 'I don't suppose you have any idea of how to kill this thing before it kills us, do you?!' Evangeline frantically asked. 'I've run outta bullets, I don't have anything fancy like NRGY, and I don't think a few kicks and punches'll help much.'

'Steel wall?' Evangeline asked, not comprehending, and thinking of Aizel.
The demon grabbed Katrica tightly by the throat, holding her high up above its head, before hurling her across the room. The werewolf slammed into Evangeline, both of them tumbling to the floor.

Just after Kat landed, she leapt up back onto her feet and glared straight at the demon.
"As in, you can't make a ******** dent on the b*****d kinda s**t."

'Ugh,' Evangeline muttered, picking herself back up. 'It was nice knowing you, in that case.'
The demon started running towards them both, and pounced, flying through the air, and landed on top of Evangeline. She was immediately knocked off her feet again, and her head had slammed against the floor with a sickening crack.
It remained on all fours, snarling at her, a dark smirk adorning its face, and kicked out behind it with one of its legs, its foot striking Katrica.

Katrica was gonig to grab its leg and counter attack, but it hit with such a force it winded her, sending her flying back and into the already damaged wall.

It chuckled a bit, and swiped its claws at Evangeline, catching her in the face. She cried out, feeling pain sear across one cheek, followed by the trickling of sticky blood. She tried to force the beast off her, but its sheer weight was too much for her to move by herself.
'Could really use your help when you're back on your feet!' she called to the werewolf.

Deep crimson flashed across the werewolf's eyes and she stood up gracefully, as though everything in the past hadn't happened. Her arm slowly lifted and pointed at the demon who glanced back and suddenly came to a stop, it's eyes distant.

'...Right, now it's docile, can you get it off me?' she tried again, her eyes darting from demon to Katrica.

"Hush up." Kat's voice seemed slightly different, her words firm.
With a flick of her wrist, the demon walked towards her then faced the gap between the werewolf and Evangeline. It's hands rose up and formed strange patterns, the air glowing and quivering.

Evangeline picked herself back up again, unnappreciative of being told to shut up, but was more pleased to no longer be pinned by the demon.
'...What the ******** is it doing?' she asked, watching its peculiar actions.

"Taking us all home."
The demon continued moving it's arms, eyes still gone and finally, a rip in the air appeared, a strange mist drifting around it.
As it happened, Kat returned to normal and stared at the portal.

The demon, no longer docile, roared loudly, and grabbed a hold of Evangeline. Delivering a harsh punch to her abdomen, it then launched her at Katrica.
She cascaded into the werewolf, both of them toppling over again, but instead of striking the floor, they fell through the open portal, and out of Karestra.

As soon as the two fell through the portal, the demon let out a shriek of anger and the portal disappeared from existance.
