((Yep. I'm playing Silver, Jinx, and Slade.))

Jinx appears behind Slade, her arms crossed and a frown on her face.
She doesn't say anything, just nods to Slade and moves to the hospital room, a sly grin forming on her face.

Slade turns back from Jinx and keeps typing at the computer until he finds what he's looking for: the Hive villians profile. He searches through the several photos of students and selects one of a very familiar girl, one with grey-green eyes and long black hair-Silver.

Silver transmits some of her healing into Recca, the energy pulsing between them. Suddenly, she jerks up. "Someone...something is here."

Silver turns to Recca, her eyes still fixed on the all too familiar figure in front of her. "You're not ready to fight yet. The healing spells do not take effect right away, and if you try to fight, your energy will rapidly drain. I can take care of her."


Jinx laughs. "You'll 'take care of me'? What's that supposed to mean?
Silver, honestly, is that any way to treat your best friend?"

Silver jumps to Jinx. "Don't call me Silver. And you aren't my best friend, you never were."

Jinx waves her hand in dismissal. "Oh please, you know that's not true. You and I go way back, I'm the one who helped you in the first place. Remember all those good days at the Hive, Silver?"

Jinx steps in front of Recca before letting her out.
"Just so you know, Slade doesn't want any trouble, as in he doesn't want to fight. So just remember that, and he might let you surrender."
she narrows her eyes before stepping out of the way.
"Now, where were we?"
she turns to Silver, her eyebrow raised.

"Well for one, you changed your hairstyle. Not bad." Silver says sarcastically, glaring at Jinx.

"So did you. What's your point?"
Jinx darts out of the way as Silver hurls the first blast of white flame
at her.


Slade turns to face Recca and nods. "good, good." he says, guesturing to the computer. "Before you lunge at me, I suggest you take a look at the screen, my dear."

Slade narrows his eyes at her, then points to the huge picture of Silver on the screen. He reads her profile, "Ithilwen Vanya, alias: Silver. Found two years ago by the Hive agent Jinx. Became one of the top agents in the Hive, commiting crimes across different cities." He pauses, and waits for Recca's reaction.

Slade looks sharply at the picture of Yumi on the screen.
"You were not summoned to come, child. Now is not the time. Leave."
He says in a commanding tone, glaring at her.

White and pink blast ricochet back and forth across the hospital room as the two girls fight, their eyes glowing.

"Maybe she has changed, Rena. But what if she hasn't? What if she's just leading you on to betray you, your team?"
Slade turns back to the computer screen, and several security camera tapes pop up, each one showing a dark winged figure fighting to get inside buildings, to free criminals.
"What if she's working for Slain?"

Slade shakes his head. "You hardly know her. Do you think I would be here if I wasn't concerned about you? Jinx and Silver are merely masking what their real task is. They want you to fall under their spell, just as they did."

Silver frantically telepaths to Recca, barely dodging a blast from Jinx.
"He's lying! I turned from that path, I threw it aside! I no longer want any part of it!"
