That was all Hawktail needed as she yawned and padded off to find somewhere to sleep. She eyed the lizard laying discarded beside their guide and made a face as she passed it. That was Shadowclan food, after all; no moor cat would be caught dead devouring such measly prey. She settled down next to one of the many twoleg objects filling the room and curled her fluffy tail about her paws, resting her head over it. As it seemed the kittypet had no more helpful news to offer, the Windclan she-cat drifted off to sleep without a second thought.

Tornadotail nodded before finding a place to lie down. Opting not to wait energy hunting he could hunt while they move the next day. "Thanks for your help Hannah."

"Sorry for eating your food Hannah, it won't cut into your supply till your two legs get home will?" Regrets having done it now. "Mice are delicious I could catch you one, you should try it." Sits down beside Tornadotail while waiting for Hannah's answer.

Windsong drowned out the young kittypets mindless chatter with his own thoughts. Itching to set off, he instead found an partially isolated corner to settle in. They had a general location now. A direction to follow. He fought inwardly with himself. Part of him wanted to go right now, claws unsheathed, a yowl of sudden attack. But another part of his mind argued on the side of reason. They would be useless to the missing cats without their sleep. Even if that sleep came to him in the bowels of a twoleg nest. He eyed the exit thoughtfully but turned away from it in the end. He wasn't going to fight the morals of the warrior code just now. It was a sacrifice he would make if it meant the missing cats getting home safetly.

Rosethorn nodded at Hannah, then cut into the cat's chatter long enough to say, "Alright then. Thanks again for your help." The she headed out the exit to catch something for herself. It took her longer than she would have liked, since prey was fairly scarce here, but at last she caught herself a bird. She ate it quickly before returning to the Twoleg nest. She found herself a spot of bare ground to curl up in, then tried to get some sleep, hoping the missing cats would still be well when they were found.

BleedingMoon sat strangely still as he listened to the meows come from the kittypets mouth. Eyes glistened as a gentle grin formed on his jaws, silver tail neatly curled around his paws listened as the warriors questioned her eagerly for the knowledge she may have had on the missing cats. Purr began to rumble deep within his throat, so loud that a cat half way across the room could hear it clearly.

"You truelly are a guide sent from Starclan!" meowed eyes shining like the stars themselves looked toward EarthSpeaker. Rising he approached Hannah bowed his head respectfully "We are forever in our debt for you have helped us heavily on our quest." he purred "In return we will try my ut most best to restore your sister too you." closed his eyes delighted but was very sencier about his offer.

Glanced over his shoulder eyes drifted from WingSong, SpiritSpine and MoonStar... he could all most see RumSplash standing among them. 'Trucks, twolegs... I'll bring you back RumSplash.' pause > .> 'and PlumGaze too of course.'

TIME SKIIIIIIIIP

After resting up at Hannah's house, everyone was strong enough to travel at double the pace they were going at originally. Theresa hoped that by doing this, they'll make up for lost time. The weather was cooperating for once, and the day was peaceful and uneventful for the most part.

The sun was starting to sink below the horizon and they were just about to find a place to rest for the night when they witnessed the most interesting thing to have happened to them today...

"She's not going to come out there, with you sitting on the fence like a stalker."

"I'm not a stalker."

No one could tell who they are from the voices, but they were close enough to see two figures seated on a fence and facing a two-leg nest.

"Sure. Cause coming over here every night and hoping that she'd come out is not stalking..."

The other cat didn't say anything. He (it was a masculine voice), merely sighed.

"Don't you think you should just give it up? She's ain't gonna fall for you, with you being... you."

"And what does that mean?"

"You know. You're a psychotic cat with multiple personalities, and she doesn't like any sides of you."

When the patrol was close enough to make out faces, the 'psychotic cat' shoved the other cat off the fence and into a nearby trash can.

"Heeey! Marc! That wasn't nice!"

"Then you're lucky that I didn't feel like killing you tonight for that comment! And my name's not Marc!"

He suddenly gone quiet when he noticed a group of cats coming closer. Most of them wouldn't have recognized him, including Theresa, who seemed shocked at encountering another rogue.

"I'm still in here you know!" Another voice echoed in the trash can and it started to shake violently.

Rosethorn stared up at the cat on the fence. His behavior, and the conversation they'd unintentionally heard, was certainly...odd. Still, they had a mission, and anyone who might know anything ought to be worth asking. Right?

Not sure who to address, she spoke in the general direction of both cats. "Excuse us, we're looking for many cats who have gone missing. We heard they may have been taken by Twolegs and swallowed by a monster...er, a truck," she amended, remembering Hannah's word for it. "have you seen anything like that around?"

What a strange pair of cats, Inktrick decided, as the group came close enough to notice the pair. It didn't matter, of course, since they were a pretty strange group themselves, and she hoped that they might have more information for them. After all, if the little kittypet had known something, then they definitely might.

"We would be interested in any information you might know," she said, adding her comment to Rosethorn's question.

BleedingMoon listened closely to the two cat's little argument. His tail curled in amusement. Even rogue cats had there troubles with the ladies it seem. Quickly turned his gaze upwards as the tom's mews came from above them. 'Rather shiny one isn't he?' though to himself before nodding in agreement with the Thunder Clan female. Crouched down on his hunches before leaping up to join the stalker on the fence. "Yes, have you seen anything?" he asked narrowed his eye playfully... long white claws exiting his blood red paws.

"Swallowed by a truck? Nope. Haven't seen any cars with mouths." The silver rogue glared at them, as if irritated that they were interrupting his conversation with the other cat. And ignoring the fact that he shoved him into a trash can in the first place.

"Hm. Aren't you all clan cats? What are you doing out here?" He said with a faint hint of curiousity.

"None of your business." Theresa snorted and averted her gaze from them. "I don't think these imbeciles know anything, so it's just best to keep moving and-"

"Truck with cats! I saw one once! Not too long ago actually!" The voice from the trash can rang out, ignoring Theresa's comments completely. With renewed strength, the cat inside knocked it over from the inside and spilled its contents out, including him.

"Though, I also do want to know what clan cats are doing in this neighborhood. Oh, and my name's Buccaneer. The other fellow's Marc."

"No it isn't. It's MoonKnight." The said tom grumbled.

Spiritspine was merely content with following the group for now. This was way more eventful than usual, so was a nice change, though his temperment was still very shrewd. He was never seen anything but cold and harsh. He stared at the rogue that fell out of the trash can and raised a brow at the two toms' odd appearances.
"You've seen our Clanmates? Then perhaps you can give us some directions?"

Rosethorn's ears perked hopefully. Could this cat really offer them another clue that could lead them to the missing cats? What luck! If his information was reliable, anyway, and he was willing to share it. "Hello, Buccaneer, I'm Rosethorn," she replied politely. "And like I said, we're here to look for some of our clanmates who have gone missing. We suspect they may have been taken and are in a truck, possibly with non-clan cats. If you could tell us where you saw it, it would be a big help."

Fleetwing watched Buccaneer, taking in everything from his scars and missing toe to his earring. He looked like a tough cat ready to take on any challenge. "And my name is Fleetwing," she added, stepping up to Rosethorn. "We would be in your debt if you could tell us where the...truck went. The sooner the better." She watched Moonknight--or Marc, or whatever he called himself--narrowly. He looked like the cat that might spring on another without warning. She didn't trust him, though somehow she could easily trust Buccaneer. How odd.

"Y'all have interesting names. For me anyway. I haven't met any clan cats before, but I heard of you guys from Marc, who lives in the same forest you do. Most of the time." Buccaneer smiled and turned to MoonKnight, who was far from pleased.

"For the last time, it's MoonKnight!"

"You could continue bickering later once you tell us about those cats. If you know something of them." Theresa said, tapping her staff on the ground on irratation. "I hope you know something, because this is a complete waste of time otherwise."

"Relax, I was getting to that!" The grizzly tom waved his tail lazily in front of Theresa. "Anyway, I think I saw that truck two days ago? Or was it three?"

"It was three. You weren't mocking me three days ago, so you probably got on a side adventure with that truck." MoonKnight said bitterly. He kept on shifting his weight from one side to another, like he didn't want to be in front of all these clan cats.

"Oh. I actually did get on a side adventure. Like what Marc said. Cause I was almost captured by them humans, but I slipped free and gave them a good scratching while I was at it! Nothing can keep old Buccaneer down for long!"

"Get to the point already!"

"Ok, fine! I decided to follow the truck cause I had nothing better to do, and I saw cats in cages in the back of it. It led me to this building... I don't read human, so I don't know what it said on the sign. But it was shaped like a bone. And had a courtyard out back, surrounded by a wire fence. That help you any?"

Spiderheart had been silent the entire time, a bit unsure on how he should act. He didn't trust the rogues they've just encountered, but it was the only lead the patrol had, other than Theresa's dubious directions and guiding.

"Did you see any way in? Or out? Maybe?" He piped up suddenly.

"Not that I can tell." Buccaneer shrugged. "I heard they let the cats out in the yard every once in a while though, for exercise. I didn't see that happen, cause that place was giving me the creeps, let me tell you..."

Windsong perked up at the hopeful news. He tried to force down the excitement that welled up in his throat. He watched the scarred tom warily as he slipped to the front of the group. "I'm Windsong." Dipping his head with a hasty polite nod to Buccaneer, he spoke up again eagerly. "Do you think you could lead us back to the place you saw the cats?" His voice was carefully free of its typical spite and malice. "It would help us out a great deal."
