Rina sighed. I wish I wasn't an Eternal Eyes. None of this would have happened. Rita and I would still be at home with our parents living normal lives. Instead, the Gods blessed me, Annexus found out about me, took my sister captive, and forced me to work for him... I hate Annexus! If only he never came to power!... Now that I think about it, I don't know how he came to power in the first place.

"Hurry, hurry, hurry!" Mimi said while rushing the rest of the way to her home.
Her mom gave her a strange look.
Before she could say anything, Mimi said: "King's army. Doing a search for us. Act natural, don't freak." She then made her way to the staircase, put her hands on the wall under the stairs, and slid it to the side, revealing a room behind it. "In here." She told the others, "Its a secret room. Big enough for all of us, with room to spare, and completely unnoticeable."

Mina rushed inside after Mimi. "Hello, ma'am. Don't really have time for introductions. Sorry to just rush in here," she said then ran up the stairs after Mimi.

Annexus smiled, an honest smile. "Now . . . if you would like, I do have a task for you to take the edge off of the boredom . . ." he mocked a sniffing sound. " . . . and the drinking."
"There is a little issue that needs my personal attention. You remember Rina, right? I need to find a way to earn her trust, now that I have enlisted her, I need to be able to trust her. I want you to win her over . . . do you have any ideas?"

"Oh no! Hurry they will come in in 9 seconds." Felicity said while diving in just as the door oppened to the house. Felicity was frantic while trying to see if they would find them. They were in the clear. She gave a thumbs up and then moved her finger to her lips to tell them to keep quiet.

Wade nodded to the King. "It would be my pleasure to earn her your trust." He said while wondering what this girl looked like and if she wouldnt mind being flirted with.

Mimi made sure the girls were in the secret room, before sliding the wall back into place, concealing their hiding place. She then grabbed a string that was dangling from the ceiling and pulled. Light flooded the room, revealing chairs that were in the room. Mimi sighed silently and sat down, waiting for it to be over.

With the look that passed over Wade's face, Annexus could almost read his thoughts. "I don't think she will take much of a liking to you, especially at first. Not anyone who serves me willingly, anyway. She is one of them . . . The Eternal Eyes."
He finished his wine and stood. "I have sent for her. I wish you to be with there in the throne room, not for my protection, but I've got a mission for you, something that has recently come to my attention, I intended for you to take some time off . . . but this, unfortunately, will not wait . . . "
He stood and turned. "Come with me." He left to the throne room.

There was a knock at Rita's door. "The king wishes to see you in the throne room."

Azelf nodded, "quickly, our troops are doing a prelimanary sweep then we will check the most likely houses, ill meet you there." With that he dissapeared and headed down the street.

Wade stood up and followed his king to his throne room. He wanted to meet this Rita girl even if she was an Eternal Eye.

Annexus, entered his throne room, unstraping the blade from his back. He nodded to his attendants, wanting them to leave him and Wade alone for a moment.
He approached his throne and climbed the stairs. Leaning the blade against the post of the throne, he sat down looking down at his hands as he waited.

((Yeah, I know it's weird for a high school girl to be on at this time, but we have a snow day. ^^ I'm very happy.
And I thought I'd tell you that Rina is the Eternal Eyes and Rita is her sister that's being held captive. You seem to have gotten them mixed up. Of course that's not surprising considering the similarities in their names.
I'm making a new character. It's going to be a male Eternal Eyes. It might encourage people to not make every Eternal Eyes female. Eternal Eyes can be male just like how the king's army has both male and female members. I think they just assume that the Eternal Eyes are all female because they see only girls.))
Mina sat quietly in the secret room, waiting for it to be over.

There was a knock on the door. Rina stood up as one of the king's soldiers walked in and told her that Annexus(she never called him King Annexus while she was alone because she believed he does not deserve to be king) wanted to see her. What now? Doesn't he think he's tortured me enough? she thought. She sighed and walked to the throne room. Entering, she asked, "You wanted to see me?"

Annexus smiled. "Yes, I did . . . Its good to see that you are becoming familiar with the castle, Rina."
He looked at Wade and then back to Rina. The smile left his face, "I understand that you think that I am cruel." He stood and took a step forward. "And I can understand why. But I want you to understand, what I did was for your benefit." He turned his back to Rina. "It is not my will that any of the Eternal Eyes should die. I would create a better world for them, if they would only help me to accomplish that." He swung around and drew his arm across in front of him. "Instead they stand against me . . . "
He let out a long sigh. "I only chase them because they threaten the new world I am trying to build."
He sat down heavily. "I know that you worry about your sister."
He shook his head. "Do not worry, she has not been harmed and she is being well treated. Its not like I'd throw my guests into the dungeon. As I am sure you have already checked there."
He reached Aside of him and grabbed to rolled parchments. He opened each of them and compared the two. In the middle of doing so he looked at Rina. "However, how well she is treated and how long depends on you. Complete this mission, and she will be schooled by the best tutors, defy me however . . . " He left that note hang in the air and went back to reading the documents. He spoke again, not looking up from the parchment. "Those who serve me faithfully are as kin to me." He rolled back up the documents and held them out, one in each hand, toward Wade and Rina.
"These documents detail the secret mission that I have for you. Study them well, and then destroy them. Bring to me the Mind Reader, unspoiled . . ."

Wade stood and nodded his head. "I will make sure that everything goes as you wish them to." He said while studying Rina. She was pretty but she gave him a disgusted look. He turned from her and walked to the door, holding it open for her. She walked past him without saying a word. "Your welcome." He said sarcastically while keeping up with her pace. It was hard to do because his long strides were two times as large as her small quick steps.

((Sorry about having their names so similar, but they are twins.))
Rina walked down the hallway angrily. Her fists were clenched so tightly that her nails were drawing blood. I hate him! How dare he threaten my sister and insult my kind?! The Eternal Eyes have never tried to attack him in the past! He kills them before they get a chance to truly understand their purpose in life! I would kill him with my own two hands if I could, but, with Rita's life in his hands, there's nothing I can do, she thought.

Wade stopped and made Rina stop with him. "Hey, will you please slow down. I dont really know whats going on between you and Annexus but i would appreciate it if you atleast made note of my presence." He said while staring at her intently. He was slightly hurt by her ignoring him.
