does anyone here have Gnat Miser from the new booster. i need 4 for a deck with which will rule the world... right before it destroys it.

never mind, i got four.
here is it's info, for one black mana, a 1/1 that decreases opponent hand size by one.

i have 2 playsets of that one and one playset of the one that reduces their hand size by 2. making a deck that says if u dont play it u lose it. im thinking about making it BU so i can run the blue crit that turns into an enchantment so they cant really play anything but land.

No, the new blue flip creature and Rule of Law. Flip the new blue guy, the first spell the play every turn is countered. Rule of law says you only play one spell a turn. "Oh my, it's your first spell of the turn, it just got countered! Wanna play another? Whoops, my bad, you can't! Poor dear..."

Already got the deck built. Mostly cheap blue draw spells, and the like. it's cool, but annoying.
