"I'm glad you find us friendly. We trade with those brave enough or misgudied enough to wonder in here. Not many want to wander into the forest of bones, three wolf demon tribes live here, two brutal. Fendar and Nelkin are those two, Fenton wold tribe is only a little ways a way and we share many things, including allies. But travelers know to follow the red markings, so we do a bit of trade." she said, leading him into the hut.

"Ah... it's a good thing that wolf was a friendly one then! Would you happen to have any maps as well that I could look at? I need to decide on a direction."
Haiiro looked up as they entered and stared curiously at the human. He'd never seen one before... but weren't they evil?? Wasn't that what Maralah said before??

Maralah looked over at Haiiro. "Haiiro, this is Toshi, he is a traveller. He is safe." she then turned to look at Toshi. "I will go check for some maps and look for the supplies you will need. I'm guessing you want a good supply of meats and vegetables, we also have many different drinks." she said, walking into another room to look for these things. ((I'm gonna bring Kira home soon, Whee!!))

"Yeah that'd be great! What to take for trade her anyway?" He eyed the cat demon curiosly. The boy looked wary of him... and seemed to not fir into this town very well. Maybe he was a traveler too. "Hey, nice to meet you Haiiro."
He breathed a sigh of relief at hearing this human was safe and jumped a bit at being addressed "Hi.. nice to meet you too" he replied shyly

"Furs, coins, jewelry, clothing. Whatever you can find. We take weapons as well." she said, diging through and looking for the food he would need.
Meanwhile, Kira had been unable to stand the village, and with many apologies to Lady Lea, departed for home. She was almost there when she ran into Zepher who told her of the new arrival and also that he had heard another feline demon was about. She thanked him and then went on her way home.

"You take furs? Funny for some reason I figured demons would take offense to that. I usually only offer them to humans" he looks through his pack for items to trade with.
*watches curiously from behind his book*

Maralah shook her head. "It gets cold out here, especially for the animal children((halfbreeds in demon speak)). It becomes too cold and they cannot go out, furs make nice coats for them since cloth can only protect so much. " she brought back some supplies. It was several bags full of good meat that would last a while and would nto spoil, along with a few bags of vegetables and two canteens of a special endurance tea the village brewed. It would keep him energized when nothing else would. "Here you are, this should be enough." she said, then looked up. "Oh, here comes my tiger child."
Kira walked swiftly into the hut, knocking into Toshi and falling over. She quicly stood up and bowed. "Many apologies traveller, I did not mean to be in such a hurry." She then looked over at Haiiro and saluted him.

"thank you" to Maralah then steadied himself when he was knocked into and smiled "Its no problem... I'm used to being knocked over!" he joked.
Haiiro watched the exchange and jumped when the tiger saluted him. he fumbled for a few moments before mumbling a "Hi..." he knew he shouldv'e read the greeting section first!

Kira blinked a few times. "Well hello." she said, looking between the two. She thought Haiiro was pretty cute, then she turned to look at the human she had bumped into. Wowwee. I never knew a human could be that darned attractive to me, he's so, so, drop dead gorgeous! her mind practically screamed, though she looked pretty calm on the outside.
Maralah understood the inner struggle going through her tiger daughter. "Kira, this is Toshi and this is Haiiro. Haiiro is trying to learn our language and Toshi is a traveller. He may be the one that provides your clothing for the coming winter, that's if he has enough furs anyway."
Kira cheeks flushed a bright pink when her mother mentioned the winter furs. She always hated it when she mentioned clothing her around guys, it was so embarrassing.

Toshi gave her a charming grin "I think I have enough *pulls out an assortment of furs* Why don't you pick the ones you like and Maralah you can pick the rest you want for your village. I also have... AH! *pulls out some stones and jewels* I found these a couple days ago so I haven't cleaned them up yet but you can have them also if you like!"
Haiiro had gone back to reading his book but kept glancing at the furs and stuff they were trading. He'd never witnessed a trade before.

Toshi was only making Kira blush even more but do to the slight darkness of the hut it was rather hard to see. She walked over and picked out some thick black ones, they were good for blending in at night and would keep her warms. They looked sort of like wolf furs. Maralah picked out assorted colors and types so that she could sew them together for others in the village. She picked out a jade stone which she planned to make as a necklace and give to kira for good luck. She also picked out a few other small stones for the young women.
"That should be enough for this amount of food, I should actually throw in another canteen full of drink." Maralah mused.

He shrugged "Sure.. whatever you think is fair. Those were some nice choices! That jade stone will look very pretty on either of you!" He puts the other stuff away. "You gave me some great supplies.. much more than the last place I was at! Though I think I'll hav eto get some more furs for the next town. Did you ever find a map for me?"

Marlah pulled a few out and laid them on his bags as she went to go look for a canteen to put fresh water in. "There are areas marked on the map that indicate safe viallges to stop at, they are also fair traders."
"I hope you aren't thinking of leaving tonight, it's so close to dark. You should stay and then leave in the morning. We're going to have a bonfire tonight." Kira said informatively, though there were obviously other motives for her reastion, though it was only obvious to her mother.

(hope its okay but I actually want to chnage Amanda and make her younger. if its okay Ill go back and change her profile...and now...the long awaited entry post!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY umm...er...LOL..... Right.)
::amanda ran into the bone forest, pulling her cloak tighter over herself as an arrow wizzed past her. A fightened noise and she lept a log and poounded in further. She was well into the woods before she slowed to a stop, relizing that she was no longer being chased. The people who had been chasing her knew of the bone forest and werent willing to follow her in. Amanda however had never heard of it before and proceeded with caution now, looking around. She had never been in a real forest before and she was awed, despite the danger she had just been in a bit ago. Staring around in winder she kept going the was she had been headed not even noticing the brown trial markers leading her into some not so freindly territory::

::after thanking the wolf demon, Thena had made herway through the forest, keeping alert to any danger that might come her way. she scanned the forest for the markers, making sure to keep to the path she'd been told about. she had learned that it was best to follow directions when they were given... it seemed her travels had left her jaded enough to always be alert for an attack, but not quite wise enough, yet, to suspect a trap. as she walked, she plucked a loose feather from one of her wings and tucked it into the pouch at her waist. her father had always told her to pick up after herself when she molted and to never just toss anything aside. someone, somewhere, always had a use for something... even old feathers, though she'd yet to meet anyone who did::
