"I... I" Winner was at a loss. Why couldn't he just take them both with him? He couldn't trust this other vampire, even if he was Karin's brother because well... He being a vampire! But... The look in Karin's eyes... Was he missing something here?
He took Maki's hand. "I'll be back for you, Karin...."
Ren punched the guy in the jaw. "Why don't you shut up?"

Karin watched Winner leave with Maki. She stared at the puncture wounds in Kenta's chest as her heart raced. Could she do it? It would be the closest she'd ever been to actually being like a vampire. Could she suck the poison out? But if she couldn't.....

Kenta lay there still. He was fighting to keep concious, but everything around him was dark and he couldn't hear anything. If it wasn't for the pain he was feeling now he'd have fallen out of it completely.

She did it the human way, without her fangs, sucking on the wound as best she can until she got dizzy, her head resting on his chest ans the world spun. But she got it out... she hoped.

Kenta started to feel a bit better, but this only made it easier for him to want to fall into unconciousness. But... Karin... Something was wrong. His mind was too hazy to make it out. He had to do something... "Karin..."

"Kenta?" she asked dizzily. she forced her head up to go at the wound again... but the little idiot hadn't been spitting the poison out..... she felt her face heating up as her head fell to his chest again.

Kenta forced his eyes to open. He had to see her and make sure she was okay. "Karin..." He said again, a bit stronger now. "Karin... are you okay? Are you... safe?"

Kenta's frowned. Was this really the place and time to do that...? Ah, what was he thinking. Since when had Karin's blood attacks ever come at a reasonable time. "Do you need to bite?" He was weak enough as it was, but he wasn't going to worry much about it. Karin came first.

She hesitated, her blood was increasing like crazy. But here and now? In front of Ren and a stranger? One hand went to her nose. How embarrassing!
