When you have nothing to live for, you simply die.

Pearll is feeling playful.

"Go away would be my answer." Pearll said, looking up. "But even if I say it, you'll still sit right? So why waste my breath? Go on, have a seat." Pearll said, grinning up at him. She shifted some books away so that Hugo could sit down. "What are you doing here?" She asked before glancing at the homework in his hands. "Oh, homework. I didn't know you were so hardworking." After teasing him, she went right back to her book on Asia. Hmm... Thailand. Indonesia. Malaysia. Singapore. China. Woosh. This is so cool. Smiling happily, she indulged in her interests. NO, maybe her obsession.

"Hey, what are you doing in the Dining Hall with Farah? I asked her just now but she didn't answer me." Pearll said, slightly frustrated at not getting her responses. "Oh, are you doing patrolling today? 'Cos I want to be alone in the forest. First time in weeks, I tell you. You'd better not be a wolf today. Or I'll rip you apart." She warned him, smiling to show him that she was just joking. She went back to her book again. What time is it? God, I hope it's ten. I'm itching for a run. She thought as she glanced around the library, looking for a clock. Not finding one, she gnashed her teeth together. "Need my help with that... homework?" Pearll asked as she finally closed her book and shifted her attention to Hugo.

"Oh, wait a moment." She ran to the librarian to return the books she checked out that morning. And she went back to the non-fiction section to get more books on Asia. Hauling ten of them to the counter, she checked all of them out. With barely a 'thank you' to the librarian, she went back to her table. Plonking the heavy books down, she sat down once again. "So? Need Miss Spiet to help you with that icky bicky bit of homework? I'll be good. I won't bite!" She said, smiling mischievously.

~ Feeling Prepared.

Felix was ready for this. He was absolutely gleeful because he was positive Star wouldn’t agree the average way. Her response was exactly what he’d been expecting. And this way was so much more satisfying. Felix was going to snare this little feline in his trap- and he knew it’d be a success this time. Felix slid back his chair and rose to his full height. Holding out a hand to Star, he pulled her up and out of her seat. He was taller than she was, as most often was the case. He leaned in close, their cold bodies pressed together. He only had time to look deep in her vibrant eyes, a marvelous mix of colors. Then Felix kissed her. He bowed until his lips touched hers. Just once, but that was enough. It had all happened so fast; the students just now realized what had happened before them.

Felix’s head swam in a daze. ‘Star is so much different and magical from the others. There’s something about her the rest of them didn’t have.’ he thought. And it made him glad. Vampire, human, that barely made a difference at the moment. It was just him and her. And the infuriating teacher buzzing in the background. Everything had slowed and tuned out since Felix had moved. Now it all came crashing down. Students were staring at them, the rain was still pattering lightly on the roof, and… “This sort of behavior will absolutely not be tolerated in this classroom.” The teacher was yelling, red-faced. Felix was tempted to swat the little man away. Instead he turned his glare full force on him. The teacher, taken aback, quieted more out of shock then actual fear. Even though Felix had been known to lose his temper.

Clearing his throat even though he had no actual need to but because it seemed more natural, Felix let Star go and gracefully bent on one knee. “Will you grant me the honor of accompanying me to the Ball on Hallows Eve, Miss Star Resme Carter?” He asked. He wasn’t sure why, but something about the setting and studying history made him remember a time long ago. Before he’d been here. That’d been how he’d asked several girls out in Europe, back before the formality had gone out of style. Felix was impulsed to repeat that same style now. He looked up at her. “Because you are the Star that shines brighter and more gloriously than any other star in the sky.” He added. Again, he wished he was able to read her mind. Just for that moment. “I have no doubts this will mean a detention for you!” The threat, though completely serious, felt empty to Felix. It didn’t matter. The teacher was background noise to Felix, who only anticipated one word from Star’s lips: Yes.

Kiyarah Antoinette Briarwood is feeling just a little : { lonely }

User Image
Hours later, Kiyarah was found tossing and turning in her sleep. Of course, she did not realize this. She did not realize that she was also talking in her sleep. She didn't realize that she was sweating. All she knew, was that she was dreaming a nostalgic dream. And for some reason, Kiyarah could not get herself to wake up from it. She let it continue even when on the outside, she was tossing and turning, sweating, and talking in her sleep - repeating only one word, "Papa." Even though Kiyarah was sweating a storm, her whole body was shivering due to the window still being open. The rainy air was freezing cold, and it was entering her room, causing the entire area to feel colder than it was suppose to. It was colder than her cold could handle. So not only was she shivering, tossing, turning, and sweating, she was coughing a lot and she continued sneezing. Her head spinned from dizziness as the dream continued on. Here was the dream:

It was the summer after her birth. Her house, which was a giant mansion, was built in the middle of the forest so that it as isolated from everyone else. The clock on the wall read 10:30, her bedtime. In a room filled with toys and pretty dresses, Kiyarah was dressed in her nightgown. And she was being tucked in by a beautiful man. He had brown hair like hers, but his was straight while hers curly. This man looked over at the bedside table, looking at a picture of a beautiful woman with curly blonde hair. This woman's features were one similar to the little girl in the bed, who was looking up at the man. Kiyarah stood towards the side, watching all this. She looked over at her self when she was a little girl of only four months even though now she looked almost five years old. And then her eyes turned towards the beautiful vampire that was her father, who's amber eyes showed such love in them as he turned his eyes down to the little Kiyarah. "My little angel. Go to sleep for Papa, okay?" the man said in a such a velvetty voice that i was almost soothing. -- Kiyarah let out a moan in her sleep. "Papa." she muttered. The dream continued. --

The little Kiyarah looked up at her father with an innocent expression. Her blue eyes, those similar to her deceased mother, sparkled in the light from the lamp on her bedside table. The grown Kiyarah turned to look at her father, her heart almost stopping completely at what she saw. His expression was pained, it was...heartbroken. "Papa." she muttered, then turned to look at the little Kiyarah. "I don't want to go to sleep, Papa. I want to stay awake with you," the little girl said. Tears fell down the grown Kiyarah's face as she watched. Kiyarah's eyes turned to look at her father, who had tears in his eyes. "Go to sleep, okay my precious Kiyarah? My little princess needs her sleep so she can become as radiant as...as her mother," he said, turning his eyes towards the picture again. The little Kiyarah giggled, sitting up on the bed to touch her father's cold hard skin. The father brought his hand over the little one's hand and carressed it there tenderly. "I love you, Papa," the little Kiyarah said. The vampire sat there silently with a wide eyed expression on his face. And then he laid his daughter down on the bed, covered her with his blanket and gave her her new porcelain doll. "I love you too, my radiant princess," he said back softly, leaning forward to kiss his daughter on her forehead. --Kiyarah tossed onto her side, turning towards the door. "Papa," she muttered again, hugging onto her pillow tightly as if it meant her life if she didn't. There were tears in her eyes and her coughing grew worse. "Papa," she muttered again. The dream shifted into something else --

The grown Kiyarah was standing in the living room of her old house, looking around. The feeling she was detecting was familiar. Which led her back to tears again. Soon enough, in ran little Kiyarah, crying loudly. This Kiyarah was one year old, but she looked eight years old. Behind her stormed in her father, a look of rage on his face. "I don't want to see your face here in this house ever again! Get out!" he yelled, his voice booming around the entire house. And then the vampire did the cruelest thing the grown Kiyarah tried to forget to so long. The vampire slapped the little Kiyarah, causing her to lose her footing and left her lying on the floor, tears falling down her face some more. The grown Kiyarah had a new set of tears in her eyes. "Kiyah! Please get up! Talk to him!" she cried out, but to no affect. No one could hear her. Servants ran in, lifting Kiyarah up and holding her closely. "Let her go! Get her out of this house!" her father cried out from the entrance to the living room. He then threw a glass vase at little Kiyarah, but the servants moved her in time for the vase to hit the wall. Little Kiyarah cried harder. The servants begged for their master to reconsider. But he would not budge, and soon enough, little Kiyarah was brought outside in the middle of a snow storm. -- Kiyarah cried harder in her sleep. Her pleads for her father continued every other second, pain and lonliness covering her tone. The dream continued on --

Little Kiyarah wandered through the forest, walking away from the house she use to have with only the clothes on her back. She was shivering due to snow storm. And she was growing a fever. It was five days since she was kicked out of her house, her father abandoning her. The little girl was so weak. The grown Kiyarah followed after the little one, wanting to just wrap her in her arms. And then suddenly, little Kiyarah stopped and soon afterwards she collasped to the ground. She had fainted, tears in her eyes. "Papa..." -- "Papa!" Kiyarah cried out, sitting up on her bed but automatically falling onto her back on the bed. She turned onto her stomach, sobbing into her pillow. Minutes later, the hybrid turned onto her side, facing the door. Lonliness filled her entire body. Something was missing. This something missing was making her feel cold, her body shivering. It was quiet, too quiet. Her cough got worse, and she sneezed more often than before. Her room was freezing cold, and she could feel little sprays of water hitting her head. Kiyarah pulled herself into a ball, hugging her legs. Her blue eyes glistened with tears as they continued to fall. They stared at the door, almost hoping for someone to come in and comfort her. It was then that she muttered with no realization, "Adam..." Without realizing it, her tears fell harder.

Adam James Kiles is feeling [Anxious]

The Dining hall continued to bustle with noise as Adam sat at his empty table. The song he had been writing was nearing its conclusion. The highs and lows of the song were very representative of everything he was feeling being around his new love. He shut his book and looked around the hall not noticing any real difference. He finally glanced at the clock and noticed it was nine thirty. He rose from his chair and strode to the exit of the Dining hall. ”The time is now nine thirty. It is time for all Day class students to return to their appropriate dorms.” he spoke loudly as to make sure he caught all the students attention. He watched as the students rose from their seat and cleared away their trash. Humans are so clumsy. he thought as he watched a human girl trip as was staring at him not paying attention to where she was going. The students slowly started filing out of the hall and into the rain, and towards their dorms. He watched for stragglers but he didn’t notice any. He made his way towards the Main building to watch the grounds for students the realized he didn’t have Kiyarah’s clip board.

Adam walked towards Kiyarah’s house at normal human speed because he could see a few human girl peering at him through their windows. He walked across the grounds wondering if she was still asleep and what she was dreaming about. It had been nearly a century and a quarter since Adam had dreamt or slept. He could vaguely remember what it was like but those were cloudy human memories and he was surprised he could remember any of them at all. Every so often a memory of his past would come back to him and he remember how human life was. As he was thinking he could feel a slight burn in his throat. His thirst had flared up a bit but he had his tabs and he took one. Bear blood this week. he thought as he swallowed a few pills. He could feel his thirst almost satiated but not fully. Hm… I might have to hunt later tonight. he pondered as he walked. He could feel the new blood caps surging through him and his eyes slowly turned to an amber color.

He finally crossed the grounds and was about thirty feet from Kiyarah’s house when he realized he had left her window open. Panic shot through him as he, in one bound, jumped to her window. He slid on silently everything was as he had left it well almost. As he grabbed the clip board and turned off her radio he heard sobbing. He turned to see Kiyarah curled into a ball crying and Adam’s heart sank. He quickly closed her window and grabbed another blanket from the foot of her bed threw it around her. He straitened her out and held her close to his chest. ”Kiyarah, what’s wrong? Why are you crying?” he said very worried. He noticed that her normally warm body was slightly chilled and he knew that if she got sicker it would be his fault for leaving her window open. He gave her another light kiss on the cheek as he looked into her eyes.

_________________________It's always about mind over matter.

Keith Zachary Reynolds 's current mood : { studious }

There came a loud noise as Lyrine asked Keith what time he usually fell asleep. As always, he was glad to be saved by the bell. Actually, it was more like saved by Adam Kiles. He had wondered for quite a while as he looked at the Night Class student, why he was here. But then he remembered that the Head of Twilight Dorms had said that he was taking over Kiyarah's job for tonight. This made Keith frown. The guy had a class to go to didn't he? So why would the Chairman ask this guy to take over Kiyarah's job? Keith let out a sigh. This was none of his business. Collecting his things, the Class President stood up from his bench and smiled politely down at Lyrine. "Thanks. I know my glasses are somewhere in my room. Might be somewhere obvious. Anyway, I'll talk to you later," he said, picking up his tray and walked over to the trash disposal close to the table. When he dumped his trash, Keith turned to look back at Lyrine and sighed. She had told him something that she probably didn't want to tell anyone. He might as well do something for her. Not that he had any secrets he wanted to tell, but he had to think of something. Walking back over to his table, Keith took out a scratch paper and wrote down his dorm room number (it was a single) and folded it before handing it over to Lyrine. "I'm doing an all nighter tonight if you ever need me. You know, with homework or something. Or if you just want to talk. Make sure to call or text me first though. Opposite genders aren't allowed in opposite gender's dorms," he said, smiling at her lightly before standing up and headed towards the door.

Running through the rain in Oak Point was one of the downfalls of this school. Not only was it raining numerous times during the school year thanks to the location, places you wanted to go to that weren't the classroom buildings were far from each other thanks to the fact that this school was very big in area. Made Keith wonder how much the Chairman had to pay just to get the wall surrounding the school built. Must have been a fortune. Letting out a sigh, Keith held tight to his blazer, even though his hands were frozen stiff from the cold wind that bit his skin as he ran. The rain was pouring hard tonight, unlike other nights since he was at this school. He wondered how the hell the Prefects were going to keep patrol under this weather. It would be no surprise if one or both of them got sick. Actually, if he had remembered, he had heard Adam Kiles say something about Kiyarah being sick already. With the Sun Dorms now in his sight, Keith sprinted faster than he had ever ran in his life. His contacts were really irritating him under this rain.

He reached his dorm in minutes time. With a sigh of relief, Keith dropped his things at the foot of his bed and then stood over his desk. He knew that his glasses had to be here somewhere. Of course, his room was fairly messy. He had no time to reorganize his things last night or during lunch because of the dilemma with his glasses. With a sigh, Keith fumbled through his paperwork, making sure not to unorganize his piles. But there were no glasses found. So if they weren't on his desk, then where were they? Keith turned towards his bed, wondering. With his hands on his hip, Keith walked over to his unmade bed and started to toss his pillows and blanket onto the floor. Nothing. Where the hell are those glasses? he thought, looking around his room. Suddenly, he heard a buzzing sound. Looking around again, his eyes then stopped on his bedside table. He walked over to the wooden furniture, opening the drawer to see his Blackberry buzzing and blinking. It was his mother calling. But what caught his attention first was the black case right next to it. Picking up the case, he opened it, and what did he find? His glasses. I have no recollection of putting my glasses here. he thought, letting out another sigh as he took out his contacts and then put his glasses on. He was back in his comfort zone.

Now that he had his glasses, and his contacts were back where they were, Keith walked over to his desk and stared down at his physics project. I'll do that later. I'll just have another all nighter. I need to start on that damn American Lit. essay due tomorrow. he thought, grabbing his bookbag and fumbling through it. He was glad that nothing got wet or damaged in his furious attempt to get out of the rain. Taking out his American Literature textbook, Keith opened it to the current story they were on and then he slipped his new laptop out of it's hiding place in his desk. He turned it on and waited for it to load up. Soon after it did, he opened a new document as well as go onto the internet for his online research. He was about to start typing when his phone buzzed again. Once it stopped, Keith sent a text message to his mother telling her that he was working on his homework and that he would talk to her when he had the time. After that, he started to work, his fingers grazing over the keyboard, a little over a hundred words being typed per minute.

Star Resme Carter is feeling:.::Surprised::.
User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

Felix's kiss was completely unexpected, and for a moment Star just stood there, shocked. But quickly recovering, Star pressed back. He tasted good against her lips, a bittersweet taste. Longing for more, Star forgot about class and was oblivious to the many pairs of wide eyes. The vampire could've sworn Felix's ex-girlfriend was glaring the snot out of herself at Star, and Star would've liked to glare back with satisfaction, had Felix's kiss not been to dazzeling. What a perfect way to convince her. Extravagent, unexpected, and delightful. Before Star could make another move, the darn teacher interupted... again.

"This sort of behavior will absolutely not be tolerated in this classroom.” That made Felix break the kiss, and Star was left disappointed. Unconciously, Star put her fingers to her lips, remenicing in the exhilerating experience. Darn that teacher. Was he out to make her life miserable? "Will you grant me the honor of accompanying me to the Ball on Hallows Eve, Miss Star Resme Carter?” Snapped out of her daze, she turned to Felix who was kneeling in a most formal style. It almost made her want to laught; that was so old. But it suited the moment, she supposed and shut herself up. Ignoring the teacher, she brushed past the old man and said, "Yes."

Yes. Such a simple word, that contained so much meaning. Here, Star was allowing Benjamin to take her out in public, and she loved it. Picking up her books and holding out her hand to Felix, she grinned. Turning to the class and glaring at their dazed faces, she announced, "Chop, chop, people. Get it moving, we're heading to our next class. Last person to stare at me like a ding-dong is going to end up being a ding-dong. Move!" Clapping her hands for an added effect, she stuck it out, again for Felix. The teacher hadn't moved for a while, and then made an attempt to speak. He was quickly cut off by Star. "Sir, we are no longer in your class, and no longer require your supervision."

Tyler Sebastian Carrillo equals { whatever }

User Image
The ball? What ball? Tyler stood in the hallway of Moon Dorms for a long moment as his best friend had jogged off to her room. He was confused. He knew there was some big event coming up at this school, but it ran passed his mind what it was. And then he thought about the last girl that asked him to whatever that damn event was. But still, he couldn't think of it. Letting out an amused sigh, Tyler ran a hand over his head as he walked sluggishly over to his dorm. Even as he walked to his room he still could not quite remember what people were so damn hyped up about. Now that told him something, whatever that was though, Tyler could not understand it, neither did he know what it was. Jeez! I'm such a jock! he thought opening the door to his dorm and stepping inside. He dropped his sports bag on the floor near the door, not really caring about it now that he was cozy up in his room. It was too bad he was going to have to leave it soon. I think I'll take a shower first before Night Patrol. Damn it's going to be a b***h tonight. he thought as he stripped out of his sweats and walked into his shower naked.

Minutes later, more like an hour, Tyler walked out with his mesh shorts on and a towel around his shoulders. Water dripped down his chest, but he really didn't care. He usually air dried anyway. As he wiped his head with the towel, Tyler's eyes gazed over at a flier a girl on the cheer team gave him. And that was when he remember. It was the damn Halloween ball that was the big buzz today. And that was when he had heard the rumor about Miss Prefect and Mister Head of Twilight Dorms going together. And now, Farah was going with Mister Prefect. "Damn. Those Prefects sure go for the big guns in this school. That Hugo dude is going with an Alpha-to-be. And that Kiyah chick is going, supposedly, with the oldest leech here," he said to himself, shaking his head. With all these girls asking him, Tyler had never really thought about getting a date. But if he had to, he would just go with someone from the pack. At least then he would feel comfortable. Hmm Pearll seems like a good choice. But then she's pretty popular so someone must have asked her already. he thought, tossing his towel in the laundry basket near his door as if it were a basketball. Even away from the court Tyler acts like he's playing basketball.

Looking over at the digital alarm clock, Tyler nearly flipped out of his skin. It was already nine-thirty. He cursed under his breath, tripping over his bed to grab his sweatpants. His usual apparel when in Night Patrol was just his sweatpants, which he had many pairs of. Even when it was raining, he only wore sweats. No need to carry a load of clothes when on Night Patrol. No one would be wearing anything anyway. When he changed out of his mesh and into sweats, Tyler slipped out of his room and ran towards Farah's room. He was there in no time at all thanks to his long legs. He knocked on the door hard. "Queen Lazy, get your a** out of bed! Time to meet Prefect dude near the gate!" he yelled through the door and then banged it a couple times. Afterwards he let out a sigh and ran towards the exit of the building. There was no way in hell he was going to be late again. No way in hell he was getting detention. His coach nearly ripped him in shreds because of the many practices he missed because of his detentions.

Now outside, Tyler winced at how cold the wind was. But not like he cared afterwards. He would be pretty warm later, even with the rain pouring on him. Truthfully though, Tyler was not really in the mood to go on Night Patrol. He just wanted to relax in his room. The first game of the basketball season was soon and he needed all his time to rest. Two hours of sleep plus times when he slept in class were just not enough. And not to mention the homework he got that he only have two hours to work on. Ain't life a b***h. he thought, walking slowly towards the gate. The meeting was soon, but people usually came around nine-fifty. Still, didn't mean that you had to be late. Night Patrol started at ten sharp, but Prefects took forever to explain what was going down. When he saw that no one was there at the gate yet, Tyler shook his head and just leaned on the wall, his hands deep in his sweats pocket. The rain poured heavily onto his bare chest, making his toned abs glisten in the lamp light above him. Now. Who to take to the ball? he thought now that he had a few minutes alone with his thoughts. Because when he phased, privacy will not be in his vocabulary. Well, all with the exception of Hugo since he wasn't exactly part of the pack. He may be a wolf, but since he wasn't part of the pack, he couldn't hear into their thoughts and they couldn't hear into his. Plus, the guy was half vampire, so that most definitely didn't make him part of the pack. It's a miracle no one hates that guy. he thought before going back to thinking about the ball and who to take.

Kiyarah Antoinette Briarwood is feeling just a little : { dazed and confused }

User Image
No one really knows how long Kiyarah sobbed over the memory of her father. All they knew was that she was sobbing over a long gone memory of someone she loved so much, no matter how much he hated her now. The hybrid hugged her knees, tears falling more and more. What was she to do? She's been having these dreams for the past month. There had to be a meaning to all of this. And yet, there was none that she could think of. How was she suppose to deal with these dreams when she didn't know the meaning of them. Or maybe I just miss him so much. I haven't seen my Papa for six years. she thought, curling into an even tighter ball when the image of her father flashed into her head. He was so beautiful. Even when he was mad at her, she could not help thinking that he was the most beautiful man in the world. No one could ever compete with him. "Papa," she muttered softly, her tears falling harder. Soon afterwards everything became a total blur.

The sound of blowing wind was muffled into nothingness and she suddenly felt warmer than before. She felt a force pull her out of her little ball and soon she felt herself being picked up and held in a tight but familiar embrace. The person holding her had cold, hard skin. And his scent was sweet, so sweet that it put her into ecstasy just inhaling. And yet, even though all this was familiar, Kiyarah could not muster who this person was that was comforting her so. When she opened her eyes, the hybrid turned her head up to look at the person that had taken her away from lonliness. When she did, all Kiyarah could think was that she was still dreaming. But instead of the little Kiyarah in her dreams, it was her instead. The vampire was beautiful. With straight brown hair and amber colored eyes. He looked down at her with worry and this lifted her spirits. She lifted a cold hand to the vampire's cheek, carressing it tenderly. "Papa?" she muttered, dropping her hand to wrap it around this vampire. There was a dazed smile on her lips as she closed her eyes and took in another breath full of his scent. He even smelled beautifully.

She then tilted her head up, looking into the amber eyes that peered down at her. They were making her feel dizzy with confusion. This wasn't her father. She remembered his embrace from all those years ago. His were caring, but not like this. There was actually love in this embrace, which made her heart beat rapidly, pumping hard against her chest. She winced once, coughing hard for a moment. Her throat was sore from all the coughing she did as she slept. Once her coughing had ceased, Kiyarah looked back up at the vampire and looked at him closely. He was so familiar, but she couldn't take in his features. They were blurring up in front of her, making it hard for her to focus. It was then that she realized that she was still crying. A place on her cheek felt hot, as if someone had just kissed that spot. She brought a hand to her cheek, bringing it over the place where it felt hot. A kiss? she asked herself, her blue eyes turning back to the vampire holding her. "A kiss?" she muttered, bringing her hand that was on her cheek to the curve of this vampire's neck.

Kiyarah moved forward, her lips close to his now. But they did not touch. She leaned back, using her free hand to wrap his arms around her waist tightly. The blankets had fallen to her waist, but she felt nothing but warmth even when this person's body was so cold. Her whole body radiated heat, but her cheeks burned. She knew she was blushing against her pale skin. Then, Kiyarah wrapped her arms around this vampire's broad shoulders. And then she pulled herself up slightly till her lips were to his forehead. "Forehead," she said dreamily, giving his forehead a light kiss. She then went down. "Eyes," she said in the same dreamy voice, kissing each eyelid. "Nose." She kissed the tip of his nose. "Cheeks." She kissed each of his cheeks the way he had done to her. "Chin." She kissed his chin lightly. And then she pulled herself up, bringing her hands to the curve of his neck, carressing it lovingly. This person was so familiar to her, and yet she still had no idea who he was. Through his amber eyes, Kiyarah saw her own blue ones looking so dazed, as if she was still in some dream.

And then she moved closer, inch by inch. When she no more than a millimeter away from this vampire, Kiyarah muttered, "Lips." She felt her breath hit his lips as she spoke the single word. After one last deep breath, drowning in nothing but ecstasy and love with his scent, Kiyarah leaned forward till her lips touched his in a tender kiss. Her eyes closed instantly, her whole body and being so into this kiss. She didn't want to let go of him. She didn't want to let go of this memory. She didn't want to let go of the warmth he gave her. And with this kiss, she remembered him even when she was still in her dream mode. Adam. she thought, smiling into this kiss. Her arms wrapped his shoulders again, pulling him closer to her as she fell back onto the bed.

[ Announcement ]

Good morning fellow roleplayers!
It's morning announcements!
Haha.

So as you may have noticed, I put up a new poll.
I've decided that I think I'll be doing weekly polls from now on.
Well, not exactly weekly, but I'll be posting a new one occasionally.
I'll probably do one every other week. Or every three weeks. Or just when I have a new idea for a poll. And they'll usually relate to what's happening with the roleplay, so make sure to be caught up with the highlights of this wonderful precious thing.
:]

Yesterday, Supernatural Soul Natasha pmed a really good idea.
We all know that students that go to private can't stand being stuck in campus for so long.
So, what she proposed, was that we have a school field trip. It's not going to happen soon. I was thinking a field trip setting before a winter break.
Please pm me your thoughts on this idea as soon as possible.

That's all for now. I'll be sure to keep you all updated with anything that new with this roleplay. I'm so happy with how active this thread is.
:3

Note ~ Please don't respond to this below. If you have any questions, feel free to pm me.

Adam James Kiles is feeling [Brain Dead]

As Adam held Kiyarah in his arms she looked up at him, the look on her face indescribable. It looked like a mixture of pure agony and ecstasy. At that moment Adam became very worried. What is she was sicker then he initially thought, what if he made her sicker. He watched her look at him through her foggy eyes examining his features. When she finally mutter an almost intangible word and lifted her hand to his cheek. “Papa?” she said with the slightest smile on her face. Adam’s posture relaxed a bit She is still dreaming. Adam could feel her arm wrap around him and she slightly leaned into him and took a deep breath. Is she smelling me? I have to try to wake her. But before he could speak she raised her eyes to his again, and his head swam. She was absolutely the most beautiful creature he had ever set his eyes on. He tightened his grip around her, only slightly, and let his mind swim as he felt her heartbeat against his body. He saw more tears streak down her face and was about to speak again but she brought her hand to her cheek and then placing it on Adam’s neck, right were Mason had bitten him ”A kiss?”

Kiyarah moved her body and her face was less than an inch from his. Electricity fired through Adam’s whole body. He had never been this close to her before, and he was aching to close the gap between their lips. The she pulled away slightly and took his arms and wrapped them around her waist, Adam complied. She put her arms over his shoulders and moved her lips to his forehead ”Forehead,” she said kissing his forehead. The electricity running through his body became much more intense when her lips touched him, and if he had a heartbeat it would be racing. She moved slightly down ”Eyes,” she said. Adam closed his eyes and felt Kiyarah’s warm soft lips press against each of his eyelids. She moved slightly down ”Nose,” she said and kissed his nose. ”Cheeks,” she said and kissed his cheeks. ”Chin,” she said as she kissed his chin. His body felt as if it could power a city block, and it was the most amazing sensation he had ever felt. She moved back up and brought her eyes to his once again placing her hands on either side of his neck.

They sat there for no longer than a moment but it felt like an eon. She moved very slowly now coming closer to Adam he was about to speak but her breath washed over him and silenced him. Adam could feel the warmth of her lips on his when she whispered ”Lips,” and pressed hers to his. Adam’s whole world turned off and all of his thoughts were focused on her. Her lips pressed against his sent his mind whirling and spiraling out of control. He felt a smile appear on her lips and she had her arms around his shoulders pulling him down. He moved over her firmly placing his hands on either side of her, their lips never parting. He pressed against her feeling the warmth of her body rushing through him. He never knew his first kiss would be like this. This was unbelievable, easily the best experience of his life. He pulled his lips from her and kissed across her jaw line and down to her neck. He followed the trail back and pressed his lips to hers again. He lightly parted her lips with his and slide his tongue across her lower lip. Adam’s body might very well have been on fire and he wouldn’t have known or cared.

{mood=comfortable} ♥ Lyrine ☮ {/mood}

User Image So he didn't really tell her what time he goes to sleep. Just that he wouldn't sleep at all. Even Mr. Class Prez should know thats not healthy. But she took his room number and waved goodbye to him. Lyrine quickly let her own dinner fall into the trash disposal. She hefted her backpack up- it seemed like the first time she'd held it today since Keith had taken over that job. But now it felt comfortable, nestled with her hair. 'Which', she thought with a groan, 'is going to get wet again.' She pushed open the double doors and leaned against it for a moment. "Quit stalling, blondie!" She laughed to herself as the wind blew at her. She took a step outside and then to her utter surprise, Lyrine smiled. The rain felt good against her warm skin. She looked up at the sky and let the cold wash over her. At a leisurely pace, she made it to her dorm as other students around her rushed to reach refuge. Lyrine walked to her dorm, dripping wet on the carpet. She fumbled with the doorknob before finally throwing it open. Inside, everything was exactly as she'd seen it this morning before she'd left. Duh, did she expect something to miraculously change in this time? Lyrine headed straight for the bathroom and plugged in the hair dryer. She dried her hair and secured it in a loose bun and changed out of her wet uniform into comfortable pajamas. Just as she emerged from the bathroom, she could her her iPhone blaring the rock song her default tune was.

Spastically, she grabbed for her phone and read the name: "Dad." She stared at it for a moment. 'What were you expecting? Keith doesn't have your number.' Lyrine told herself. It was the first time her dad had called since she'd arrived at Oak Point. She clicked answer and set the phone on speaker. "What?" She demanded at the phone. Lyrine had no patience for her dad. She was sick of the whole "I'm-a-good-girl-bring-me-home" charade. He didn't care, and she knew it.
"Oh, hello, Lyre. How are you?" Lyrine hated how he was acting so formal. Like she was one of his business clients. "I'm fine. As much as possible in this Hellhole." She muttered the last part to herself, picking up things that had been lying scattered around the room. It was about time she started cleaning, and she couldn't concentrate on anything else when she wanted to slit her father's throat. "Ok, well, I just wanted to check up on things. How are the classes?" Lyrine rolled her eyes. "Everything just damn peachy. But they give so much homework, I guess I'll spend all night working on it." Lyrine hinted, less than subtly. "Well, hang in there. I hope you're staying out of trouble." God, this man had such a thick head. "Yea, whatever." Lyrine cut the phone before she could hear his voice say something else that bites.

Lyrine curled up in a ball on her bed, rifling through her emails on her iPhone. "Delete. Delete. Definitely delete." She mumbled to herself. Because she really didn't feel like answering to all the people who asked her, "Why'd you leave? Where'd you go? Will you be back in time for Prom?" Yeah, the day she'd left, kids had skipped out of school to say goodbye, but she didn't cae about them anymore. 'I'm turning into an old grouch.' Lyrine thought, retreiving the messages from the trash and replying to them all. When she was through with the task, she thought for a moment about all her homework. Lyrine hadn't really been planning on doing any of it. But she knew Keith had told her she could come to him for help. She found his number in her phone and sent him a text: 'Hey, its Lyrine. I needed help with Algebra II, and I figured you'd already taken this class, like, in middle school. So can I come see you in your room?'

~ Feeling Playful.

There it was, that word: Yes. Felix watched her poise and elegance. Her distracted manner as Star realized the kiss was over. She seemed disppointed. Morbidly, Felix was glad of that. Even her clap seemed miraculous. He was content just staring at her. Like Star had said, like a stalker. The bell rang overhead, and so there it was for the teacher. As if he could give detention now. A lazy smile spread on his face. He took the books out of her hand, and busied himself putting them in his own backpack. They had the next class together anyway. Felix looked up and took her hand, the one she held out to him. His other hand circled her sround the waist. "Oh, c'mon. You don't mind them watching, do you really? Its fun having them stare at us. Jealous eyes." He whispered teasingly, turning to face her. She was good, Felix had to give her that. Mesmerizing. He wanted more.

Felix leaned down toward her again. He wasn't worried about class; Felix was more than positive he could get there in time, now that he didn't have to worry about the fact of seeming human. This time, the kiss felt better now that he knew she was his and didn't have to wory about breaking apart for an answer. Her lips felt good against his. Their hands were still twined together. Felix was pulling Star closer with his other hand, tight around the females waist. It seemed to Felix he couldn't stand even the slightest space between them. And then, with a single move, he picked her up. Cradling her even closer to him. Star seemed to weigh nothing in his arms, but felt natural. Like she belonged there. Close to his unbeating heart. Starting toward the direction of their next class, Felix didn't break the kiss. Not yet, she tasted too good. Better, even, then human blood. Thats what it seemed to Felix. "I really hope you don't mind this." He whispered against her lips, knowing full well she obviously didn't. That made him smile, inside and outside. He kissed her closer.

Kiyarah Antoinette Briarwood is feeling just a little : { unsure }

If there was one thing slow Kiyarah knew instantly, it was that her feelings for Adam, had intensified. His kiss was everything she dreamed about, and so much more. His body, however cold and hard it was, felt nothing but warm to her body. It felt like her whole room was burning with this heat that she was feeling now with Adam over her, his lips touching hers with such...passion. The hybrid felt like she was in some kind of dream that she did not want to wake up from. This is what she wanted for years, and now she finally got it. A soft moan escaped her lips, and her cheeks burned hot red. Her body quaked with happiness and bliss. Ecstasy took over, clouding her mind from all thoughts that would spoil this moment. Her mind went blank, and the only thing that remained for to think about was the fact that right at this instant, the one person she had feelings for was with her right now, stealing her first kiss. It would be idiotic of her to not think one thing, however quick all this seemed. But she had been feeling this for four years now. I think I love him.

Adam's lips felt like fire, burning every place it touched. It was her own lips that burned the hottest. And even the place on her cheek where he had kissed it ages ago still burned from his touch. A normal human would have complained about the weight Adam was putting on top of her, pressing his hard chest into hers with such a firm force. But Kiyarah could care less. Her warm body with his cold one combined together, letting out such a heat that was, to her, not even worthy of words. The feeling of his body to hers felt so wonderful. It threw away all the lonliness she felt in the sixteen years of her life. It made her find peace for once. True, genuine, long lasting peace. And she knew, or at she hoped, that she could have it for as long as she lived. Even with her eyes closed, Kiyarah could see perfectly well the beautiful man that held her down onto this bed. She could see his lips move as one against her lips, which she knew were swelled up from all this kissing. Again, she didn't care. Her arms wrapped themselves tighter around his broad shoulders as her fingers trailed itself up and down the spine of his back. Every curve she touched with the tip of her fingernail felt like perfection. It was almost like he was carved out of stone to turn out as her perfect man.

His lips pulled away from her lips, and it made her open her eyes. She was about to speak, but when his lips touched her jawline, going down to her neck, her body melted and she kept her mouth shut. A chill ran down her spine, causing her to shiver whenever she felt his kisses touch her skin. Her whole body burned hot that it was slightly uncomfortable for her. But he stopped all that feeling when he trailed up the way he trailed down and kissed her back on her lips. She kissed him back automatically, her eyes closing yet again. When she felt a force part her lips, she merely complied without a thought of it. Her eyes opened wide for a brief second when she felt his tongue on her lower lip. But then her eyes rolled back until they closed again. Her own tongue met his half way and really, she could not believe her luck this year. He tasted so sweet, it was addicting. She wanted more. She wanted...blood. Kiyarah's eyes opened wide again. And with inhuman speed, her hands were at his chest, pushing him away with as much strength as she had. This kiss had gone too far, even though they were both of the same species, well, her partially. Kiyarah sat up, fighting the thirst that took over her body. She then started coughing, remembering that she was still sick. This coughing sort of distracted her from the fact that she was thirsty for blood.

Kiyarah felt fully awake now as she brought her small hand to her lips. Her fingers traced around her lips where only seconds ago Adam had kissed. Her hands then went down to her jawline, all the way down to her neck. The places that he had touched with his own lips burned hot, causing her to blush a bright red. Her mind was swirling in circles so that she could not think properly. She didn't know what to think. Everything was going too quickly for them. For four years, Kiyarah had spent her life crushing on Adam from a distance, getting herself use to the fact that he was this person that was cold to people and didn't care for others other than his family. And now here she was, four years later, with the same exact person on her bed. And only seconds ago, she had kissed his person. Who is this person? This isn't the Adam I've seen for years. Why is he acting like this all of a sudden? Her heart beat painfully and her mind was doing flips just to understand what in the world was going on here. Realization of all this crashed down on her, making her more confused than ever. This wasn't the Adam that she was use to. The one in front of her right now was showing signs of caring. He was showing signs of love. But to her, this side of him was impossible. Am I dreaming? she asked herself, turning her blue eyes up to look at Adam.

This Adam looked so real. What had happened earlier felt real. She knew all this had to be real in some way. There was no doubt about it. And yet, she couldn't get herself to believe it was. Maybe she was trying not to believe it. Maybe. For years she had spent her days believing that Adam didn't have any feelings for her. And suddenly, everything was turned a full one-eighty. First the ball. Then that thing with Marcus. And then him appearing at my window. Now this. She stared at Adam, crawling over to him carefully and slowly. When she sat in front of him, she brought her hands up to his cold cheeks. Immediately her hands burned from her touch to his skin. Why must he had this effect on her at this time? She was blushing again, but she kept her composure. Her thirst suddenly burned her throat, but she did not let this get in the way of making herself understand what was going on. "What are you doing to me Adam Kiles? You are not who I think you are anymore. Who are you really? I want to know," she said, moving closer to him again. Her hands ran down to his neck, holding it there as she stood over him on her knees. She then tilted her head down till her lips touched his lightly. She then pulled away from the light kiss and smiled down at Adam. She really did think she loved this Adam.

"Whoever Adam you really are, you really need to go," she said, the tone of her voice sounded dreamy. "You have my Prefect duties to do," she added, this time her voice sounded a little upset. In truth, Kiyarah didn't want him to leave. She was afraid that she would feel lonely again if he did. But she knew that inside this Adam that she saw now, the old Adam was in there, telling him that he had duties to do for the Chairman. Letting out a sigh, Kiyarah pulled away from Adam and laid on her stomach as she pulled open the drawer of her bedside table and fumbled for her packet of blood tablets. Ugh! Where are they? she thought, her hands wandering here and there in the drawer. She pushed away what felt like her cell phone, her make-up that she hardly used, post-it note packets, scratch paper, pens and pencils, and then she took hold of a container that felt like a tic tac container. Pulling it out, Kiyarah popped off the cap and shook one red tablet out. When it fell onto her hand, Kiyarah brought it into her mouth, tilting her head back so that it traveled down her throat. When she brought her head down, the hybrid started coughing again. "Achoo!" She groaned, grabbing a tissue from her bedside table. After blowing her nose, Kiyarah remained on her stomach, resting her head on the soft pillow below her. Almost instantly, she went back to sleep. This time, there was definitely a smile on her face. Her mind was filled with memories of the kiss from earlier. There was no way she was going to let this memory go.

Hugo sat down-- he wasn't one to take no for an answer. "Yup. Definetely homework." He nodded. He took out a pen and started scribbling some rubbish for his English essay. William Shakespeare? What kind of topic is that? Birthday-- 23rd April 1564. Mary Arden and John Shakespeare as parents. As he tried hard to dig out more information about the reknowned playwright and poet, he did not notice Pearll talking to him until she said 'Dining Hall with Farah?' He blushed a beet red. "I umm... we, urgh. I asked her to the ball. She accepted." He ran a hand through his hair. Embarrassed, he looked down at his work and started working on it again. "Oh, are you doing patrolling today? 'Cos I want to be alone in the forest. First time in weeks, I tell you. You'd better not be a wolf today. Or I'll rip you apart." Huh? What does she mean? Alone? I thought all the werewolves will be in the forest today? Hugo's mind whirled confusedly. "What do you mean? Alone? Farah's not slacking off today, and I think Tyler's going too. So I don't really think you're going to be left alone." He frowned at her.

Pearll went back to her book and Hugo went back to his essay. He tried to remember some more facts about William Shakespeare. Giving up, he went to pivk up a book on Shakespeare and his plays. Browsing through it, he added a detail or two on his essay. What plays? Romeo and Juliet. Anthony and Cleopatra. A Midsummer's Night Dream... He quickly added the titles in before leafing through the book again. "Need my help with that... homework?" Hugo was about to give her his negative reply, when she suddenly ran towards a shelf and then heaving a stack of thick books to the librarian.

And then, she was back. "You're quick." He appraised her. "So? Need Miss Spiet to help you with that icky bicky bit of homework? I'll be good. I won't bite!" "NO! Just leave me alone. I've got it already." He snapped. He scowled at her. Hugo did not want people to help him-- he's very stubborn that way. And Pearll already helped him once. No way was he ever going to let Pearll help him again. "And, Kiyah's down with some sort of flu. I don't think she'll be joining us tonight." Hugo said as he closed the Shakespeare book and leaned back against his chair, relaxed. He had completed his homework.
