A dragon flew in the sky and suddenly transformed in midair into a human that had wings of a dragon. She landed on the bridge, which the wings disappeared. "So...your out here then little brother." She said with a smile.

Akira laughed. "We are near the Border of the Grass Country, which is next door to the Rain Country. And that in itself is only a short span to the Akatsuki Base." He said, shaking his head.
