Hanabi frowned. She couldn't tell who was telling the truth. But Geno did have a canon aimed at her. So... He must be bad. With hand motions, she made Geno fly high up into the air, then brought him down to make him crash into the ground. She jumped down to the ground afterward, close to Fatal.

Fatal glanced over, and let his face show anguish as the giant tortoise fell on its belly, dead.
"...And that creature was one-of-a-kind, too...."
Fatal backed away slightly from Geno. He still had absolutely no intention of attacking the... thing/person. Fatal just wanted to be left alone to plot his next move.

Fatal stared at Geno.
"I've killed not a soul, and that is the truth." It truly was... since trophifying was not killing. Fatal held, behind his back, a small stone. This small silver stone had been summoned with the symbol in the dirt, before. It was a contingency; in case Fatal was not able to safely avoid Geno once again.

"Aw! The turtle died!" Hanabi said, sadly. Then she saw Geno raised one of his cannons at Fatal. She cast the levitation spell again, making Geno go up into the air once more.

"You have been turning others into Assisst Trophies... what is basically slavery... and that is worse than death..." Geno said, then fired the cannon at Fatal, which he had kept aimed despite Hanabi's interference.

Fatal thought quickly: a way to seal the alliance of trust.
Fatal threw the rock up in the air, when he could have easily avoided the cannon shot. However, being in such close proximity to Hanabi, the girl would have died.
Instead, Fatal wasted his preciously-summoned artifact, which exploded on contact with cannon shot and caused a half-dome of rainbow-glittering color to spread protectively over Fatal and Hanabi, thus preserving both and sealing Hanabi's trust in Fatal.

Hanabi thought she heard Geno say 'slavery' and 'worse than death', but then the dome appeared and she concluded that Fatal was the good guy with this. So, using hand motions, she made Geno slam back into a tree, hard enough to break through and slam into the one behind it.

Geno collapsed and turned into a trophy.

((Huh. I must go as well.... XD coincidental timing. We down in Texas need our sleep!))
Fatal let the rainbow shield fade... although the stone that fell was now useless once again. A waste, really, but then Hanabi had proved quite powerful... Fatal thought about her Assist Trophy possibilities.
But then he approached Geno's trophy. Didn't say anything; just watched for a minute. He was calculating, in his head now. Things.
Fatal turned to glance over his shoulder, then face Hanabi completely.
"Thank you; that was very brave," Fatal assured her. Maybe one unexpected Assist Trophy in a day was enough.
((I'm thinking that Miz Ninian might try to interfere here... or maybe some mechanical part of her doll will allow Geno to escape. But only after he tries to take Geno's trophy, thus allowing Hanabi to see that she was wrong. Everything'll come down in Fatal's face... XD Muhahaha.
But that's for another day. Goodnight.))

So. We're in Jonk... that's good. There's an Assist Spring near here, Fatal thought. I think I'll drop by.
Fatal nodded and smiled in return. Then he approached Geno's trophy once again and picked it up. Weighed it.
