Umicho let out a little yelp when he "poked" her. She looked at him then pounced on him, biting his ear while she swatted at his ears.

Red gave a mock growl - after suppressing an instinctive growl and brutal retaliation - and started swatting at her with his tail while trying to shake her off... Well, sort of try, anyway.

She giggled, rolling off of him, but still playing around. She tugged on his ears and batted at the ear flakes near them.

Red toyed with her, occasionally pulling his flakes away from her as if she were a young kit.

Umicho laughed, but bonked him on the head with her paw when he started treating her like a cub.

He scowled back at her, scrunching is nose up at the bonk, "Hey, no need to be violent," he grumbled, but swatted at her with his tail again.

She swatted back with her own tail, then tackled him. But this time she pushed too far and she ended up making both of them go tumbling down a hill. "Ayee!!"

As they tumbled down, Red worked to regain his footing, only to end up in a tangle of bushes near the bottom of the hill. "Ergh... Aaaahh..."he grumbled, then sighed in resignation at his silliness. "A little help?" he called, assuming she had tumbled the rest of the way.

When she finally stopped rolling, Umicho stood and ran over to Red, tripping over a root and landing on her face inches away. "Oof..." Pulls the tangled bushes off of him, then rubs her face.

Red couldn't help but laugh, "Are you okay?" he asked, kicking away the last of the tangled bushes.

Umicho nodded, though she'd managed to get a scratch across her cheek. "Yup. I'm ok."

Red chuckled and pointed at her cheek, "Hah! You have a scratch on your face!" he burst out, then started to laugh - even though he had gotten tangled, he was fine, and found the irony in that fantastically funny.

Umicho blinked and tilted her head, honestly not sure why he was laughing. Then it hit her. He had taken a harder fall but she was the one that got hurt. But that meant he was laughing at her. She frowned and shoved him back into the brush, then grinned at him. "Never heard you laugh before big guy. Thought you couldn't."

Red stood back up, shaking the brush that was caught in his coat to the ground. "Hmmph. Only when something is worth laughing at." He knew it was a prod, but figured it was worth it.

That was it. When he said that she hissed and pounced on him, getting both of them tangled now. "So I'm funny?" She blinked and squirmed, realising she was stuck now. "Gah!"
