Garin pulled Aquaria out of the forest, out into the ruins. He could see it was getting late and wondered if she would need to rest soon.

Aquaria looked around. "What is this place?" she asked. She noticed that it was starting to get dark.

"It was a village and an army outpost, but it was destroyed a while ago," Garin replied with a shrug. "So I suppose you'll be going off on your own now?" he questioned like he alreayd knew the answer.

Now, Garin was really surprised. "You are still considering traveling around with a vampire?" he questioned.

"Yes, I'm just a bit tired," Aquaria said. She sat down and pulled her knees up to her chest. "What, do you think I'm crazy for saying I can trust you?" she asked, looking up at him.

"Well, you are the first vampire I remember meeting," Aquaria said. She began to sing quietly to herself.

Aquaria stopped singing and looked at Garin. "Of course I know what I'm getting into," she replied forcefully. "Just because I don't have my memory back..." She trailed off and looked away.

"It's okay. I tend to overreact sometimes. It's not your fault. In fact, I may have worse 'control' than most vampires," Aquaria said with a slight smile.
