Ditto that, drinking ages are what they are because people can only handle so much responsibility, and it'd make it different for the kids who drink underage stupidly.

Well the reason he had for lowering it was because of adults (over 1 cool are drinking illegally, but in secret locations then trying to drive home. Arguing that if they where allowed to drink in bars itd create a safer environment for 18-20yo to drink
