Gaia Name: Isa-sama
Character Name: Anolani Gender: Female Age: 15 (but looks 25) Species: Demon-minor Skills: She is adept at poison making and antidotes. She also is very good at belly dancing. Physical Description: 5'8" and 145 lbs, she has a very curvy figure. She has long curly black hair that's usually left in a low ponytail. She wears tight clothing and knee high boots (and laughs at the looks that horny men and/or women give her). She's of Brazilian descent, so she has a light tan and dark brown eyes. She has a slight accent, but that only adds to the foreign charm. She is normally in her human form (since she is a charmer), but when not, she's either half-snake or full. Rather than wear jackets when she feels cold, she'd just coil around a person to warm up. She also has very sharp canines. Personality: Anolani is a tease. It matters not if you're female or male, she'll try to get a reaction out of you. However, the minute it seems to be getting to far, she'll ignore/slap you. She has a very easy going personality and dislikes people who don't know how to relax. She doesn't like being a leader; too much work and too easy to get killed. She enjoys subtlety and diversionary tactics. On the off chance that you see her when she's NOT teasing, she is quiet and serious. She aims to maintain an open mind, so it's hard to rile her up on a subject. Then again, she may play devil's advocate in order to understand a topic. She'd probably make a good diplomat if she wasn't so...well, charming. Biography: While she was a human, she was a spy for the Cabal Coalition who went by the name of Yarah Argelenia. Her father had been in the military, so she chose to follow in his footsteps. Unlike other spies who carried guns and blades, she chose a more subtle approach - she became a poisons expert. She was one of the few who left the country to gather information on other factions. It was on a mission in Hawaii (Outlander Confederation territory) where she fell in love.
The man's name was Anolani Hahau’lei, and he was a regular civilian. She met him at her day job (a local waitress) when he was on break. After multiple attempts at getting close to him, he finally gave up and they soon became friends. He managed to see past her teasing nature and see her for who she truly was. Eventually, they got engaged, and she told Anolani her job as a spy. He was trying to get her to run away with him since it was rather impossible for her to leave Cabal. He had nearly convinced her when they both died from a horrible accident. She became a demon-minor and forgot all about her previous life; therefore, she returned to work for Cabal.
When it came time for a name, she named herself Anolani. For 15 years, she trained as a water elementalist and had an unnatural knack for poisons. You’d think with her personality she’d have had plenty of partners, but instead, she always turned them away. She felt that she might have been betraying someone, though that’s impossible…While she has no memories of her fiance, she does feel that there's someone that she's supposed to be looking for. Now she goes out exploring the world doing whatever work is necessary. She works in the hopes that she may find whatever it is she thinks she's supposed to find. Alliance: Cabal Coalition Group Membership: None Supernatural Abilities: She is an elementalist - her element being water. And adding her poison arts with her water makes for a very deadly combination. --------------------------------
Character Name: Yarah Gender: Male Age: 15 (but looks 27) Species: Demon-minor Skills: He can usually tell when people are lying to him. He is also rather talented at drawing. Physical Description: Yarah is 6' and 200 lbs. - a rather lanky build. He has red skin and bright gold eyes. He has rather big hands and feet (both clawed). He has a black afro and beard. Through his afro, you can see horns and he has a large tail. Yarah wears loose clothing, enjoying the mobility it provides him. He never wears shoes - they annoy his feet. Personality: Yarah is a rather cynical man and chooses to stay away from people. He's very quiet, but when he speaks, he's insulting. Vary wary of people, he doesn't take sides often and instead watches from the sidelines. However, he is a gentleman, and a gentleman does not stand aside when a lady is in trouble. For those he cares about, he is very protective and will do anything he can to make sure they stay safe. He is also very tenacious; once he has a goal, there is nothing you can do to stop him. Biography: While he was a human, he was a doctor who went by the name of Anolani Hahau'lei. He was a very well known doctor, if a bit snappy. His reason for his job – it was what he was raised to do. He followed his parents’ wishes, and that made him a bit resentful; he never got the chance to really choose what he wanted to be. He led a rather stable life, though very lonely. He always went to a coffee shop when he had a break. When he met Yarah (who worked as a waitress there), he found her annoying and attempted to shoo her away. When she wouldn’t, he gave up and formed a tentative friendship. She was the first to ever try to really get to know him – not just the sullen man he portrayed. He grew protective of her and was easily jealous (even though he trusted Yarah). While he seemed kind and soft in front of her, he turned into a beast around every male to warn them away from her. When she told him about being a spy, he didn’t get angry for her lies – he was scared over losing her. She was possibly the only person that he’d ever really trusted; he COULDN’T afford to lose her. He nearly reached got her to run away when they were killed in an accident.
Once arriving at the Meteor Plains, he and Yarah were separated. However, he found that he couldn't forget Yarah – he had dreams of her, though he didn’t know who she was. Ironically, he named himself Yarah. He had loved her so much in the past life that he obsessed over finding her again. He had named himself Yarah (after his beloved, though he doesn't know that). For 15 years, he trained to be a Healer (he subconsciously felt he needed to). Problem is, he dislikes people. While his healing is superb, his bedside manner leaves much to be desired. In order to go out on team missions, he also trained in defensive weapons – namely his two arm shields. Though mostly for defense, he also uses them as offensive weapons (slicing and throwing). He doesn't know exactly who she is or what she is to him, but he does remember that she is important to him and that he MUST find her. Alliance: The Outlander's Confederation Group Membership: None Supernatural Abilities: He is adept at Healing magically as well as naturally.

Okay, everyone. I have two quick questions for you. 1.) Do Clockwork Knights look like humans? Or are they a sort of Golden Army-type thing? (This question has already been answered by paying attention. Sorry.)
2.) What exactly is Panzermagie? I want to be able to make the best characters possible, and asking the GM is usually the best way to go. Thanks! ~The Good Samaritan

Well hey, it's not just the GM. There are several Lieutenants that know what they're talking about as well.
A Panermagus is one who can use a large amount of their magic to create a field that essentially makes them an unstoppable force for a few seconds. The length of time, as far as I know, varies based on the amount of magic you can put into it.

Correction time!
Panzermagie is the magic art used by a panzermagus, which involves a great deal of defense - and almost no offense. They focus entirely on magic that involves stopping, redirecting, etc., whatever comes at them. Their ultimate technique is the Unstoppable Force spell, which allows them to move uninhibited by whatever they want to go through for as long as they can sustain it - usually no more than about 5 seconds.

I believe that you are supposed to post profiles here. I think.
Gaia Name:Rachetdude11
Character Name:Erik Matthew Herrick Gender:Male Age:21 Species:Human Skills:Because of his profession, Erik has had some training with many types of weapons, both close combat and ranged. He also is a master of playing mind games and screwing with your head. Physical Description:Normally, Erik wears a full body black cloak, complete with face hiding hood. However, underneath the cloak is a type of bluish white armor. This armor is effective against blades but is weak when faced with anything stronger then a .22 bullet. Erik possesses black hair, with a mysterious blonde spot that he claims is a birth mark. Erik has blue eyes, eyes that have seen a whole lot of war. Erik's face is a bit chubby, which only serves to enhance his smile. Personality: Erik plays by his own personal code, modeled off the code of chivalry that knights once followed. He is good-natured, humorous, and lovable. But when weapons come out and the fighting begins, he changes into a deathly serious man of war. Biography: Erik is not really a member of the Cabal Coalition. In truth, he is a member of The PAU, a powerful group of great warriors who work above and beyond the law. Erik was ordered to join Cabal Coalition by the local PAU Commander, although the reason for this is unclear. The PAU's primary concern was to keep any evidence of mythical beings(like demons and vampires) completely under wraps. Obviously, The PAU has failed. Miserably. The PAU is now a much smaller organization, as they struggle to merely survive in the wake of what has happened. Erik has fought for many years, as he joined the PAU when he was 13. Now, 8 years later, he wants only to see the end of war. Alliance: Supposedly Cabal Coalition, but his true loyalties lie elsewhere Group Membership: None Supernatural Abilities: Erik is able to temporarily use Mana to focus himself, thus able to more quickly react in a fight. Erik's code prevents him from abusing such abilities, only utilizing this in a major, life-or-death battle.
I am not attempting to add a 5th alliance into this, I'm just trying to make a more interesting character. If you want me to remove any mention of the PAU, please, tell me.

This PAU thing isn't really going to work... the Council of 27 as a whole was stopping the supernatural from becoming known until the outbreak of the Unmasked War.

The Council of 27 might have been suppressing evidence, but the PAU did the real dirty work. The PAU takes care, or rather, USED to take care of a lot of incidents involving the supernatural before the Council ever got them on their desk. They work beyond the law, you won't find them listed in any government database, but the moment they arrive, they are the top dogs in any chain of command. Anyway, the death(or execution, depending on who you believe) of several key members resulted in a coordinated falling out of the PAU. Still, several members of the former PAU Elite(like Erik) remain loyal to the fallen organization. Anyway, the PAU isn't meant to be a part of this, it's a piece of Erik's past, and it's how he got his training, nothing more.
EDIT: To further establish the point of the PAU not existing anymore, the PAU crashed back in 2010.

The problem is, the PAU doesn't fit into the 27 universe's canon.
Every government in the world has been controlled from the shadows by one element or another of the Council of 27 for nearly the whole span of recorded history. In Resurrection of the Cabal, they managed to keep quiet that the whole city of Los Angeles got sent into another dimension for a few hours, during which time the master of the warlocks, leader of the Cabal, and future dictator of the Cabal Coalition, Legion, fought with a Warlock Hunter who was channeling an angel and the avatar of what is essentially a demon-god.
The Council of 27 hardly creates a unified effort, and the Illuminati and Tyrg were the backbone of the majority of the cover-ups, but the key to the fact that the supernatural remained concealed so long is that it was in everyone's interest to keep it quiet - until Legion forced it public as part of some sort of gambit that hasn't yet reached fruition.
Additionally, at 21 years old, your character was born in 2013 - 3 years after you were saying you wanted their fall to be. He would've grown up during the emergence of the Council into the public eye - he's part of the war generation.
If you still want the "Shadowy cover-up coordinators" background, I would recommend making him a member of one of the many subgroups of the Illuminati.

All righty, scrap the original, here comes the (red pen marked) revision:
Gaia Name:Rachetdude11
Character Name:Erik Matthew Herrick Gender:Male Age:21 Species:Human Skills:Because of the training he received from his father, he is extremely proficient with melee weapons, and is highly resistant to magic, both beneficial and detrimental(I said highly resistant, not immune. He's only immune to beneficial magic, so healing magic DOES NOT HELP HIM!!!) On the flip side, he is extremely weak to ranged attacks, and does not perform well with a gun in hand. Also, demons and other monsters make short work of him. Physical Description: Usually, he wears the old armor his father gave him. He also carries a Halberd everywhere he goes. Erik doesn't wear a helm, so his face is easily visible. His steely blue eyes betray no warmth, they are the eyes of a warrior. He keeps his black hair cut short, for personal reasons. He is incredibly muscular. Personality:Erik is a beast who lives only for war. Perhaps that is why he joined the Cabal Coalition. He is easily enraged, and would just as soon cut you in half then say "good morning" Biography:It is said Erik was born with a spear in hand. At the age of 10, his father took him and trained him in an ancient, lost art of swordplay. Because he has known only war, he only THINKS of war, of blood. At the age of 15, Erik slew 3 demons threatening his home, alone. While his training made him weak to such monstrous creatures, he merely focused his mana into key parts of his body, allowing him to react quicker then his opponents. At this point, the Cabal Coalition recruited him. Erik has never been given a position of power, as the Council believes such action would be like asking Erik to betray them. Still, that doesn't change the fact that he is still a lone wolf on the battlefield. Although he is highly resistant to magic, a good spell caster can still wipe him out. Also, he is completely immune to any beneficial magic, making any buffs of healing magic irrelevant. Erik cares little for emotion, believing that emotions are a sign of a weakling. Although Erik is strong, he seems to have more weaknesses then strengths. Alliance: Cabal Coalition. In truth, his heart is not really with them, and he could betray at any time. Group Membership:None Supernatural Abilities:Able to focus his mana and react much quicker then others. Dodging bullets is akin to impossible, but melee combat becomes a breeze as Erik quickly loves around and strikes from angles.
Here's more explanation, if you need it: ANYTHING THAT ISN'T FULLY HUMAN CAN INSTANTLY KILL ERIK IN ONE SHOT. Also, Erik is not immune to any detrimental, damaging magic. Magic that can kill in one hit will kill Erik. Healing Magic has no effect on Erik, as he somehow became immune to beneficial magic while becoming somewhat weak to enemy magic. Boo.
What do you think? A bit too harsh on myself?

Gaia Name: thegoodsamaritan
Character Name: Xane, the Cavalier Gender: Appears male Age: 10 (but looks and acts more like 45) Species: Demon- Minor Skills: Xane has no idea why, but he is quite able at guerilla tactics and mixed martial arts. He is also an able fire mage. Physical Description: Xane's appearance is guite similar to the one he had in life, though a bit more imposing. He is seven feet tall, covered in scars on his chest, arms, and face, and black. He has long dreadlocks, usually tied back in a ponytail, and a scruffy beard. He wears a long black trenchcoat, open (no shirt underneath), fatigues, and combat boots. He has large, batlike wings, tinged red, and his eyes are light blue, almost white. He has long teeth, particularly his canines, like a vampire's. In some places, it appears as though metal has been laid into his skin in serpentine patterns, most notably on his forarms and shoulder blades. Personality: Biography: There was a time that Xane didn't care about the Unmasked War; when he was alive, that is. In life, he was a werebeast by the name of Garrow Shaw, who, along with his wife, led a pack of well-trained werewolves to do several odd jobs for the Cabal Coalition, in return for hunting and breeding grounds. Garrow didn't care what he did, as long as his family was cared for.
Until The Incident.
The Cabal Coalition contacted Garrow with a mission, to destroy a Hunter's Coven camp near the borders of Garrow's lands. Garrow's son, Xane, was now old enough to show an interest in his father's business, and asked to come along. After much pestering, Garrow reluctantly agreed. With a large team in tow, Garrow crossed over, ready for anything... until he saw the inhabitants of the "outpost."
The place was a refugee camp for those that the war had uprooted from their home. No one lived there but women and children, the sick and the elderly. He was being assigned to slaughter the innocent. Even the most bloodthirsty of his wolves were feeling queasy about the prospect. Finally, Garrow did the one thing he could: he stood down.
Big mistake.
The air was alive with explosions; the Cabal had sent a team to tail Garrow's pack, to make sure he went through with the job, or eliminate him should he fail. Garrow could only watch with horror as the camp was decimated by the unseen attack, and then have the horror turned on his army. A flash of fire, searing pain, and then... nothingness.
When Garrow awoke in the Meteor Plains, he had no recollection of his previous life, except for a young male face, a flash of flame, and a name. When the time came, he chose this name, Xane, as his own. Ten years passed, and he trained himself in fire magic, probably because of the memories he still had. Over those years, he nursed a deep hate; that of the Cabal Coalition, though he knew not what they had done to make him hate them. When he returned to the world of the living, he hade made a vow to himself:
To find out the reason behind his hate, and to destroy the Cabal for whatever they had done. Alliance: Outlander Confederation Group Membership: none Supernatural Abilities: Xane has more-than-average strength, and a superhuman sense of smell, probably left over from when he was a alive. He also is an able fire mage, able to generate and shape fire to his will.
Is this better?

Gaia Name: Mr. Blackbird Lore
Character Name: Grayson Romack Gender: Male Age: 25 Species: Ghoster Skills: Ninjitsu, particularly with a focus on small arms, and basic lockpicking for when Ghosting is repelled by those damned mages and their handiwork. Physical Description: Grayson's profile is a slim one. What definition of muscle he has was obtained strictly through training and practice of his slew of martial skills. At 5'11" and 150 pounds, he's on the light side, but he prefers it that way. He respects agility, precision, and speed over brute strength and it shows in his musculature. His hair is a natural white-blond, and his eyes are a chocolate brown, nearly black, and when he's not roaming as a shadowy, gaseous substance, he tends toward neutral colors. His shin-length coat is a faded gray, and the collar is upturned, hiding half his face at certain angles. Beneath the coat, he wears a sleeveless white shirt, and his leather trousers are black and tucked into his knee-high boots. The boots are also black and held secure by five silver-finished clasps each that are found on the outer sides. Tied around his neck is a dark gray kerchief. Personality: As a Ghoster, Grayson has a natural tendency and preference toward being quick, stealthy, and discreet, and this generally applies to all aspects of his life. Decisions are made on the fly, with only a few simple long-term goals to guide them; however, you'd never be able to find them out through dialogue. The subject of himself will be answered with silence accompanied by a death glare. Through no conscious decision, but perhaps as a racial trait, Grayson's decisions often seem to never sync up to one set of beliefs or desires: one minute, he may be defending his allies with great vigor and the next he could Ghost through the nearest wall and remain unseen for the duration of the conflict. In a similar vein, Grayson gets his few kicks by spurring reactions from others via spontaneous activity. He doesn't laugh, though; just displays this oddly silent smirk that would be considered sinister or menacing in many circles of thought. In fact, his range of emotional responses seems extremely limited in comparison to the average human, never hitting any extreme highs or lows. When it comes to being a Ghoster, Grayson displays a silent pride and fully embraces his existence. When it comes to subjects beyond the War and martial technique or styles, Grayson is very... inexperienced and uneducated, leading to him typically being silent in conversation. Biography: Grayson was raised by a pair of equally active and much more spastic Ghosters. They were rarely there for him, and as such his upbringing was... unique. His necessities were supplied for, but his schooling was very lopsided, focusing on the necessity for survival and combat prowess. Grayson's desire lay in escaping this routine, and in doing so he began to excel in the areas his parents desired and then some. Eventually, it became a game and his relationship with his parents became more akin to lifelong rivals. They would try their damnedest to keep him penned in their home, and Grayson would do everything in his power to get out.
In one confrontation, when the youngest Romack was 19, this series of challenges lead to the death of Mrs. Grayson. For the adolescent, this was his first truly emotional moment. He was so torn over the matter, but Mr. Romack was there to console the young Ghoster and mentor him through it. He taught him that death was natural, that it was nothing to be ashamed of or fear. In his subsequent rage, Grayson severely wounded his father as well before fleeing the premises. He returned shortly thereafter to a father that was entirely unphased by the series of events. Mr. Romack labeled it as Grayson's "coming of age," and coerced him into joining the Tyrgani's military a year later, focusing on infiltration methodology. Alliance: Tyrgani Group Membership: N/A Supernatural Abilities: --Ghosting
