hmm, i like it. I might get my wings done in white. I want them to look like glass so maybe doing them in white will work. And if it doesn't, i can just have him stop and switch to black or something else.

gah!!!! gonk crying 196.2.... how do you go up 1.2lbs in a night?
wtf?! I just feel like i'm going backwards. i haven't lost more than 5lbs since october and that fluctuates up and down. All I want is to be in the 180's when I turn 20. Or am I doomed to be fat for the rest of my life?

aw no, ur not doomed to be fat for the rest of your life. U cant go up 1.2 lbs in a night and have it ALL be fat. Could be that the pizza was relatively high in sodium so ur retaining water. Maybe you need to change up your exercise? Give your body a bit of a shock by doing something different and slightly more intense?

you were right it was water retention. I stepped on the scale and it was back down to 195.0
This is just really stressful you know.

exercise : 30 minutes of ddr (it said 365 cals, i'm rounding down to 300 because it didn't feel that intense)
food:
1 avocado
salad
2 slices of toast with peanut butter (360 cals)
2 bowls of mexican chicken tortilla soup ( my one weakness..... of many)
water....alot XD

alright. I'm takin' iconised ghost's advice and changing my work out routine.
so far i've been going to the gym 3 times a week and burning around 400 - 600 each time.
Equalling 1,200 - 1,800 which is about 1/2 a lb.
I'm stepping it up. I remember in my health class they say you could exercise 30 minutes a day. So that's what I'm gonna do.
I'm gonna stick to going to the gym, and add 30 minutes of ddr which will double my calories burned a week to about 3,300 - 3,900
see if this works.. or if I can keep up xp

Soi Tsuba you were right it was water retention. I stepped on the scale and it was back down to 195.0 This is just really stressful you know. I know sad On the 19th march i weighed 82.6kg. On the 25th June i weighed 82.3kg. Sometimes you just gotta spot what you're doing wrong, and sometimes it just isnt the right time to fix it whee Good on you for stepping up your exercise! Remember, you will probably see a small gain at first (as you already have this week) because your muscles apparently retain water after you've exercised them (this is why some people say you should wait 24 hours after exercising before weighing in order for it to be more active). Keep it up! It will go down 3nodding

in other news:
exercise -- 1hr walk with the dogs & 30 minutes of ddr (368 cals)
bkfst -- woke up at like 2pm
lunch -- cereal.. what can i say even though i woke up late I like to start the day with breakfast lol
snack - home made rice crispies crying
dinner --tuna noodle casserole

schwing, I was 196.2 and today i am 195.2 ^_~ 30 minutes of ddr! (359 cals)
exercise - 1 hour walk with the dogs
bkfst - 3 boiled eggs.. though i only ate the white parts, the dogs had the other
lunch - left over soup from the other day
dinner - i went to a party.... alcohol, cheesecake... need I say more crying

god yesterday was horrible.
I went to ihop with family and ordered a chicken omelet. What was given to me? The meat lovers omelet.
Was I being tested or what?
Luckily it was all red meat and I really really hate red meat. So instead of eating all of the omelet like I would have if I had gotten what I wanted. I picked at it and ate about a half or less.
See it was a good thing.
Up in till my friend called and we got drunk.
