he ought to take Jazz's advice and try and meet more people.

Maybe he ought to stick to trying to meet other Aions and Merions first, though...

Well, this was an interesting development. Aoaka had never seen the pool open before, and he watched the floor pull back with interest. He looked down at his almost gone salmon, and decided that after he finished, he would slip in the pool, too. Especially as it would mean he could delay going back to the water for longer.

He chuckled at the baby splashing in the water. "Looks like he enjoys it already. You might have a surfer in the making, miss."

There. He'd tried starting a small conversation with someone else. It was a start, at least. He took a drink from his glass as he watched them in the pool.

Aislinn practically collided with the door as she rushed in. She just had time to turn the knob as she soared into the bar, having been so excited, she found it hadn't been possible for her to walk. So she flew instead. Only, she still had trouble with her landings, and the bar was so small compared to Dragnid forest, she nearly scraped her horns on the ceiling.

In an effort to land, she folded her wings and tumbled into the tiki bar, landing in a tangle on the floor. "Oww...my head..." Feeling dizzy from her sumersaults, she sat there a little while, unwilling to move.

As her view came into focus, she noticed very bright colors...

An adult red demon and a teen yellow fae stood before her, both male. She smiled sheepishly. "Uh...hey guys...what's up?" Gradually, her mind cleared and a wave of realization overcame her as the two pae registered in her memory. Her red eyes flashed at the shock.

"Oh! Oh I'm so sorry!" Getting up off her feet, as it was unladylike to lay so scattered on the floor. "Um...Hula Bob?" She asked, looking the patterened demon up and down. Then her gaze shifted to the yellow Pae. "Then you must be..." She hardly dared to breath his name after her embarrasing stunt. what had she been thinking flying in like that? It Was totally unrefined. "A-apollo?"

Aoaka smiled at Luau Lulu's invitation, and nodded. He finished the last of his meal, not wanting it to get cold, and thanked Hula Bob for it before sliding off the chair and floating over to the pool.

He sank into the water with a happy sigh. His long black tail curled underneath him in the water, and he sank under the surface quickly to get the rest of him wet before he came back up top, just his head and shoulders rising out of the water.

"Ah, that feels much better. I was feeling a bit dry," he said, and then tilted his head at Tiki Jim, considering.

"Do you think he's too young to learn how to swim?" Aoaka asked. He really had no idea, having been able to swim from the time he was an Aion. And there weren't many that were better than a Merion for teaching swimming lessons.

Aoaka chuckled, and continued to gently splish about with his tail. As long as it amused the little one, and he was in water, he could do this for hours. He had never claimed to be hard to amuse.

The arrival of still more people was a small distraction, though, and he looked up to see who else was here. Someone else he had never met, it seemed, though that wasn't surprising. But, it wasn't another Merion, or even an Aion. It seemed that Hula Bob's place wasn't popular with the aquatic crowd.

That would make it difficult to see how many Merions he could find, if he wanted to hang out here more often. Well, perhaps he could spread the word, if he did find other Merions.

He realized he was forgetting about the baby, his tail fin draping limply above the water as he was lost in thought. "Whoops. Drifted there for a bit," he said, by way of explanation.
