Kwubara slithered along the ground untill he saw Tier. He figured he would just walk up him and wait for their first lesson.

Tier said to the fountain without turning to Kwubara.

"DON'T GET SNAPPY WITH TIER."
Tier suddenly turned his head sideways to half-look at Kwubara as he said that. He turned his head towards the fountain again.
"Tier will need a few days to come up with a lesson plan, since this was sudden."

Two days later...Tier was standing in front of the large fountain with his arms folded. He had a lesson plan in mind that would last at least a week before a new one was needed.
"KWUBARA, COME TO TIER!" He shouted, assuming that Kwubara was near.

"No need to yell Tier. I'm right here." Kwubara said as he walked up to Tier.

"NOT THAT NEAR."
Tier straightened up and placed his hands behind his back as he spotted Kwubara walking forward into sight. His single yellow eye focused squarely on him.
"How well can you manipulate water?"

"What kind of manipulation are we talking about? I can summon mist and clouds. You seen about all I can do already." He answered as he droped a bag in front of Teir. "This bag was at the door when the anouncment came."

"Turning into mist isn't enough to win a fight. You have to learn how to control the basics. The enemy can easily burn out your mist with a fire attack or blow it away with wind."
Tier looked down at the bag before he crouched to pick it up and look inside. The items it contained were all water-related inventions. HELLO NEXT LESSON PLAN, KEKEKEKE.

"I dissolve into it not turn. I can also dissolve objects. Anyway you can't burn it out but you can boil it. I'll give you the wind. Now what is the lesson for to day?" He said as he statred to pull his sword from it's cover.

" . . . " Tier stood there and stared at Kwubara. Something about Kwubara's tone had made Tier changed his mind about the lesson.
Tier set the bag of miscellaneous items to the side before placing both hands behind his back again.
"If you're so knowledgeable about the water and it's forms, then attack me head on.
Whatever style you want."
The fountain's water behind Tier had additional ripples running through it suddenly.

Kwubara quickly pulled water into the air and filled the room with a fog that was so thick that you would not be able to see anything pass arms lenght. He dissolved a portion of his body and charged Tier with a small sprint.

Tier's single yellow eye lit up in the murkiness of the room as he spotted Kwubara's chakra signature.
"Kukuku."
Tier waved both arms outwards as the fog around him suddenly fell to the ground in the form of water. The water from the fountain behind Tier was alive with his chakra in the form of five whipping tentacles. One tentacle grew in size and shot forward in an arch to slam Kwubara into the ground.

Kwubara dissolved into the water on the ground. He disapated his body to hide any signitures. Kuwbara slowly moved his body to a better attacking postion.
