Well in two weeks I get a week off, I'm going to England for 4 days of it and the rest I need to spend doing schoolwork. confused Otherwise I don't get a day's rest until the end of December...

London and Kent. when you lay down to sleep, practice some deep breathing exercises. also, visualize all your stresses as material images, pack them up in a dumpster, lock it, and toss it into a chasm. then lie there and focus on the breathing. you'll drift off to sleep a lot easier.

Don't you think I've tried every way that anyone's ever told me to get to sleep? I have, multiple times. They don't work. I've had this for years now, it's just the Sunday-Monday night. Other nights are fine. confused
Digi - Awesome. cool Though you need to explain it to my school, because they won't like me leaving in the middle of a semester.
