Name: Jake Stevens Alias: Chance Age: Fifteen Abilities: blue hexes (similar to Jynx's) that he can release from his hands to cast bad luck (or good luck) onto the recepient. He can manipulate some things in the air also (minor wind powers), allowing him to levitate. Weaknesses: He doesn't always think before going into a fight, so he'll usually make rather hasty decisions that cost him, and more times than not, they'll cost someone else as well. Another of his weaknesses is nearly anything enchanted. Spells, curses and enchantments make Chance weaker, and he's just a normal, un-ordinary mortal. Appearance:  History: As Jynx's brother, Chance was raised by older members of the early HIVE academy until he was thirteen, when he realized that what he wanted to do was not to serve the purpose of evil, but to assist in the force of good. He left the HIVE and decided to train in the cities bordering Jump, and so he did for two years until his fifteenth birthday. By that day, he moved back to Jump City and saw the Titans in action. Occupation: Student, Adventurer. Spent most of his life as a pizza delivery boy, but ever since he found out he had a brother that was associated with The United Team of Teen Titans, a superhero group, he spent most of his life as a hero.

Appearance:
Special Ablities: Able to turn all of his body into pure air, and with great effort, is capable of rendering others into air. And because of his training, he was able to use extra abilities and powers like; Use the elements of Wind; Control the clouds in the sky; Make self intangible, and suck the living air out of whatever breathes life.
Weakness: Pollution and a powerful vaccuum(one just alike as the one in outerspace). He has a heart for everyone, if he were to ever lose one of his friends then for the next few days he would be vulnerable to anything. Earth already is too powerful for him, for so many people have caused so much pollution.
History: The use of Breyze's power was just way too much for him to handle and the remains of his human form started to wither. He was summoned by his father to leave the Teen Titans in order to train and gain back his human form so that he could be able to join the team once again. After months and months of training.... Breyze finally recovered and became much stroner than he ever was before

Abilities: The ability to locate things no matter how far away or where the object is located with 100% accuracy.
Weaknesses: Cannot tell anything about the area the object is located in or anyone near the object or even how far away the object is from him. He can only point in the direction of it.
Appearance: 6' 6", Black hair, Grey eyes about 150 lbs.
History: He grew up in New York City. He first got his powers a few years ago and has been using them to help people ever since. His powers have proven useful as he can always point to where the item he seeks is. He can even in odd situations tell where he is needed the most. This is why he has traveled to Jump City, his powers have told him that this is where he is needed at the moment he doesn't know why he is here or what he can do to help but he is here.

Weaknesses
His biggest weakness would be himself, soemtimes losing control can be hazardous to not only others, but himself. When he lsoes focus or control, he is very vunerable, and usually unstable...
Appearance
A figure usually cloaked in black, eyes that pierce through all night with a glowing crimson. When uncloaked, a pair of black baggy jeans is worn, a white shirt, at first thought unfitting with attire, but strangely does, is laos worn. Shoes are odd, seemingly torn boots, but nothing beneath teh material can be revealed. Two claws are the toes of these shoes, more or less boots. Dark brown hair, medium in length and usually covering half of his face, somewhat pale green in color.
History
Genetically engineered, Sin has long wished to forget his past. Growing up only through misery and experiments, he finds some happiness in finally being free. A useful ally and a deadly enemy, he wishes not to really take a side and fight others. Only truely knowing pain, he sometimes loses control fo himself, thus he choses not to really have any friends. Knwoing the darkness and it's contents, his only solace is knowing taht he is now free from the torture, but not from the memories and torment from his mind...

Weaknesses(must have at least one-and make it legit): Not able to fly for too long aka no longer then 30 minutes. Her wings are not strong enough. her claws flick out when she is mad or confused.
Appearance: Long raven black hair with red streaks over her shoulders. Small muscular body. Black boots, long black pants and black jacket or top. Sometimes army pants and a white tanktop.
Cross pendant and spike collar round her neck.On her wrists are spike cuffs and her left wrist has a cross tattoo.
