No skill in running... but wait Badminton... damn..

Not really... I run a lot in rugby and their is no way to improve by having talent. It is all physical.

Sprinting is not easily improved but actually running long distances is something that gets your endurance to grow along with your speed. Skill is involved, which means it's a sport.
