 There was then a shutter from the flapping of the air as a man was walking down the streets of New York. He had a jacket, that was flapping like the wind as he walked. he saw there was buildings falling down, and he was curious as to who was starting all of it. he then looked up at a hospital building, just as windows were being busted. she saw the dark flash, and there stood a woman in navy, perhaps? he stopped a few feet from her, leaning against the nothing that supplied him his whole life."Well, you seem to be having fun. Any reason as to why you are doing this?"he said to her, making the air breeze through his hair, and her hair as well.

 Tempest turned around when she heard someone speaking to her. he must be someone with a power or something, him just talking like that!"oo! Pretty Boy wants to play!!" she said with a large smile. "Shall i know your name this day?" she thought the bguy didnt look too bad. she hoped she could kill him quick so that she didnt have to deal with any problems."its so i know your name to say, about the time of your death today" she smiled menacingly

He smirked at the womans rhyming. cute."Im flattered, really." he said to her with a smile and a bit of a bow."the name is Dean, but many call me Silva." he smiled at the woman who talked about his death. it was amusing, really, to see such a happy woman, even if she might be a bit mad.

Tempest giggled when she knew of his name."hehe. pretty boy with a pretty name. too bad your death wont be with fame." she said as she slowly walked towards him. she then smiled and broke into a run, nothing shown but a blurr of dark blue.Tempest moved her speed to being around the man named Dean, and then started to spin around him, trying to make him go into the air with her speed. she could make wind and then make it move to her liking, and she was going to make the guy fly into the air, but only for the moment. she wanted to see what he could do, so if he were just a human, then it wouldnt be pleasant.

Dean smirked as Tempest ran around him. he felt himself finally being liftd into the air, and he waited.
she waited until he was high enough and then thrusted his hands outward, blowing out a gust of wind in every direction, stopping Temptests little tornado. he then dropped his hands and came back down, the wind keeping him from falling to death. when he landed on the ground lightly, he looked at Tempest."cute idea, there, lady. trying to get me killed by throwing me down to my death. like the idea. but i woudltn have confronted you if i didnt have ideas of my own." he said, putting his hands into his pockets. "i didnt really expect for us to properly meet, so i think ima just go now. not really in the mood to fight. especially not ones like yourself. so, for now, later."he then felt himself being lifted by the air once more, and then he "flew" away from tempest, hoping that she wouldnt follow him or anything. {EXIT to Daily Bugle}

Tempest growled when she saw Dean leave. "why bother with the air when my speed is not to compare." she said, right before she darted off into a vast blurr once again, following the Dean, so that she could finish her fight with him. she had a bit of pain in her back from being flown away by the gust of wind, but she was going to deal with it. she wanted to see how well exactly the man would fight, so she followed.EXIT to Daily Bugle

The two girls sat on the floor of the waiting room for a while once they arrived at the hospital. They clicked their heels together, glanced at Tempo, then at the other girl, then went back to trying to entertain themselves. After a while they discovered the tv, and soon found the cartoon channel. They were so into the tv that they didn't notice Tempo wake up at first. A commercial came on and they turned back to the bed and smiled. "Hey, you're awake!" they both called as they jumped out of their seats. "Are you feeling better?" one asked with a smile.

 After a moment of listening and watching, the man decided that whatever had happened was over now. Feeling like there was nothing more to see here, he continued towards the building that smelled like blood.

Tempo then noticed that the two girls came up to him asking if he was alright. He had no idea who they were but knew they were there around the scene of his fight with Kitty and with Two-Face gunning him down. He looks down a bit and says, "Yeah... I think I'll be fine..." He then looks up at the girls and asks, "So... Who are you? And why are you here?"
Before he could get a response however, a nurse came in wearing a very odd nurses outfit, along with a mask over her mouth (I forget what it's called but it's to protect your mouth from breathing in anything contagious lol). The mask had one side white, while the other side black, split down the middle 50/50. Her nurses outfit showed the same half and half colors. Kinda odd he thought to himself as she strolled in a grey cart full of chemicals it seemed like. The nurse parked her cart beside the bed and said 'I'm going to administer a shot... It'll make you feel all better...' to which Tempo replied, "So... What's with the outfit?" The nurse paused for a moment and it seemed like she was trying to figure out something to say until she said, 'Halloween costume...' Tempo tilted his head in confusion and said, "But Halloween was like a couple of days ago..." The room stayed silent...

"I don't think he needs a shot," Kitty stared at the woman in the mask. She had enough experiences with hospitals to know that getup definately wasn't part of the dress code. She placed her hand around Tempo's wrist and grabbed one of the twins and pulled her close, hoping by reflex she'd grab the other.
"He'd like to go home now." Kitty said with unbridled authority. If the nurse made any hostile movements, she'd phase all four of them through whatever.

Tempo looked down at his wrist, which was grasped by Kitty. He had no idea what she was doing, but thought that maybe she was nervous. He then looked back at the nurse and couldn't help but to continue to think how odd her uniform was. What was even stranger was that she wasn't really responsive. "Ye-yeah... I feel fine... I think it's time for us to go..." Tempo said. The nurse pressed on the plunger of the syringe just slightly to see a couple drips of the liquid inside drip out. She looked at the 4 kids and said, 'Michael... It seems like you have a little fan club here...' She then reached for her mask with her other hand and pulled it down revealing her horrible scars from her nostrils on down to her neck, much similar to the scars that Two-Face has. 'I like being apart of fan clubs!' she yelled as her eyes widen. She lunged forward holding the syringe in her hand and made a stabbing motion towards Tempo's arm. Tempo was shocked and couldn't react on time and closed his eyes, awaiting the syringe to plunge into his skin...

"We remember seeing you at the warehouse." one girl replied with a smile. The other was about to continue when a strange looking nurse walked in. They didn't know why, but something about her made them nervous. The girl grabbed one of the twins and pulled her away. The other twin hurried over and hid behind them a bit, starring at the nurse. Both girls screamed when the woman took off her mask and lunged with the needle.

The woman would stumble right through Tempo and the bed. As she did, Kitty released her party and swung her elbow quickly backwards, hoping to smash it right at the back of the nurse's skull. When, or if, she continued to stumble forward, she spun around the other side of the hiding twin, wrapping her arms fully around the girl's waist and swinging her right into the flailing nurse.
"Take out her legs!" Kitty demanded while in full motion. If she didn't react quick enough, she'd phase her through the nurse.

The girl that Kitty grabbed looked paniced for a moment. "Uh, um, o-ok." she replied, not really sure what to do. Once she was close enough to the nurse, she kicked as hard as she could at the woman's kneecaps.

Dropping the syringe after falling through Tempo and falling forward, Two-Face's henchwoman was struck in the back of her head with Kitty's elbow causing much pain to her. This was then followed up by a kick to her knee caps, causing her to fall to the ground. The woman was in a daze and was slowly getting back up. She was crawling to her cart searching for something...
"How did you...? What did you...?" Tempo said in disbelief as the women simply just fell through him. He didn't know if he should get the explaination right now considering the psycho lady was trying to kill them so he sprung out of bed. He was concentrating real hard but still couldn't control his power. He would only be useful if only there was some sort of music, otherwise he was just an ordinary and somewhat weak boy. "Okay we should definatly get out of here right now! Kitty, do you know your way to the mansion from here?!" Tempo yelled in his excitment.
Two-Face's henchwoman found what she was looking for and pulled out a silver revolver. 'You're guilty Michael... Guilty!' she said as she slowly lifted it up and aimed it towards Tempo...
