Hair/clothing edits: Ok so around his neck is a necklace of chains like in the ref pic.He has a belt around his mouth that is black with studs on itthe buckle is silver.He has those Legwarmers shown in the picture on all of his legs but the colors on them are black and white.He has three earrings on one ear two are gold one is sliver.He has a belt going around one of his back legs like that wolf to.That belt is also black with a sliver buckle but no studs.and if possible can he have a golden nosering?
I am new to this but you can change whatever you want i know he would look awesome all the way anyways

Hair/clothing edits: Long, layered, black hair with varying lengths for the strands with the faded colorful bangs. If it isn't too complicated to figure out I thought a hood scarf might be neat. I was just thinking like black, or whatever isn't distracting for it. Some thick plastic-rimmed aviators as a hairband, not over the eyes ROFL. And then maybe some like colored bangles or cuffs on the front legs. These really aren't too specific, just guidelines. Basically some like trendy looking pony. XD

Description: Like the reference image below, which an awesome plushie [ vance ] made for me for Xmas! She was even chosen as Sirenz final 10 plushies heart Thank you vance! But anyway, I would like you to use the plushie for inspiration: I want her to be very soft and beautiful, mostly white with hues of purples and blues, and gold accents. Crystal blue eyes, flowing hair... her theme was loosely based off an fariy-tale type Arabian harem girl. I am getting her as a unicorn and not a fluttercorn, so the wings can be ignored.

(Ref 1) Celtic knot bands (Ref 3) wrapped around his upper forelegs (midway between knee and shoulder) in gold. A traditional Irish logo (Ref 4) on his rump in the same color as the designs on his forelegs.

Description (eye color/hair color/hair style etc): I wanted something of natural colors, but still with an unnatural pattern. Body is a blend of dark to light browns, striped with the speckles of moth wings. Spine and legs are notably darker, with a pale tummy/neck/flanks. Eyes glow a pale yellow. Mane is braided while tail is curly; colors at your discretion.

Description:
Body = A muddy green color (olive?). Legs should have brown mud splat markings that are (thickest/densest/most prominent/etc.) towards the bottom and gradually (lighten/lessen/become fewer/etc.) as they go up.
Eyes = Bright blue with a hint of green (aquamarine?).
Ears = If the inside of the ears are visible then they should be lighter then the rest of the body.
Hooves = Muddy brown like the splat markings on the legs.
Hair = Both mane and tail should be the default curly style. The mane and tail should be several different shades of natural greens, brighter greens being dominant. It should be colored so that the hair looks like it is full of streaks or highlights. Tail should look like it has bits of mud mixed clining to the end.
Other = If you think a faint dappling, fading, or darkening along the back, ear, and/or face would look good then I will leave it to your discretion.

Seagull feathers = preferably have the colors about half white and half gray.
Coloring Attempt* = This should give you a bit of an idea as to what I'm looking for, so far as hair and colors are concerned. I obviously didn't color the tail and, while not certain, I suspect the mud splats would look better if they went further up the legs.

Base coat; Very light, but not a pure white. Red-hued. Patterns are for you to decide, if applicable. C:

Hair color; At your discretion
Hair style; Long, WOOSH-y, partially secured by a sample hair decoration (or several)- like so, with strands of pearls/small jewels connecting to it so as to cover most of her mane.
Hooves; fluff at the hooves, which should be gold or silver to match the accessories, whichever color you decide to make prominent.
Horn; Silver or gold, accented at the base with a ruby, jeweled headdress, etc. Again, at your discretion.
Tail; Same styles as hair/mane decorations.
- Much other jewelry as well, she's rather vain.
- Sash design 2 - One/or more (silk, tulle, etc, at your discretion) sash, placed anywhere you like, with this pattern as a concept.
- Red kanji of the word illusion or secret on her flank, (choose one!)
- I like things to be flowy. Or glowy-ethereal. Or both. ;D

Though I'm rather vague with them, there should be plenty to do in terms of accessories/coloring. Please don't let the accessories overpower the actual mare. I'm also giving you several oriental-themed references, but she's not necessarily an oriental mare.
Personality-wise, she seems serene, but there's quite the sinister streak in her. Always hiding something, she's pretty deceptive/pretentious, hence my allusions to secrets and illusions. She shouldn't come off as the most happyhappy of mares, even if it looks like she really should be, so please make note of that. Possibly a deceitful air about her?
You have much artistic freedom with this as a whole; references are only conceptual. C: I trust your eye as a artist/colorist. Your comfort is secondary to absolute adherence to this form. xD If you feel you've done much more than I've asked of you in terms of edits, I'm totally fine with adding more to the price we'd agreed upon before. <3
