It was more of a technique of forcing the boy by threatening him.
The simplest way was to just give the boy a serum which would make him tell the truth. Such a thing was ancient chemistry in today's world and fairly simple.
XV's mind was mainly constructed with the power of billions of mega processors put together into one mesh like network with all the possible data in the world while Seth was a male human and fairly young. Against any of these 'ordinary' people he was worlds away in another league. The government barely had weapons which could work against their ultimate creation too. This was no contest, he was just wasting time but it all worked for him. The government got more chaotic out of fear where he might be after he had conducted such actions as earlier that day.

 ~Serra Takusa. Serra watched the scene unfold with wide eyes. Her mouth hung open in shock and terror, both which danced across her facial features in a fury of panic. Her mind raced as fast as her heart, as she tried to think of something to do or say. Suddenly, the Androids last statement rung out, making her feel even more confused. "...What did you just say?" she asked, not even bothering to try and sound respectful. Her voice came out in a harsh squeak, sounding both terrified and strangely high-pitched.
[ No conflicting. <3 I just read your's, and re-posted, since I was a little busy and didn't get to post earlier. ]

"Not good enough." XV said and there was a loud bang as his arm fired many smalls projectiles towards the girl. Nothing hit Serra but the wall beind was filled with small holes all over.
"Next it will hit nothing but her." He pulled on the boy's arm and swung him over his head before smashing his body back on the ground. If the next words turned out as useless as all of this, he would just kill him. Then question the man and finally see what the girl possessed.
(( Seth can I kill your character? No offense o-o ))

~Serra Takusa. Serra watched the scene, shaking from the terror and shock of having bullets shot all around her, yet her whole body seemed numb. She heard herself whimper, and suddenly felt her legs moving. Her attention was drawn when she noticed what was going to happen with Seth. "No! Stop!" she cried out, running to Seth, and kneeling beside him protectively. "Please, this is unnecessary! If you want information, we'll give it to you! No one has to get hurt."

(( Hmm o-o Oh and Serra's father's hands were tied with a metal cable. ))
"So much more co-operative." XV commented and let go of Seth's broken arm. His hand grabbed Serra by the neck and lifted her up. His gun hand turned back to normal and he looked at the girl's father.
"Where is the nearest base in this town?" He demanded loudly. To gain access to the system of one of the government's development facilities would allow him access to each and much of his needed information.

Seth grabbed his arm and sighed. He hoped what he was about to do would work. He tried to pop it back into place...a closed reduction if you will.

~Serra Takusa. Serra gasped, struggling to breathe. She glared at the Android angerly, wondering what in the heck he was doing, and why he was so - There are Androids out there. Serra's eyes widened in shock as her father's words sunk in. She gritted her teeth as her legs kicked out automatically, trying to get a hold of some balance. "You knew, you b*****d," she chocking out, even though she knew her father couldn't hear her. She continued to glare down at the Android, imagining him going through a giant paper-shredder... metal version.

XV walked closer to the man, not letting go of the girl. He shook his head and his free hand grabbed the man's face. He pushed him to the ground and the man went lifeless. He stayed still for a moment before letting go of his head and stepping away. There were small bleeding dots on the man's head around the area where XV's hand had been. He threw the girl away and started heading for the door.

~Serra Takusa. Serra flew from his hand as he tossed her, landing heavily on the ground. The air rushed out of her lungs, and her eyes opened wide in shock. Staggering from the pain and shock from losing her breath, she righted herself and stared at her father. "Father...?" she called out. "F-father...?" Tears filled her eyes. "Answer me!" she screamed as loudly as she could. "Answer me, dammit!" The tears started flowing down her cheeks. She stared after the Android as he walked away. "I hope you get dismantled, you piece of twisted junk!" she screamed, lowering her head to the ground, and sobbing. The grief she felt at that moment outweighed all of the physical pain she felt. Why am I so sad? Father never did a thing for me. He was wonderful until mother died. Then he began to ignore me, and I grew to hate him. He's dead; he's been dead to me for years. So... why am I crying?

XV stepped outside, ignoring the two children. He closed the door and looked around. His eyes stopped upon sighting a dumpster which he then dragged against the door. He kicked the wheels off and left it there.
He then leapt to the roof of the warehouse and processed the coordinates of his next destination. XV's clothes changed to a hooded top and jeans, black shoes and sunglasses. He pulled the hood over his head and stuck his hands into his pockets. He then walked to the edge of the roof, jumped down and took to the streets.
