"Well that's good then..." she clicked her hooves together looking up at the sky suddenly gasping, "Oh no! I have to get home! It's getting late!" she dashed into his house, "I-I'm sorry Aubrey! It's just that its getting dark and my mother wants me home before dark..." she sighed inwardly. She probably looked like an idiot right now...

Aubrey jumped when Irisse started and hurried after her. "It's my apologies. I didn't mean to keep you so late." He put a hand on her shoulder to reassure her. "Thank you for the visit though. I enjoyed it greatly. You enjoy those tomatos."

"No, no. It's not your fault really...I enjoyed your company though." she smiled at him, her little tail flicking, "And I'll enjoy the tomatoes as well. I can't wait to give them to my father." Irissë looked around her, wondering which way they came from, "Er...which way was back to town again...?"

Aubrey smiled and gave her shoulder a last squeeze before letting go and pointing around the door. "That way. There's a small path a short way out that will lead to to a main road to town." He paused, then smiled again. "Feel free to drop in whenever you'd like to."

"Thanks Aubrey!" she called behind her, "Next time you'll take me to hunt right?" she turned around one last time to wave, "I'll see you soon!"

Aubrey laughed. "Apparently, I will. Soon! Good night." He watched until her pale form vanished into the woods, then turned back into the house still smiling. Fin!
