I managed to eat under 1500 calories today, without even really trying!
Not too shabby, seeing as I'm only going for under 2400kj. blaugh

Went to Aquafit today!
It's like, low impact water aerobics, but MAN what a workout gonk
It was great.

Yesterday I spent 20 minutes with Pilates, 10 minutes with my exercise ball, and went for a 30 minute walk. I also ate smaller, healthy meals all day - that changed at night, but it's not something for the Yay thread.

Weeeeeee! I'm down to 13st 2lb (184lbs) now xd . Hopefully it will stay there and go down over the next week or so. I just hope it carries on like this until I get down to 12st (168lbs) at least...oh how I would really like to get down to 140lbs.

I walked a little over 4 miles today (probably 4 & 1/3) instead of just 1 & 1/2 miles! biggrin

I gym membership here is like, $100 a month X_X Kind of makes me wish i was still going to highschool XD Gyms are evil...What I was going to do, before I knew about this was join the civic center, you get unlimited use of the pool,cardio, & weight machines... Maybe they have something like that where you live?
