Arianna was surprised by Ran's actions as he grabbed her arm gently and lead her as well as Belinda towards his home. She was then surprised by seeing Mariata again. She quickly stops and bows to her, again to show respect that and she kindda feared Mariata

*Ran stopped walking as he heard the voice and turned around. He noticed the new girl had flown in, but she lacked wings which meant that she was a goddess and not an air human* A-Another goddess?! Please! It's an honor to... *Ran was halfway down in a bow when he had a flash cross his eyes. He remembered seeing the same girl suddenly tackling him and then slugging him several times. This is what put him in this predicament. Yet...he couldn't very well challenge a goddess. He closed his eyes and slowly finished his bow* ...to meet you. stare *His last words were rather stale, as if he was forced to same them instead of them being given voluntarily*

Mariata snorted. "It's not pleasant to meet me so don't pretend. I'm not a demi-goddess that wants your worship. If you don't mean it then don't say it, forcing yourself makes you sound ignorant. And for the record, my mother was an air human which would partly explain why I slugged you. Attacking the weak is something I thought you land and water humans attributed only to the evil likes of the air humans." she said, raising a brow. That might strike a chord, though not with some. Certain people couldn't see past their own prejudices. It was relatively obvious she didn't hold a grudge long.

Arianna kpet quiet as Mariata spoke. She slowly stood upright, placing her hands infront of her on her lap. She didn't say anything because she didn't really have anything to say. She felt it was better if she didn't say anythign while in Mariata's presence so as not to get on her bad side.

*Ran rose up and looked back coldly. One goddess was extremely chipper, the other extremely cold. He couldn't figure them out* As far as I know, every air human I've come across has been a threat. So to say that I'm attacking someone weaker is a false accusation. *He turned and continued on his way, trying to end the conversation* Please...if you'd like to come along, I'm sure me and my mother would be honored with your presence.

She growled, she was ready to hit him again. "Have you ever even really MET an air human? The only one I've seen you with was trying to retrieve her package, which for your information contained a pendant, not some stupid war junk. And she was defenseless, as they are on the ground. She asked you to give the package back and you didn't, if you had killed her you would be a murderer, not a war hero. And your brother and father probably wouldn't be very proud of you." She was glaring, she knew it. And of course he couldn't figure the deities out since he apparently assumed all of them were alike. She was opposed to the war as well but the fact that she was half air human and that she had defended one probably didn't bode well with him. "She's dead now, it's your fault." She muttered.

Arianna looked down...she looked like she was about to cry. She stayed still and remind quiet as her tears began to flow down her face. She had listen to both Ran and Mariata. And from Ran had said and even trying to convince him about Air humans...he still hated them...meaning if he knew he would hate her....and..and Lin was now dead...and it was his fault?..Lin one of her kind...now dead...h-how could he??

*Ran stopped again and turned around, looking at her coldly* My father and brother are none of your concern, and how is she dead? You stopped me before I could do anything. If you going to pin our collision on me then you should rethink, as she was the one who came infront of me. *Ran looked to the ground. Sure, the air human was dead now, and he normally would have been pleased, but for some reason he felt a tug of remorse. What if she was just an innocent bystander of the war like this goddess said? What then?* I don't know what happened to her after I was knocked unconscious but... *He turned back around sighed* ...it's not really any of my concern anymore...now is it? *He reopened his eyes and looked to the side at Arianna* Are you alright? You look like you're going to be sick...

Mariata shook her head. "You know, I should know better by now than to expect much from people isolated. And it's still your fault thanks very much, if you hadn't taken the package then it wouldn't have happened. And you did try to choke her to death. It's your concern because, like it or not, you are all human. Did you ever think about the fact that you all have the same base race? Of course not, you're too caught up in being mad. And don't you think that maybe the air humans think you are as viloent and volatile as you think they are? Of course not. Of course, if everyone would stop fighting and think about why the war was started, mainly because the older gods and goddesses became bored, maybe they could stop and realize that they are just acting as pawns for the gods. It's actually sort of pathetic." she muttered, lowering herself to the ground and walking. Ran was wrong really, what happened to the other races affected everyone.

*Ran turned around for one final time and glared at the goddess* So what you're basically saying is that it's your fault for starting the war in first place, right?! stressed *He shook his head and closed his eyes, holding back his personal anger* Maybe we are all the same basic race and caught up in our own anger, but there's nothing we can do about it now! I've never willingly met a kind-hearted air human before and all I know about them is that we're at war and that most of my family was killed in it! *He looked up at the goddess, tears in his eyes* I'd say that justifies my anger! If that one girl was innocent then I am sorrowful for her death, but it's nobody's fault except the ones who put us at ends in the first place! *He winced and slumped forward slightly, placing his hands on his knees for support. His head was beginning to ache from the anger he held back and this situation wasn't going to get better*

Mariata sighed and sank down to her knees to look at him. "I'm not blaming myself or Belinda, or any of the newer generation deities except for the ones urging the war forward. This was started before we were born, and many innocents have died at the hands of each other, it's a war and it happens. I'm sorry you lost most of your family, it happens in war. My mother was killed by one of the land humans when she was picking flowers in a field so I do know what it's like, trust me. But holding a grudge against an entire race for what happens in times of war is ludacrous. Otherwise I would hate land and water humans for everything they've ever done." She stood back up and looked down at him. "And you do know an air human that has been quite nice to you." She didn't lift her eyes to look at Arianna. If she didn't wish to reveal herself she wouldn't mess it up for her.

Arianna looked up a bit only to show her tear stained face. She couldn't take the inner conflict she was having. Whether if Ran will hate her when she would have to leave...and he just gave her the answer. She gave a small smile at Mariata for trying to help Ran see that not air humans were bad. Yet she knew she should leave... She slowly walked nexto Belinda. "...She's right you know...an air human has been very nice to you...only helping you out of the kindness of her heart...and...the air human...is me..." she spoke softly with kindness in her voice and trying hard to her voice crack from crying. After saying that last sentence a pair of light violet wings grew from Arianna's back. Light violet fathers began to flow around the nice gentle breeze that came. "..I..I'm sorry for deceiving you...but I saw you were hurt and...I didn't want you to harm me..so I hid my wings...I-I'll understand if you're mad at me..and wish to not be friends...so I'll take my leave..." she said sadly then whiped away her tears before spreading out her wings and began to slowly float up. Preparing to leave.

::wanting to see what everyone's reaction was, Belinda had stayed silent, however, now that one of "her" humans as she was coming to think of them wanted to leave, she ended her silence:: No! You cannot go! ::grabs her arm and pulls her back to the ground:: It's important that you stay! You've proven yourself already, he'll understand! ::is gonna hug him again if he doesn't:: And Mariata is gonna help! ::happily, she wasn't exactly sure how she'd be able to get the other Gods and Goddess' support, but maybe they'd come to her!:: See? Everything is working out for the best already! ::she's not the goddess of hope for nothing:: Please stay! ::looking at her pleadingly. She's never been one for worship, and she doesn't seem to realize that she is considered a higher being than the humans::

 This is Methsaras, the God of Dispair. His greatest joy is making others suffer, and his greatest dissapointment is that his only daughter ended up to be the Goddess of Hope. I'll add more later when I'm not so tired.
