Name: Izanami after "she who invites", the female kami from the shinto creation myth. An alias, obviously.

Age: 26

Race: Celestial

Celestial Type: Elemental-- darkness and metal

Organization: Freedom Movement.

Occupation: Munitions expert.

General Appearance: Izanami is Native. She wears her black hair, long and straight, in a sloppy ponytail with long, face framing bangs dyed an electric blue. Her features are sharp, with defined cheekbones, a straight nose, a sharp chin and narrow dark eyes. She is tall and strong, with a figure that is relatively adrogynous. Her usual attire consists of black denim jeans, tight black tank top, leather biker jacket and high-heeled army boots that lace up to her knees. She wears a neon pink tongue ring for colour. Besides her height, which with the boots is 5'11", she fades easily into a crowd.

General Personality: A nihilist in the broadest sense of the word. Skeptical of everything, she doubts existance itself. To her, all values are baseless and nothing can be known or communicated. She has no faith in anything at all, but it isn't a burden on her. She doesn't want to be convinced she's wrong, cured of her issues with the world. She's perfectly content in her skepticism. Outwardly, she is sarcastic, aggressive, brash, outspoken and at the same time friendly and outgoing. She loves to make crass comments and tell politically incorrect jokes. She hates structure and is wild, unpredictable and confrontational.

History: Izanami insists that she has always known she is a celestial. She found out for sure in her younger teenage years while still in junior high. She kept it a secret; not because she was ashamed of it or afraid of persecution, but because she felt nobody else deserved to know. The keeping of a fantastic secret, to her, was an adventure. She had a very normal childhood and family life, a loving mother and father with a comfortable income and respectable, boring jobs. She was a brain in school and never worked hard but always got great grades. She attended university and majored in Chemistry and Political Science, getting a bachelor's degree in both before finally getting involved with the Freedom Movement by way of a classmate and dropping out of school. Now an adult, she has cut ties with her family of her own choice, taken on a new name and become obsessed with weaponry in all its forms. She still neglects to mention the fact that she is a celestial, choosing to garner attention and respect using her cultivated skills rather than her natural talents. She is a member of the FM not because she has any interest in equal rights or stopping poverty or saving the fluffy bunnies (as she would say), but instead is involved out of pure need to destroy the government and cause a racket. Her motivation is total chaos.

Best Skill: Munitions knowledge, sharp shooting, explosives fabrication and use. Lying.

Worst Skill: Diplomacy- she's friendly, but has no concept of tact. Empathy, understanding, caring. Hand-to-hand combat. Computers (she just doesn't get them).
