Sara made her way away from the fort over a small hill a league or two away. She shifted to her bestial form and readied herself, she was careful to keep weight off her injured leg and launched off the ground. With the first mighty flap she was nearly even with the tree tops, with the second she had passed the hill crest and only to fal back down and stay below it as she flew back to the village not far off.
As she shifted to mist and floated gently down to the ground a slight wind gust pushed her off course a ways. She shifted to her human form and started the now long walk back to the village, favoring her leg the entire way.

"hello Sara. Looks like you could use some assisstance." Erik had seen Sara walking on the path, with a heavy favoring of only one of her legs. Had she seemed uninjured, Erik would have watched her from afar, and only appered if enemies did as well. But she was hurt, and needed help. "Perhaps we can walk back to the village together."

Mia noticed Varnis getting weaker and weaker. She did what she could to keep him conscious, "Varnis stay awake we are almost there!" Mia saw the village near by and tried to fly faster, but she was getting weaker as well. She looked back at her leg and saw that the arrow went clean throw her leg, she was starting to lose a lot of blood. When she was almost there, her vision started to blur, "no not now I must make it to the village." When Mia was over the village she saw that some villages were below. She slowly flew down to the ground, turned into her semi human form, put Varnis's good arm over her shoulder, and slowly limped, in pain, towards the villagers. "Someone help me, he needs medical help now!"

A few of the villagers saw Mia and Varnis coming their way, and thought nothing of it until Mia had called out for help. A few of the villagers ran to where they where then realised how bad that both of them where. Two of them took Varnis from Mia, who was no unconscious, and one helped Mia into the village. They where both brought into a tent that had a few medics in it.
Varnis was laid on a cot. His injuries where bad, but due to the leather armor, it had stopped the arrow before it reached his heart. Quickly, and carefully, they removed his chest piece. One of the three medics where skilled with using water magic, and was able to use that to help his wounds heal faster. Pulling out the arrow, she quickly placed her hands over his chest and started to close the wound using the water magic as well as clean it. The wound wasn't able to be fully healed this way so they wrapped him in bandages. That was all they could do for him.
One of the other medics had Mia sit down when he first saw her. Grabbing a few items, he cleaned out the wound and started to bandage her leg. "Are you injured anywhere else?" He asked her as he continued to bandage her leg.

Sara looked up at Erik's remark. "I'll be fine thank you." She figured she didn't know that well and didn't wish to owe him. That and her sense of dragon like honor and pride wouldn't allow it. "But your company would be welcomed." She said as she wasn't sure what he had asked.

"Very well then. Let us proceed." Erik still had both swords, but he kept the stolen one hidden. He would unveil the sword when the time was right.

Mia replyed to the man's words, "No, I am just very dizzy, but how is Varnis." Mia looked over at him, wondering if they would be all right. "Damnit if he dies, I am going to blame my self." Mia layed back, on the table the man had her sit on.

The man looked over at Varnis for a moment as Mia asked him about varnis. "We aren't sure, but we did all we could." He finished wrapping the wound on her leg. Standing up, he walked away to the wash station, and started to clean up himself after taking care of the bandages and gausses.
Fire, fire every where. Many bodies where burned beyond recognition, trees burned, and charred buildings. There where a few people off in the distance staring at him. Hatred in their eyes. Running off towards them, he summoned a wall of fire, and pushed the wall of fire with the wind magic he has always known to use. His clothes had a golden dragon stitched into them. The red cloth protected his skin from the heat of the fire he was able to control. Two daggers, one golden, and one silver could be seen held in the man's hands. The wall of fire crashed down onto the group of people before he ran off towards them. Getting closer to them, he felt a sudden force against him before being flung backwards into the air then being flung towards the people. Landing into the middle of them, he quickly stood up and struck at the first one he was able to reach. A hand came out from the side and pushed him down to the ground.
"You need to fight this!" A man sat on top of him. His face was dark, but the voice was familiar. Varnis squirmed as he tried to escape the mans grasp. A face came into view, it was Markis' face.
Varnis lied there on the table, a cold sweat started to form. He was mumbling incoherent words, as if he was having a night mare.

Even though Sara's limp caused them to go slow, she and Erik made good time. Soon enough she could see the small houses and the smoke thrown up by the fire in the middle of the village. "Feels good to be back, even if this would be the second or third time back here." She said and started toward the village.

"I suppose everyone needs a place to call home...My home wasn't so lucky. After the four nations robbed me of everything I ever loved, they tore down my father's home, the home he had from serving his nation faithfully..." Erik was making a futile attempt to hold back his tears. "My father, killed by the Air Nation. My mother, slain by the Earth Nation. My girlfriend, murdered in cold blood, by the Water Nation. And then, the Fire Nation did something so horrendous to me that I shall never take this cloak off." Erik dried his tears, and shook off his emotions. "No matter. If my hunch is correct, then the first step to stopping the Fire Nation has been achieved. I must admit to you Sara, the General was never my target. My target was a peculiar relic used many centuries ago...I shall tell you more when we find Varnis and Mia. I suspect they are still together, perhaps nursing their wounds from the battle."

((All that my character is doing is just lying their unconscious. I can get really detailed about him just lying there but... That's it. ))
The cold sweat was getting worse by the minute. It was as if he was trying to wake up, but was unable to. He clenched and unclenched his fists, and clenched his teeth. The bandages where falling apart from the sweat itself. The medics where trying their best to stop the sweating, and change the bandages as quickly as possible.
"You need to fight this..." Markis was holding him down while the entire village burned, and smoldered. "This needs to stop."
He couldn't stop. There was no way he could control himself.
